Abstract

A sort of absorbent article, having skin contact of liquid permeability, non-skin contact of liquid impermeability and the absorbent element disposed between the skin contact and the non-skin contact, further, the absorbent being a long-shaped article, having: said skin contact of the secretion contact in contact with body secretion contact when wearing it, having a pair of front grooves formed longidutinally along the absorbent article; and the contact of said skin in touch with the rear side when wearing, with a rear groove formed widthwisely along the absorbent article; being the distance between the rear end of the rear groove and the rear end of the absorbent varies between 10-50mm; and the innermost side of the pair of the said front grooves in the widthwise direction of the absorbent being less than the distance between outermost side of the absorbent in widthwise direection of the rear groove.
