Abstract

A single face corrugated cardboard manufacturing device, which comprises a first uneven roller (unevenness formation roller)(12) having a wavy uneven part formed on the outer circumference thereof ; a second uneven roller (14) also having a wavy uneven part formed on the outer circumference thereof meshing with the wavy uneven part of the first uneven roller (12) capable of embossing the desired unevenness on the central paper (16) passing therethrough; and a sizing mechanism (22) applying paste on the uneven apexes of the central paper (16) receiving the unevenness formation processing, in which the single face corrugated cardboard manufacturing device, at the sized unevenness apexes, laminates the central paper (16) with a lining paper (26) to produce a single face corrugated cardboard and is characterized in further comprising: a first press roller (34) installed on the outer circumference of the second uneven roller (14) at a location near the feeding path of the lining paper (26) in which the press roller (34) can freely adjust its nip pressure with the second uneven roller (14) rotating along the feeding operation of the lining paper (26) in order to press the center paper feeding along the outer circumference of the second uneven roller (14) and the lining paper (26) adhered on the central paper (16) to the second uneven roller (14); and at least one pressing mechanism (36, 38 and 84) installed on the outer circumference of the second uneven roller (14) at a location near the feeding path of the lining paper (26) and along the downstream side of the feeding direction of the central paper (16) on the outer circumference of the second uneven roller (14) at a status capable of freely adjusting its press pressure with the second uneven roller (14) in order to press the central paper (16) and the lining paper (26) laminated with the central paper (16) feeding along the outer circumference of the second uneven roller (14) to the second uneven roller (14), so that the press pressure between the first press roller (34) and the pressing mechanism (36, 38 and 84) can be changed according to the production conditions such as feeding speed or type, material and thickness of the central paper (16) and the lining paper (26).
