Abstract

An apparatus of gas valve has a safety valve located at front side of the valve casing. And a flow-regulating valve for providing gas flow to burner and rod of front-rear moving is located in front-rear end at rear side. The reversible operating shaft and cam for transferring rotation of operating shaft into front-rear moving rod are located in between fire-stopping and ignition position. As the operating shaft rotate from ignition position to stopping-fire position, the rod move from backward to forward position and against the returning spring such that to push and open the safety valve. Its features are followed. At ignition position, cut input rotation force of operating shaft by cam, and release the restriction of rod at forward position. Simultaneously, limit the rod backed from returning spring in mid position, and reverse the operating shaft from ignition position to fire-stopping position to back rod from mid position to rear end position. Simultaneously, the flow regulating valve, which is composed by pin valve that valve body is designed to be a set with rod, is along the forward-backward action of rod in between mid and backward position to throttle the providing gas amount of burner.
