Stop the engine by the electric set to make a low speed driving with power driving load, and it will make a power electric power generated breaking when the electric power driving status is on the status of down-hill skimming, and the centrifugal clutch will close and drive the engine to be a break damp if the slip speed is too fast, and the main constituted element of the driving set by the electric operating speed includes; a. A set of centrifugal clutch FC101 and FC102 which is twin-activated centrifugal clutch combined together to be a common structured this structure includes inner middle and outer layers to complete the function of output clutch, and the inner layer has a initiative rub clutch set which will active when the centrifugal force reach to one certain value and it will drive with each other when they combined together with the output axis, and the middle layer combined with engine has an inner side of ring rub couple face and an outer side who has a initiative rub set which will active when reach a certain value and it will rub and couple with the inner ring of the outer layer, and the out layer will shout down the load connector and combine with the output axis when engine is on low speed status; b. An electric set E101 which is a serial exciting or a complex exciting supported electric set who has the property that if the load is more small than the speed is more high or the AC or DC, brush or brushless motor which will generate the additional torque function and could be controlled by the electric current value; c. A driving control device D101 which will accept the control from the manual interface M101 and the central controller CCU101 to operate the engage, stop and change speed function or turning and reverse turning operation or to be an generator to control the generated power volume.
