請參考第1至11圖,如諸圖所示,本發明所述機箱側板快拆結構A係用以一機箱本體B上,不需使用工具拆、裝螺絲,即可實現無工具快速拆、裝機箱側板,達到節省時間的功效方便。
該機箱本體B係為工業、通訊、電信、電子機箱或電腦機箱等,並該機箱本體B包含一機箱頂板B1、一底板B2、一前板B3、一後板B4及一側板B5共同界定一容設空間B6及一開口B7,該底板B2對應該開口B7設有一第一卡合板B8,該機箱側板快拆結構A係與該機箱頂板B1的一受勾件B11呈可拆式的結合,以相對蓋合該機箱本體B的開口B7,其中該受勾件B11設有複數受勾孔B12(如第2至4圖所示)配合該機箱側板快拆結構A。
該機箱側板快拆結構A具有一機箱側板1、一把手2及一滑動組件3。該機箱側板1具有一第一側11、一第二側12、一第一穿孔13、一容納盒14及一第二卡合板19。該第一、二側11、12設於該機箱側板1的相反兩側,該第一穿孔13連通該第一、二側11、12。該容納盒14具有一容納空間15、一第一開口16及複數長形孔17,並該第一開口16設於該容納盒14下方連通該容納空間15,該等長形孔17設於該容納盒14側面連通該容納空間15並沿水平方向延伸。該第二卡合板19用以與該機箱本體B的第一卡合板B8對應卡合以使該機箱側板1可相對蓋合該機箱本體B的開口B7。

該第二滑動件5具有一第七側51、一第八側52、一第四穿孔53、一倒梯形推動部54、一延伸部55、複數第三勾扣部56及一抵壓護具57。該第七、八側51、52設於該第二滑動件5的相反兩側,該第七側51相對該定位件7可垂直滑動地結合於該定位件7的第六側72,該第四穿孔53連通該第七、八側51、52,該第一、二、三、四穿孔13、63、73、53相互對應。
該倒梯形推動部54設於該第二滑動件5上方並容置於該第一滑動件4的倒梯形空間45內,該等滾輪46可使該倒梯形推動部54更順暢的推動該等推動部43。該軸桿26對應穿設該把手2的第一樞接部23及該定位件7的第二樞接部74,該把手2的抵壓部24穿設於該第一、二、三、四穿孔13、63、73、53,該抵壓面25抵壓該第二滑動件5的第四穿孔53下側。該延伸部55係從該第二滑動件5上方朝該第七側方向51凸伸,該倒梯形推動部54設於該延伸部55的一自由端58。

該抵壓護具57呈倒L形設置於該第四穿孔53下側,該把手2的抵壓部24的抵壓面25抵壓在該抵壓護具57上,在一替代實施例中,該抵壓護具57可省略不設置。
請參考第12、13圖,係為本發明機箱側板快拆結構之第一實施例之滑動示意圖及復位示意圖,當操作者要操作該機箱側板快拆結構A時,係將該把手2相對該軸桿26樞轉,該抵壓部24的抵壓面25抵壓該第二滑動件5,使該第二滑動件5垂直向下移動(如第12圖箭頭方向),並帶動該倒梯形推動部54連動向下移動,此時該第一彈簧組64被拉伸,該倒梯形推動部54推動該第一、二滑動支架41、42的受推部143分別向左、右水平滑動(如第12圖箭頭方向),使該第一、二滑動支架41、42帶動該第一、二卡勾支架81、82朝遠離該倒梯形空間145方向向左、右水平移動,此時該第二彈簧組65被拉伸。
藉由該卡勾件8的該等卡勾部83對應勾扣在機箱頂板B1的該等受勾孔B12內。當該第一、二卡勾支架81、82朝遠離該倒梯形空間145方向向左、右水平移動時,該等卡勾部83可從該等受勾孔B12脫出,使該機箱側板快拆結構A與該基箱本體B分離。
當操作者欲停止操作該機箱側板快拆結構A時,則鬆開該把手2,通過該第一彈簧組64的回復彈力迫使該第二滑動件5垂直向上滑動復位(如第13圖箭頭方向),同時帶動該倒梯形推動部54向上推動,此時推動該第一、二滑動支架41、42的受推部43的推力消失,並通過該第二彈簧組65的彈力迫使該第一、二卡勾支架81、82朝該倒梯形空間45方向(如第13圖箭頭方向)滑動復位。
當要蓋合該機箱本體2的開口27時,首先透過該機箱側板快拆結構A的第二卡合板19與該機箱本體2的第一卡合板28對應卡合,該第一、二卡勾支架81、82朝該倒梯形空間45方向滑動復位,可使該等卡勾部83對應勾扣在該等受勾孔B12內,完成該機箱側板快拆結構A與該機箱本體B的組合。
藉由本發明此設計,透過把手2的樞轉抵壓第二滑動件5垂直向下滑動,並帶動第一滑動件4水平左、右滑動,可在機箱本體B上實現無工具快速拆、裝機箱側板快拆結構A,達到節省拆、裝時間的功效。
請參閱第14至18圖,係為本發明機箱側板快拆結構之第二實施例之定位件立體示意圖、第二滑動件立體示意圖、滑動剖視圖、復位剖視圖及滑動示意圖,並輔以參閱第1至13圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構及功能係與上述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與上述第一實施例之不同處係為,該定位件7還具有複數第一限位柱75及一第二限位柱76,該第二滑動件5還具有複數第一限位槽531及一第二限位槽532。
該等第一限位柱75及該第二限位柱76朝該第六側72方向凸伸,該等第一限位柱75凸設於該第三穿孔73左、右兩側,該第二限位柱76凸設於該第三穿孔73下方,該等第一限位槽531及該第二限位槽532分別連通該第七、八側51、52,該等第一限位槽531設於該第四穿孔53左、右兩側,該第二限位槽532設於該第四穿孔53下方,該定位件7的第一、二限位柱75、76分別對應穿過該第二滑動件5的第一、二限位槽531、532。
在本實施例中該第二限位柱76係表示為包含一鎖固件761及一螺柱762的組合,該鎖固件761穿設於該第二限位槽532並與該螺柱762螺鎖固定,以達到垂直方向限位的功效,該第一、二限位柱75、76限制該第二滑動件5垂直向下滑動的行程長度為b。
在一替代實施例,可省略不設置該第二限位柱76及該第二限位槽532。在另一替代實施例,該第二限位柱76係表示為凸伸於該第二限位槽532外,以達到垂直方向限位的功效。
再者,透過該等限位螺絲18對應穿設該第一、二滑動支架41、42的該等第一固定孔47及該第一、二卡勾支架81、82的該等第二固定孔87及該容納盒14的該等長形孔17,也可達到水平方向限位的功效。
請參閱第19至20圖,係為本發明機箱側板快拆結構之第三實施例之組合剖視圖,並輔以參閱第14至18圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構及功能係與上述第二實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與上述第二實施例之不同處係為,該機箱側板快拆結構A更包含一保護蓋9罩蓋於該定位件7的第六側72及該第二滑動件5的第八側52,該保護蓋9具有一保護板體91及該保護板體91四周朝該滑動組件3方向延伸複數側壁92。
該保護板體91具有一第一限位孔93及一第二限位孔94,該第一限位孔93供該第一限位柱75穿設,該第二限位孔94供一鎖固件761對應穿設鎖固該第二限位柱76。此外,該保護蓋9、該定位件7及該基板6分別還具有相互對應的至少一鎖固孔95、77、68,透過至少一定位螺絲951進行鎖固。
請參閱第21至25圖,係為本發明機箱側板快拆結構之第四實施例之組合剖視圖,並輔以參閱第1至13圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構及功能係與上述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與上述第一實施例之不同處係為,該把手2還具有一第五穿孔27,該定位件7還具有一限位單元78及一第六穿孔79。
