Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種用於過濾清潔系統之脈衝噴嘴,及使用此等脈衝噴嘴之過濾清潔系統。
用於空氣過濾之脈衝清潔系統使用壓縮空氣之短脈衝來逆轉過濾中的正常氣流,且從過濾介質中移除灰塵。此等系統稱為逆流過濾清潔系統。空氣透過一噴嘴輸送,該噴嘴可經特殊設計以增加進入所產生噴流之夾帶之數量,且從而增加通過過濾器之逆向氣流。
為在一所界定包跡內最佳化/最大化用於一給定過濾器形狀之清潔氣流,考慮噴嘴之形狀及分佈及所產生噴流之速度配置係必要的。
舉例而言,諸如US 8440002中所揭示之金字塔過濾器使用3或4側構形,其可能無法如通常用於圓柱形或錐形過濾器般使用一圓形噴流或分叉噴流進行有效清潔。此外,增加夾帶率可使噴嘴能夠有效清潔,同時减小噴嘴出口平面與過濾器之間之距離,且從而减小濾器房之總體尺寸及成本。
在圖11中US 7195659揭示本發明尋求改良之脈衝噴嘴之各種構形。
此前已開展改良用於圓筒式過濾器之噴嘴設計,且一系列不同正在使用。一例示性設計如US 7585343所展示。
在US 2007/0137151中,噴嘴構形使用多個出口引導脈衝空氣通過薄楔,以嘗試為大一型V型過濾器產生一類似效應。
現已設計一種改良配置。
該改良噴嘴包括:
i) 一短管部分,其具有一入口開口及一出口開口;及,
ii) 一分流器部分,其定位於該短管部分之下游;其中,該分流器部分具有偏轉器表面,該等偏轉器表面經配置以將離開該短管部分出口之氣流引導為三個或更多個不同/分開之氣流,該等氣流之各者經引導以從離開該短管部分出口之氣流之軸方向軸向地向外傾斜。
引導各氣流之該等偏轉器表面較佳實質上係平面的。
對於各氣流,較佳提供兩個或更多個傾斜偏轉器表面,在一或多個交叉點處會合。
交叉點較佳係線性的,且較佳地係從該短管部分之軸方向軸向地向外傾斜。
該短管部分較佳具有一單個/共同出口開口,該單個/共同出口將氣流引導至該等偏轉器表面之各者上。
該短管部分之出口開口較佳包括一圓形孔。
該分流器部分較佳經形成以具有隔件區段(諸如橋、壁或腹板)以分離該等不同/分開之氣流。
該等隔件區段較佳延伸在該等不同/分開之氣流之相鄰偏轉器表面之間。

該分流器部分較佳具有一偏轉器前緣構形,其中離開該短管出口之氣流被分為該等不同/分開之氣流,該前緣經定位為與該短管部分之該出口開口相鄰(或接近)。「接近」應理解為實質上10 mm或更小之距離。
該分流器部分較佳具有一偏轉器表面前緣構形,其中離開該短管出口之氣流被分為該等不同/分開之氣流,該偏轉器表面前緣構形橫向延伸通過該短管部分之該出口開口之整體。
該噴嘴較佳作為一過濾清潔系統之一部分提供,且該系統進一步包括一壓縮空氣源及用於將壓縮空氣輸送至噴嘴之構件。
該系統較佳包含用於脈衝輸送至噴嘴之空氣之一脈衝系統。
圖1展示一逆流脈衝過濾清潔系統。該系統適用於與通常已知的工業應用相關之用途,諸如US7195659中所描述,舉例而言,用於清潔經提供用於一燃氣渦輪機之一進氣系統的過濾配置。圖1所展示之逆流脈衝過濾清潔系統包括具有多個脈衝閥門2之一壓縮空氣集管1,該等脈衝閥門之各者連接至一吹管3。吹管3向一或多個噴嘴4輸送壓縮空氣之一短脈衝。各噴嘴以一方式引導所產生之脈衝噴流,使得氣流逆向通過一單個過濾器5。噴嘴可藉由一鞍座(如圖6所展示)附接至吹管之側面,或直接與吹管之開口端配合。
如圖2至圖4所繪示,在本發明中,噴嘴使用具有一星狀或棱錐狀楔形之一分流器噴嘴部分7,通常但不限於3或4尖/側。分流器噴嘴部分7順流放置於一單個會聚或會聚-發散(通常)圓形短管噴嘴8之下游。分流器之前緣可與噴嘴出口平面重合,或與幾(例如5至15)毫米下游重合。分離器將從一單個噴嘴流出之氣流偏轉且分為多個(三個或更多個)遠離噴嘴軸9之氣流,從而容許歸因於剪力層之表面積增加而增加的夾帶。側板隔件10可用於將分流器附接至短管噴嘴。在一些構形中,此等亦有助於噴流/氣流分離。
噴流/氣流發散之角度、是否及其等隨後在何處重新組合以形成具有一非圓形橫截面之一單個噴流,係藉由分流器角度、長度、位置、橫截面形狀及(视需要)側板隔件10控制。CFD類比及實驗測試可用於判定此等參數在夾帶吸比及噴流橫截面上之效應。以此方式,可使用具有此等參數之特定值之一噴嘴為一給定過濾尺寸及/或形狀提供最佳清潔流量。
分流器噴嘴部分7之各種參數、與短管噴嘴部分8之間距及短管噴嘴部分8之幾何形狀可經定製以提供所需噴流形狀及夾帶特性。噴嘴設計之一有益特徵係,可為不同形狀之過濾指定噴流夾帶及流量之再組合。
現參照圖2之特定噴嘴構形,該配置具有用於安裝至吹管3之一鞍座6,軸9與吹管3中之一出口孔之軸共同對準。分流器部分7藉由側板隔件10安裝至短管噴嘴部分,且分流器部分7具有偏轉器表面7a、7b,該等偏轉器表面從離開短管噴嘴部分8之氣流之軸方向軸向地向外傾斜。在圖2所展示之配置中,分流器部分7之偏轉器表面將離開短管噴嘴部分8之實質上所有空氣引導為三個分開之氣流(A、B、C),該等氣流之各者從離開短管噴嘴8之氣流之軸方向軸向地向外傾斜。偏轉器表面7a、7b之分開之對有效地為該等氣流(A、B、C)之各者界定分開之氣流通道。因此,對於三個氣流(A、B、C)之各者,從離開短管噴嘴8流出之所有軸向流動空氣實質上都以一均勻氣流方向(在一分開之各自氣流通道中)軸向地向外偏轉。軸向地向外傾斜的偏轉器表面7a、7b在縱向延伸交叉線7c處相交,該交叉線7c亦從離開短管噴嘴部分8之氣流之軸方向軸向地向外傾斜。

本實施例特別適用於設計用於清潔三角形橫截面錐形過濾器之系統中。然而,本實施例亦適用於圓柱形或錐形過濾器。

Claims (20)
