Abstract

一種電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,具覆蓋或包覆電氣管路及防火用途,以塗佈手段構成具備雙層以上的疊層複合結構,其中一層疊層結構為厚度介於0.03-0.24mm的防火纖維布、網,且所述防火纖維布、網的上側或下側、或其上側及下側兩側,以厚度介於1-10mm的吸熱防火層構成另一層疊層結構,具有柔軟、可曲折、重量輕及高強度等特性,適合用於覆蓋或包覆電氣管路,耐燃等級為耐燃1級,且經1100°C鍛燒,其熱重損失小於40%,火災時具備降低火勢蔓延及延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性的用途。

Description

電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材
本發明涉及一種吸熱型防火包覆材,特別是涉及一種電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材。
一般住宅或建築物中的電氣管路(以下簡稱建物的電氣管路),是易燃的塑膠製品或內含易燃的電纜線路的金屬線盒,發生火災時,不但會助長火勢外,且會產生濃煙及有害氣體,從而成為阻礙人員逃離火災現場及造成設備失效的主因。
為解決此問題,建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線的外部,應該覆蓋或包覆上防火材料,發生火災時,除了能夠抑制火焰迅速蔓延外,並且可以減少濃煙及有害氣體的產生,進而使得人員有足夠的時間撲滅火源、求救、啟動消防設備或逃離火場。但是,現有技術中的防火材料,有單層結構防火包覆材料或多層結構防火包覆材料,然而,其使用用途卻不適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路或塑膠管線。
例如,現有技術中的單層結構防火包覆材料,是使用耐燃纖維製成,有PAN氧化纖維、陶瓷纖維或水溶性鹼土纖維等耐燃纖維製品。這些耐燃纖維為短纖維,雖具優異防火機能,但機械強度較一般長纖維差,導致這些耐燃纖維製品在運送或施工過程中有易破碎及易損傷等問題。尤其是,為了防止製品碎裂及損傷,這些耐燃纖維製品的外部,需要再使用鋁箔貼合或鋁板外封,以至於這些耐燃纖維製品的柔軟性及可彎折性不佳,此結果造成其使用用途不適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路或塑膠管線。
例如,現有技術中的多層結構防火包覆材料,有中國實用新型專利文獻CN202982995U公開的具三層疊層結構的光纜、電纜用防火毯,其疊層結構中,使用無機纖維針刺毯為中間隔熱層,而中間隔熱層的上下兩側,則使用無機纖維織物製成的裝飾層。但是,這種防火毯的防火用途,僅可用於包覆保護光纜、電纜,卻無法延長光纜、電纜在火災時的有效性,造成設備失效。
例如,現有技術中的多層結構防火包覆材料,有日本發明專利JP20135010742A公開的具多層非膨脹型防火材,經由無機纖維層及吸熱層,以濕式成型方式形成多層結構。但是這種防火材因各層配方及各層厚度皆有差異,以致厚度高達20-50mm,且使用時需將無機纖維層及吸熱層區分使用,適用於石油生產及加工管道,不適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線。
例如,現有技術中的多層結構防火包覆材料,有美國3M公司發明專利US6051193公開的多層膨脹型片,可做為污染控制元件及消防裝置,經由柔軟的可膨脹層及非膨脹層,使用造紙機以濕式沉積形成多層結構,雖具有柔軟性,但有可彎折性不佳及重量過重的問題,其使用用途仍然不適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線。
為解決現有技術中的防火材料不適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線的問題,本發明的主要目的在於揭露一種電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,具覆蓋或包覆電氣管路、塑膠管線及防火用途,其斷面結構以塗佈方式構成呈一體化結構的雙層或三層以上的疊層複合結構,其中,其斷面結構的其中一層疊層結構,以厚度介於0.03mm-0.24mm的防火纖維布、網作為塗佈及披覆基材,且所述防火纖維布、網的上側或下側、或其上側及下側兩側,以厚度介於1mm-10mm的吸熱防火層構成;也就是說,本發明的電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,包含一防火纖維布、網和至少一吸熱防火層。其中,所述防火纖維布、網選自玻璃纖維、碳纖維、聚丙烯腈 (polyacrylonitrile,PAN)氧化纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維或芳香族聚醯胺纖維中的一種,且所述吸熱防火層的材料包括10 wt%至30 wt%的耐熱樹脂、3 wt%至10 wt%的耐熱纖維和60 wt%至80 wt%的無機阻燃劑。耐熱樹脂如矽樹脂、氟碳樹脂等單一或多種成分。耐熱纖維如玻璃纖維、碳纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維。無機阻燃劑如氫氧化物、無機磷系化合物、奈米層狀矽酸鹽、硼酸鹽等單一或多種成分混合構成。
所述電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材優選實施例,為所述的防火纖維布、網的厚度介於0.03mm-0.24mm。
所述電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材的優選實施例,為所述具吸熱效果的防火層的厚度介於1mm-10mm。
所述電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材的優選實施例,是使用經緯密度介於55x53~10x10的防火纖維布、網作為所述塗佈或披覆基材。
本發明揭露的電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,具有柔軟、可曲折、重量輕及高強度等特性,適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路,不但可以提升建物的電氣管路的耐燃程度,並且可以降低火災時火勢的蔓延及延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性的用途。

應當可以理解的是,雖然本文中可能會使用到“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等術語來描述各種元件或者信號,但這些元件或者信號不應受這些術語的限制。這些術語主要是用以區分一元件與另一元件,或者一信號與另一信號。另外,本文中所使用的術語“或”,應視實際情況可能包括相關聯的列出項目中的任一個或者多個的組合。
如圖1至圖4所示,本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,其斷面結構呈多層複合結構,具備雙層或三層以上的疊層製品。尤其是,其多層複合結構中的相鄰不同疊層結構之間,是以塗佈手段構成呈一體化結構的多層複合結構。
本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,使用塗佈手段構成呈一體化結構時,可以利用選擇塗層厚度、貼合壓力及調整吸熱防火層配方來調整疊層機械強度和軟硬度。
如圖1所示,本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,其斷面結構呈雙層疊層結構時,是由防火纖維布、網11及一吸熱防火層12疊合構成。更具體而言,是使用塗佈手段,將所述吸熱防火層12疊合在所述防火纖維布、網11的上側或下側,從而構成呈一體化結構且兼具優異機械強度和軟硬度的雙層疊層結構。
另外,由於吸熱防火層12是以塗佈的方式形成,吸熱防火層12除了設置於防火纖維布、網11的至少其中一側上之外,吸熱防火層12亦會滲入防火纖維布、網11的間隙中,而可使吸熱型防火包覆材10兼具優異機械強度和軟硬度。並且,相較於以往濕式成型的方法,可解決厚度調整的問題,具有依防火需求調整厚度的功效。
如圖2所示,本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,其斷面結構呈三層疊層結構時,是由一防火纖維布、網11及二吸熱防火層12疊合構成。更具體而言,是使用塗佈手段,將所述吸熱防火層12分別疊合在所述防火纖維布、網11的上側及下側,從而構成呈一體化結構且兼具優異機械強度和軟硬度的三層疊層結構。
如圖3所示,本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,其斷面結構呈五層疊層結構時,是由二防火纖維布、網11及三吸熱防火層12疊合構成,且是使用塗佈手段將每一防火纖維布、網11疊置在二片吸熱防火層12的中間,從而構成呈一體化結構且兼具優異機械強度和軟硬度的五層疊層結構。
如圖4所示,本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,其斷面結構呈三層疊層結構時,是由二防火纖維布、網11及一吸熱防火層12疊合構成,且是使用塗佈手段將防火纖維布、網11疊置在及一片吸熱防火層12的上下側,從而構成呈一體化結構且兼具優異機械強度和軟硬度的三層疊層結構。
本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,具覆蓋或包覆電氣管路、塑膠管線及防火用途,其中,防火纖維布、網11的厚度,介於0.03mm-0.24mm,優選為介於0.05mm-0.15mm,且選自玻璃纖維、碳纖維、PAN氧化纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維或芳香族聚醯胺纖維中的一種,具備極佳的耐燃及絕熱性能。
而所述吸熱防火層12的厚度,介於1mm-10mm,優選為介於1.5mm-5mm,且由耐熱樹脂如矽樹脂、氟碳樹脂等單一或多種成分、耐熱纖維如玻璃纖維、碳纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維等及無機阻燃劑如氫氧化物、無機磷系化合物、奈米層狀矽酸鹽、硼酸鹽等單一或多種成分混合成配方構成,具備極佳的吸熱性及耐燃性。當使用塗佈手段將所述吸熱防火層12與所述防火纖維布、網11構成呈一體化結構時,所述防火纖維布、網11的厚度太薄,支撐度不足,而無法增加塗佈厚度,而厚度太厚,則造成吸熱型防火包覆材10曲折性不佳,造成碎裂。
所述防火纖維布、網11的經緯密度(即,布面每單位長度內所含紗線根數,以“wpi×fpi”表示),介於55×53~10×10,優選為介於20×18~17×17,其中,“wpi (warps per inch)”是指布面在橫向的每1英吋的經紗根數;“fpi (fillings per inch)”是指布面在縱向的每1英吋的緯紗根數。
所述防火纖維布、網11的經緯密度愈高,機械強度也愈高,但當使用塗佈手段將所述吸熱防火層12與所述防火纖維布、網11構成呈一體化結構時,疊層間附著性不佳,結果成品機械強度反而下降。若防火纖維布、網11的經緯密度太低,則機械強度不足,造成成品易碎裂,因此,本發明通過控制防火纖維布、網11的經緯密度,可達到調整機械強度的功效。
本發明的吸熱型防火包覆材10,除具備隔熱及防火特性外,還兼具柔軟、可曲折、重量輕及高強度的特性,使用用途適合用於覆蓋或包覆建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線,著火時,能夠抑制或延遲火焰燒到建物的電氣管路及塑膠管線,有助於減少濃煙與有害氣體的產生,及延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性。
以下舉實施例及比較例製得的吸熱型防火包覆材樣品,按照下列測試方法評估吸熱型防火包覆材的物性。
I.拉力強度(kg/cm3 )測試:
從樣品的緃向及橫向各裁切下一片相同大小(長150mm及寬30mm)的試片。調整拉力試驗機的上下夾具距離為100±2mm,將試片以夾具夾緊,以200mm±20mm /min速度向下拉至斷裂後,記錄最高數據。
II.90°曲折角度測試:
從樣品的緃向及橫向各裁切下一片相同大小(長150mm及寬150mm)的試片。以手工進行90°曲折測試,目視樣品是否有破裂、剝落等外觀異常發生。
III.耐燃性測試;
按照ASTM E 1354規範使用錐形量熱儀測試材料承受不同加熱時間後的燃燒熱釋放率。在50kW(千瓦)/m2 的加熱條件下,對測試材料分別加熱20分鐘、10分鐘及5分鐘,視測試材料滿足下列規範標準1~3的加熱條件決定其耐熱等級: 1.材料總熱釋放量為8MJ(兆焦耳)/m2 以下; 2.最大熱釋放率超過200kW/m2 的時間,沒有持續10秒以上; 3.測試材料背面沒有出現龜裂及孔穴。
測試材料的耐熱等級,分為下列三個等級: A.耐熱1級,是指測試材料經過加熱20分鐘後能夠滿足上述規範標準1~3; B.耐熱2級,是指測試材料經過加熱10分鐘後能夠滿足上述規範標準1~3; C.耐熱3級,是指測試材料經過加熱5分鐘後能夠滿足上述規範標準1~3;
IV.1100°C耐熱經時性;
參考UL1709規範,使用高溫爐測試材料承受1100用不同加熱時間後的熱重損失。對測試材料分別鍛燒30分鐘、60分鐘、120分鐘及240分鐘,評估材料本身耐熱經時性。
實施例1:
如圖1所示,使用塗佈手段製得呈雙層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含厚度0.02mm的玻璃纖維布及一層厚度1mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為17×17。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
實施例2:
如圖2所示,使用塗佈手段製得呈三層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含一層厚度0.1mm的芳香族聚醯胺纖維網及雙層厚度2mm的吸熱防火層,其中,芳香族聚醯胺纖維網的經緯密度為12.5×12.5。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
實施例3:
如圖3所示,使用塗佈手段製得五層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構中包含二片厚度0.05mm的玻璃纖維布,且每片玻璃纖維布的表面塗佈厚度2mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為20×10。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
實施例4:
如圖4所示,使用塗佈手段製得呈三層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構中包含二片厚度0.05mm的玻璃纖維布及單層厚度2mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為17×15。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
比較例1:
取厚度2mm的PAN氧化纖維織造毯為單層結構防火包覆材料,不再複合吸熱防火層。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
比較例2:
取市售厚度10.02mm的雙層結構吸熱防火包覆材料。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
比較例3:
如圖2所示,使用塗佈手段製得呈三層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含雙層厚度0.02mm的玻璃纖維布及一層厚度3mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為56x56。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。
比較例4:
如圖1所示,使用塗佈手段製得呈雙層疊層結構的吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含厚度0.3mm的碳纖布及厚度1mm的吸熱防火層,其中,碳纖布的經緯密度為6.25×6.25。
進行各項物性評估,結果如表1所示。

結果
1.實施例1的吸熱型防火包覆材,使用塗佈手段製得呈雙層疊層結構吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含厚度0.02mm的玻璃纖維布及一層厚度1mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為17×17,與比較例1只使用PAN氧化纖維織造毯的單層疊層結構防火包覆材相較,在耐燃等級及1100°C耐熱經時性等防火性能方面,均獲得有效提昇,尤其是,實施例1的吸熱型防火包覆材,具有柔軟、可曲折、重量輕及高強度等特性,適合用於覆蓋或包覆電氣管路及塑膠管線,且耐燃等級為耐燃1級,且經1100°C鍛燒,其熱重損失小於40%,除了有助減少濃煙與有害氣體的產生,也延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性。
2.實施例1的吸熱型防火包覆材,使用塗佈手段製得呈雙層疊層結構吸熱型防火包覆材,其疊層結構包含厚度0.02mm的玻璃纖維布及一層厚度1mm的吸熱防火層,其中,玻璃纖維布的經緯密度為17×17,相對於比較例4的吸熱型防火包覆材,除了同樣一吸熱防火層外,另使用厚度0.3mm,經緯密度為6.25×6.25的碳纖維布製得,雖在耐燃等級及1100°C耐熱經時性等防火性能相當,但在拉力強度及曲折性等機械強度,均獲得有效提昇,也說明碳纖維布的經緯密度不得低於10×10,而厚度不得高於2.4mm。
3.實施例2的吸熱型防火包覆材,使用塗佈手段製得呈三層疊層結構吸熱型防火包覆材,除二吸熱防火層外,還包括使用厚度0.05mm,經緯密度為12.5×12.5為厚度使的芳香族聚醯胺纖維網,相對於比較例3的吸熱型防火包覆材,除了同樣二吸熱防火層外,也使用厚度0.05mm,經緯密度為56×56的碳纖維布,製得呈三層疊層結構,在耐燃等級及1100°C耐熱經時性等防火性能雖相當,但實施例2的吸熱型防火包覆材90°曲折不破裂、不剝落,說明玻璃纖維布的經緯密度不得高於55×53。
4.比較例2的市售吸熱型防火包覆材,是以濕式成型方式製得呈二層疊層結構吸熱防火包覆材,厚度高達10mm,而相對於實施例3使用塗佈手段製得呈五層疊層結構,厚度9.2mm吸熱防火包覆材,相較下,其耐燃等級及1100°C耐熱經時性等防火性能相當,但在曲折性方面,實施例3的吸熱型防火包覆材90°曲折不破裂、不剝落,更適合用於覆蓋或包覆電氣管路及塑膠管線,除了有助減少濃煙與有害氣體的產生,也延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性。
5.實施例4的吸熱型防火包覆材,使用塗佈手段製得三層疊層結構防火包覆材,除單層吸熱防火層外,另使用二厚度0.05mm,經緯密度為17×15的玻璃纖維布,具備優異拉力強度、曲折性,耐燃等級為耐燃1級,且經1100°C鍛燒,其熱重損失小於40%,適合用於覆蓋或包覆電氣管路及塑膠管線,也有助減少濃煙與有害氣體的產生,及延長電氣管路內線路、電纜線有效性。
以上所公開的內容僅為本發明的優選可行實施例,並非因此侷限本發明的申請專利範圍,所以凡是運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所做的等效技術變化,均包含於本發明的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其用於覆蓋或包覆一電氣管路,所述吸熱型防火包覆材為一疊層結構,所述疊層結構包括一厚度介於0.03mm-0.24mm的防火纖維布、網,以及至少一厚度介於1mm-10mm的吸熱防火層;其中,以所述吸熱防火層的總重為基準,所述吸熱防火層的材料包括10 wt%至30 wt%的耐熱樹脂、3wt%至10 wt%的耐熱纖維和60 wt%至80 wt%的無機阻燃劑;所述吸熱型防火包覆材的耐燃等級為耐燃1級,且經1100°C鍛燒,其熱重損失小於40%。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述防火纖維布、網的經緯密度介於55x53~10x10。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述防火纖維布、網為玻璃纖維、碳纖維、聚丙烯腈氧化纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維或芳香族聚醯胺纖維。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述耐熱樹脂為矽樹脂、氟碳樹脂或其組合物。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述耐熱纖維為玻璃纖維、碳纖維、陶瓷纖維、水溶性鹼土纖維或其組合物。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述無機阻燃劑為氫氧化物、無機磷系化合物、奈米層狀矽酸鹽、硼酸鹽或其組合物。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電氣管路用吸熱型防火包覆材,其中,所述吸熱防火層是以塗佈方式形成於所述防火纖維布、網上。
