Description
本發明與一種用於循環液體(特別是水、廢水等)的雙曲面攪拌器體有關。本發明還與攪拌器及充氣裝置有關。
例如從DE 202 07 376 U1中知曉雙曲面攪拌器體以及攪拌器及充氣裝置。
在已知的攪拌器及充氣裝置中,具有傳動裝置的電動機被設置在塔狀框架的頂端。傳動軸連接至中空攪拌器軸,中空攪拌器軸的末端安裝有單皮雙曲面攪拌器體。雙曲面攪拌器體在其上側具有在某些部分中徑向運行的輸送肋,這些輸送肋沿切線方向朝向攪拌器體的周緣彎曲。在攪拌器體下側的周緣處設置有剪切肋。環形管線位於攪拌器體下方,空氣經由該環形管線饋送。空氣通過塔架的支撐元件到達環形管線。
已知的攪拌器及充氣裝置需要提供塔狀框架、並且為了通氣還需要提供環形管線。更具體地,已知的攪拌器及充氣裝置適合用於被容納在容器中的水、廢水等的循環以及充氣。相比之下,已知的攪拌器及充氣裝置特別不適合用於自然水體(例如池塘、湖泊等)的循環以及充氣,這是因為這裡沒有用於支撐塔狀框架的固體基材。除此之外,從製造的觀點來看,已知的攪拌器及充氣裝置相對複雜。
本發明的目的是克服習知技術的缺點。特別地,將描述普遍適合用於液體的循環以及充氣的雙曲面攪拌器體以及攪拌器及充氣裝置。根據本發明的另一個目的,特別是攪拌器及充氣裝置的製造將被簡化。
此目的是藉由請求項1及請求項16的特徵而被達成。從請求項2至請求項15的特徵,本發明的有利實施方式將變得清楚。
根據本發明,將雙曲面攪拌器體形成為中空體,其中在連接部中設置有用於饋送空氣的中央孔,以及其中在該孔的下游設置有空氣分配裝置,該空氣分配裝置用於將經由該孔饋送的空氣朝向被設置在中空體中的複數空氣出口孔分配。利用根據本發明的雙曲面攪拌器體,液體的循環以及充氣都是可能的。已知的中空攪拌器軸本身可以用於饋送空氣。在使用所提出的雙曲面攪拌器體製造的攪拌器及充氣裝置中,可以省去塔形框架以及用於通氣的單獨環形管線的設置。這樣的攪拌器及充氣裝置可以用減少的工作量來製造。其可以容易且快速地就地安裝。特別是,沒有必要在水下舖設任何通氣管線。
根據有利的實施方式,在孔下游的空氣分配裝置具有空氣分配空間,該空氣分配空間具有複數空氣分配孔。每個空氣分配孔有利地通向空氣通道,該空氣通道由在某些部分中徑向延伸的壁定界。在某些部分中徑向延伸的壁在切線方向上有利地朝向雙曲面攪拌器體的周緣彎曲。有利地,每個空氣出口孔均設置在空氣通道的徑向外端部處。所提出的雙曲面攪拌器體的設計,特別是空氣分配裝置,盡可能地利用雙曲面攪拌器體的幾何形狀。緊湊的構造導致中空體的設計。在空氣通道的徑向外端部處設置空氣出口孔有助於特別有效地對所討論的液體充氣。
根據特別有利的實施方式,雙曲面攪拌器體由包含連接部的上殼以及連接至該上殼的下殼形成,其中空氣通道由上殼以及下殼定界。因此,可以藉由簡單地將上殼以及下殼接合在一起來產生空氣通道。

有利地,複數空氣出口孔中的至少一個被設置在兩個剪切肋之間。由於所提出的佈置,經由空氣出口孔排出的氣泡立即藉由剪切肋的作用而被破壞、及/或在周圍的液體中很好地分佈。因此實現了液體的特別有效的充氣。
上殼以及下殼每一個可以由纖維增強塑膠製成。根據一種有利的實施方式,空氣分配空間由旋轉對稱的插入件(較佳為圓錐形插入件)形成,空氣分配孔被設置在該插入件的周壁中。插入件也可以由纖維增強塑膠製成。因此,中空體可以容易地由很少的零件(特別是上殼、下殼以及插入件)以例如藉由膠合來製造。

在圖1中,雙曲面攪拌器體附接至中空攪拌器軸1。雙曲面攪拌器體具有由元件符號2表示的中央連接部。連接部2具有用於空氣通過的中央孔3。

- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的雙曲面攪拌器體,其中該空氣分配空間由一旋轉對稱的插入件,較佳為一圓錐形插入件,形成,其中該空氣分配孔被設置在該插入件的一周壁中。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的雙曲面攪拌器體,其中該插入件由一纖維增強塑膠製成。
- 一種攪拌器及充氣裝置,包括: 一電動機, 一傳動裝置,該傳動裝置與該電動機驅動地連接且具有一傳動中空軸, 一風扇,該風扇被連接至傳動中空軸的一第一端、且被設置用於饋送空氣, 一攪拌器軸,該攪拌器軸被連接至該傳動中空軸的一第二端,以及 根據前述請求項中任一項所述的一雙曲面攪拌器體,該雙曲面攪拌器體附接至該攪拌器軸的一第三端。
