モーターと、
前記モーターに駆動接続され、伝動中空軸を有する伝動装置と、
前記伝動中空軸の第1の端に接続され、空気を送り込むために設けられた送風機と、
前記伝動中空軸の第2の端に接続された撹拌軸と、
前記撹拌軸の第3の端に取り付けられた、本発明に係る双曲面撹拌体と、
を備える。
なお、本発明は、実施の態様として以下の内容を含む。
[態様1]
液体、特に、水、汚水等、を循環させる双曲面撹拌体であって、その中心に中空撹拌軸(1)への接続用の接続部(2)が設けられた双曲面撹拌体であって、
当該双曲面撹拌体が中空体として形成され、空気を送り込むための中央孔(3)が前記接続部(2)に設けられ、
前記孔(3)を通して送り込まれた空気を前記中空体に設けられた複数の空気吹出し口(14)に向けて分散させる空気分散装置(9、10、11)が、前記孔(3)の下流側に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様2]
態様1に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記孔(3)の下流側における前記空気分散装置(9、10、11)が、複数の空気分散孔(10)を備えた空気分散空間(4)を有する、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様3]
態様1または2に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、各空気分散孔(10)が空気流路(11)内に開口し、前記空気流路(11)が、いくつかのセクションに分かれて径方向に走る壁(8)によって画定される、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様4]
態様1~3のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)が、それぞれ前記空気流路(11)の径方向外側端部に設けられる、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様5]
態様1~4のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体であって、
前記接続部(2)を収容する上側外殻(5)およびその上側外殻に接続された下側外殻(7)から形成され、
前記空気流路(11)が、前記上側外殻(5)および前記下側外殻(7)によって画定される、双曲面撹拌体。

態様1~5のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、いくつかのセクションに分かれて径方向に走る搬送リブ(6)が、前記上側外殻(5)の第1の上側(O1)から延在する、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様7]
態様1~6のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記壁(8)が、前記下側外殻(7)の第2の上側(O2)から延在する、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様8]
態様1~7のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記上側および下側外殻(5、7)が連結された際に各搬送リブの下側が前記壁(8)のうち1つの壁(8)の上側縁で支持されるように、前記壁(8)の経路が前記搬送リブ(6)の経路と一致する、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様9]
態様1~8のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記下側外殻(7)の前記第2の上側(O2)が、凹状に、好ましくは双曲面状に、形成される、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様10]
態様1~9のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、径方向外側に延在する剪断リブ(12)が、前記第2の上側(O2)とは反対側の前記下側外殻(7)の第2の下側(U2)に取り付けられる、双曲面撹拌体。
[態様11]
態様1~10のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)が、前記下側外殻(7)の周縁(U)の近傍に設けられる、双曲面撹拌体。

態様1~11のいずれか一態様に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)のそれぞれが、2つの剪断リブ(12)の間に設けられている、双曲面撹拌体。

Claims (13)
- 液体を循環させる双曲面撹拌体であって、その中心に中空撹拌軸(1)への接続用の接続部(2)が設けられ、
当該双曲面撹拌体が中空体として形成され、空気を送り込むための中央孔(3)が前記接続部(2)に設けられ、
前記孔(3)を通して送り込まれた空気を前記中空体に設けられた複数の空気吹出し口(14)に向けて分散させる空気分散装置(9、10、11)が、前記孔(3)の下流側に設けられた双曲面撹拌体であって、
前記接続部(2)を収容する上側外殻(5)およびその上側外殻に接続された下側外殻(7)から形成され、
空気流路(11)が、前記上側外殻(5)および前記下側外殻(7)によって画定され、
前記空気分散装置(9、10、11)が、前記孔(3)の下流側における複数の空気分散孔(10)を備えた空気分散空間(4)を有し、
各空気分散孔(10)が空気流路(11)内に開口し、前記空気流路(11)が、いくつかのセクションに分かれて径方向に走る壁(8)によって画定され、
いくつかのセクションに分かれて径方向に走る搬送リブ(6)が、前記上側外殻(5)の第1の上側(O1)から延在し、
前記上側および下側外殻(5、7)が連結された際に各搬送リブの下側が前記壁(8)のうち1つの壁(8)の上側縁で支持されるように、前記壁(8)の経路が前記搬送リブ(6)の経路と一致する、
ことを特徴とする、双曲面撹拌体。 - 請求項1に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)が、それぞれ前記空気流路(11)の径方向外側端部に設けられる、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記壁(8)が、前記下側外殻(7)の第2の上側(O2)から延在する、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項3に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記下側外殻(7)の前記第2の上側(O2)が、凹状に形成される、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項4に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記下側外殻(7)の前記第2の上側(O2)が、双曲面状に形成される、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、径方向外側に延在する剪断リブ(12)が、前記第2の上側(O2)とは反対側の前記下側外殻(7)の第2の下側(U2)に取り付けられる、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)が、前記下側外殻(7)の周縁(U)の近傍に設けられる、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項6または7に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気吹出し口(14)のそれぞれが、2つの剪断リブ(12)の間に設けられている、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記上側外殻(5)および前記下側外殻(7)が、それぞれ繊維強化プラスチックで作られている、双曲面撹拌体。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記空気分散空間(4)が、回転対称のインサート(9)から形成され、前記空気分散孔(10)が前記インサートの周壁に設けられる、双曲面撹拌体。

- 請求項10または11に記載の双曲面撹拌体において、前記インサート(9)が繊維強化プラスチックで作られている、双曲面撹拌体。
