Abstract

一種用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其包括一導光件、一套蓋及位於套蓋中的一LED燈,該導光件包括一入光面及鄰接於入光面側的一出光面,入光面上形成複數凹弧槽,出光面相對端形成一作用面,該作用面上包括複數反光面,導光件設置於套蓋中,LED燈對齊導光件的入光面。當車側盲區感應到車輛進入時,即驅動LED燈射出光線,該射出光線即經由入光面處的凹弧槽擴散,及經由複數反光面的反射作用,而將射出光線擴散均勻的向外射出,因而駕駛人在視覺上可接收到均勻明亮卻不刺眼的警示光線,達到更佳的車側盲區警示效果。

Description

用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置
本創作係關於一種用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,尤指一種設置在車輛後視鏡中,可提供均勻明亮的警示光線,以提醒駕駛人車側有來車進入盲區的警示發光裝置。
車輛二側所安裝的後視鏡,可用於觀察車側後方道路狀況,而讓駕駛人能預判車側後方是否有來車進入,使其在變換車道前能有所警覺而預作準備及反應。而由於車輛後視鏡對於車側後方存在著觀察上無法見及的盲視區域,故而業界發展出一種盲區警示發光裝置安裝在車輛後視鏡的殼體當中,該盲區警示發光裝置與車輛二側所設置的感應器電性連接,因而當車輛二側後方有來車進入盲視區域時,即可以感應器的感應訊號驅動盲區警示發光裝置中所設置的LED燈發光,使LED燈射出光線,並經由鏡片的透光區間射出光線,而能提醒駕駛人有所警覺,以避免在不知情的狀況下變換車道或轉彎時與車側後方來車產生碰撞意外。
上述盲區警示光源設置於車後視鏡中,雖提供駕駛人在變換車道或轉向前,可藉由車後視鏡的LED燈是否發光,來判斷車側盲視區域是否有車輛進入,而讓駕駛人能及時警覺及預作準備。然而,LED燈所發出的光線,係直線射出的點光源光線非常刺眼,尤其在夜間環境中,眼睛的瞳孔張大,LED燈直射出來的光線,如未作均勻化處理,即突然刺激駕駛人眼睛的話,即可能造成駕駛人緊張,而反射性動作的轉動方向盤,如此極易導至車輛失控及發生不可預期的交通意外。如為了對於LED燈射出的光線進行均勻化處理,而在警示發光裝置中摻入擴散劑,又將大幅增加製造成本。為此,目前利用LED燈作為車側盲區警示光源,仍存在著LED燈光線太過刺眼,或者為了光線均勻化處理而增加製造成本等問題,而有待業界研究創新加以改善。
本創作提供一種用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其安置於一車後視鏡中,包括一導光件,該導光件包括沿一前後方向隔開的一出光面及非平行於該出光面的一作用面,及沿一縱向方向隔開的一入光面及一終端面,該入光面及終端面分別鄰接於該出光面及作用面二端,該入光面沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸大於該終端面沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸,該入光面上形成複數道凹弧槽,該作用面包括複數個凹部,該複數個凹部界定出複數個反光面,該複數個反光面與該出光面間形成一銳角,及包括一套蓋,該套蓋罩設在該導光件周圍,該套蓋包括沿前後方向隔開的一第一表面及一第二表面,該第一及第二表面之間形成一外周面,一容室凹入該第一表面,所述導光件安置於該容室中且該導光件的出光面對齊該車後視鏡的一鏡片側所設置的一透光區間,及包括一電路板,該電路板安裝在該套蓋的容室當中,該電路板上包括電性連接的一LED燈,該LED燈對齊所述導光件的入光面,當LED燈經驅動而射出光線時,該射出光線即先經由該入光面的凹弧槽擴散後,再經由複數反光面反射而朝向出光面方向均勻的向外射出光線。
本創作特點,即對於LED燈所射出的光線,先經由導光件的入光面的凹弧槽擴散後,再經由複數反光面的各反光面的反射作用,使盲區警示發光裝置能在車輛後視鏡處產生均勻明亮的警示光線,藉此避免LED燈的點光源光線過於強烈的刺激駕駛人眼睛。以及,本創作對於LED燈的射出光線,係以入光面的凹弧槽進行擴散,及藉由導光件的複數反光面的反射作用,而可在不添加擴散劑且不增加製造成本的前提下,即能提供駕駛人均勻明亮的可見光線之警示效果。
在配合圖式說明本創作說明性實施例的詳細說明下,將可更清楚了解本創作。
配合參看第1圖至第6圖所示,本創作用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置32,係安裝在車輛的一車後視鏡10的鏡片組20的一鏡片座22中。該車後視鏡10另包括一殼體94,該殼體94表面具有一開口96及由該開口96凹入殼體94中的一容置空間98。該鏡片座22包括前後隔開的一第一面24及一第二面26,該鏡片座22具有一定位區27,該定位區27中形成貫穿第一面24及第二面26的一窗口28,該窗口28提供盲區警示發光裝置32安置其中。該鏡片組20另包括一鏡片29,該鏡片29具有一透光區間30,該鏡片29係以一黏膠層115黏貼在該鏡片座22的第二面26(如第5圖所示),且令透光區間30對齊該窗口28。鏡片組20裝設在殼體94中,係以第一面24朝向殼體94的開口96置入殼體94,而結合在該殼體94的容置空間98中。
如第1圖及第2圖所示,本創作盲區警示發光裝置32包括以透光性材料製成的一導光件34及罩設在該導光件34周圍的一套蓋72,並於該套蓋72中設置一電路板68,該電路板68上電性連接一LED燈70。又,本創作用於製造導光件34的透光性材料包括:聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,簡稱PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (polymethyl methacrylate ,簡稱 PMMA)、聚苯乙烯(polystyrene,簡稱PS)等,但所述材料並不以此三種為限。
配合參看第2圖及第3圖,本創作導光件34包括沿一前後方向隔開的一出光面36及非平行於該出光面36的一作用面54,及包括沿一縱向方向隔開的一入光面40及一終端面46,及包括沿垂直於該縱向方向及垂直於該前後方向的一橫向方向隔開的一第一側面48及一第二側面50。該入光面40、終端面46分別鄰接於該出光面36與作用面54二端。該第一側面48、第二側面50分別鄰接於該出光面36、作用面54、入光面40及終端面46二側,該導光件34的出光面36周緣形成一定位部38,以及,該第一側面48與該終端面46之間形成一斜面段66。又,入光面40沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸大於該終端面46沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸。該作用面54由入光面40側沿縱向方向逐漸傾斜地靠近該出光面36,因而若由側面觀察(如第3圖所示),該導光件34係概呈楔形(wedge-shaped)。
如第2圖及第3圖所示,導光件34的入光面40上形成複數道凹弧槽42,任一凹弧槽42二側分別形成一側邊44,且任一凹弧槽42的二側邊44與相鄰的任一凹弧槽42的一側邊44交接重疊。又,任一凹弧槽42的二側邊44之間的寬度尺寸範圍介於0.5mm至2mm。以及,任一凹弧槽42由底端最深處至該入光面40間的深度範圍介於0.5mm至2mm。
如第2圖及第3圖所示,導光件34的作用面54上包括由第一側面48側邊延伸至第二側面50側邊的複數個凹部62,藉由該複數個凹部62界定出由第一側面48側邊延伸至第二側面50側邊的複數個反光面58,該複數個反光面58與出光面36間形成一銳角A。大致上,該銳角A範圍介於2645該導光件34的複數個反光面58與出光面36間所形成的銳角A範圍介於3140銳角A為31銳角A遞增0.51A角度,至相鄰於終端面46的最後一個反光面58與出光面36間的銳角A為40
如第2圖所示,本創作套蓋72為非透光性殼體,包括沿前後方向隔開的一第一表面74及一第二表面76,該第一及第二表面74、76之間形成一外周面78。該套蓋72的外周面78並與鏡片座22的窗口28為相同形狀。一容室80凹入該第一表面74,該容室80包括一底面84及位於該底面84周圍的一內周面82,該內周面82包括一切面段88,該第一表面74與該內周面82間形成一嵌槽86,該底面84經過霧化處理。一穿孔90貫穿該外周面78及內周面82而連通該容室80。該容室80鄰近穿孔90位置設置一卡合槽92。
如第2圖、第5圖及第6圖所示,本創作盲區警示發光裝置32的電路板68係與一車輛側面所設置的感應器電性相連。該電路板68包括電性連接的一LED燈70。該LED燈70射出光線的光軸71(光束的中心線)具有指向性。本創作若依照國際照明委員會International Commission on Illumination(CIE)對於光束角(Beam angle)的界定,則本創作所選用的LED燈70的光束角範圍大致上介於10120LED燈70光束角範圍介於4080LED燈70的光束角為60±10。
配合參看第5圖、第6圖及第7圖所示,本創作組合應用,係將電路板68一側設置於套蓋72的卡合槽92中,及令LED燈70對齊該導光件34的入光面40。該LED燈70射出光線的光軸71係由入光面40處沿縱向方向直線延伸。該LED燈70射出光線所形成的光束照射範圍可涵蓋一個或複數個凹弧槽42。該套蓋72罩設在導光件34周圍,因而導光件34伸入該套蓋72的容室80中,導光件34的定位部38置入嵌槽86中。以及,導光件34的斜面段66對齊該套蓋72的切面段88。再以導光件34的出光面36朝向鏡片座22的窗口28置入,使該套蓋72的外周面78迫入鏡片座22的窗口28中迫緊定位,且套蓋72的穿孔90局部外露於該窗口28外側,使一車輛側邊所設置的感應器能以一電線經由穿孔90穿入容室80並與電路板68電性連接。以及在導光件34的出光面36貼設一造型片111(如第5圖所示),該造型片111包括一造型孔113,該造型孔113對齊該導光件34的出光面36。因而當車側所裝設的感應器感應到有車輛進入盲區區域時即驅動LED燈70,該LED燈70射出光線照射在入光面40的複數凹弧槽42,可先經由入光面40上的一個或複數凹弧槽42擴散入導光件34中,且進入導光件34中的擴散光線即利用全反射原理,經由複數個反光面58反射而朝向出光面36射出,因而擴散均勻的射出光線即經由造型片111的造型孔113及鏡片29的透光區間30向外射出。
本創作特點,即因盲區警示發光裝置32設置於車後視鏡10中,對於LED燈70的射出光線,先經由導光件34的入光面40的一個或複數凹弧槽42擴散後,再經由複數個反光面58的反射作用,使盲區警示發光裝置32能在車後視鏡10中產生均勻明亮的警示光線,藉此避免LED燈70的點光源光線過於強烈的刺激駕駛人眼睛。以及,本創作對於LED燈70的射出光線進行擴散作用,及藉由導光件34的複數個反光面58的反射作用,而可在導光件34不添加擴散劑而在不增加製造成本的前提下,即能提供駕駛人均勻明亮的可見光線之警示效果。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其安置於一車後視鏡中,包括:   一導光件,包括沿一前後方向隔開的一出光面及非平行於該出光面的一作用面,及沿一縱向方向隔開的一入光面及一終端面,該入光面及終端面分別鄰接於該出光面及作用面二端,該入光面沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸大於該終端面沿前後方向所形成的長度尺寸,該入光面上形成複數道凹弧槽,該作用面包括複數個凹部,該複數個凹部界定出複數個反光面,該複數個反光面與該出光面間形成一銳角;   一套蓋,罩設在該導光件周圍,該套蓋包括沿前後方向隔開的一第一表面及一第二表面,該第一及第二表面之間形成一外周面,一容室凹入該第一表面,所述導光件安置於該容室中且該導光件的出光面對齊該車後視鏡的一鏡片側所設置的一透光區間;   一電路板,安裝在該套蓋的容室當中,該電路板上包括電性連接的一LED燈,該LED燈對齊所述導光件的入光面,當LED燈經驅動而射出光線時,該射出光線即先經由該入光面的凹弧槽擴散後,再經由複數反光面反射而朝向出光面方向均勻的向外射出光線。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,所述導光件進一步包括沿垂直於該縱向方向及垂直於該前後方向的一橫向方向隔開的一第一側面及一第二側面,該第一側面、第二側面分別鄰接於該出光面、作用面、入光面及終端面二側,該複數個凹部6係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面與該出光面間所形成的銳角範圍介於2645
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,所述導光件進一步包括沿垂直於該縱向方向及垂直於該前後方向的一橫向方向隔開的一第一側面及一第二側面,該第一側面、第二側面分別鄰接於該出光面、作用面、入光面及終端面二側,該複數個凹部係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面與該出光面間所形成的銳角範圍介於3140銳角為31銳角遞增0.51銳角為40
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,所述導光件34進一步包括沿垂直於該縱向方向及垂直於該前後方向的一橫向方向隔開的一第一側面及一第二側面,該第一側面、第二側面分別鄰接於該出光面、作用面、入光面及終端面二側,該複數個凹部係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面係由第一側面側邊延伸至第二側面側邊,該複數個反光面與該出光面間所形成的銳角範圍,係以相鄰該入光面側的第一個反光面與出光面間的銳角A起算,往縱向方向每遞增一個反光面,即令該遞增的反光面與出光面間的銳角遞增0.51
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,該入光面處所形成的任一凹弧槽二側分別形成一側邊,且任一凹弧槽的二側邊與相鄰的任一凹弧槽的一側邊交接重疊,任一凹弧槽的二側邊之間的寬度尺寸範圍介於0.5mm至2mm。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,任一凹弧槽由底端最深處至該入光面間的深度範圍介於0.5mm至2mm。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,該LED燈的光束角範圍介於10120
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其中,該LED燈的光束角為60±10
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述用於車輛後視鏡的盲區警示發光裝置,其進一步包括一造型片貼設在該導光件的出光面,該造型片包括可透光的一造型孔,該造型孔對齊該鏡片的透光區間。
