本發明有關於一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其包含有一處理裝置,係包含有一第一處理模組、一電性連接第一處理模組之掃描模組與一電性連接第一處理模組之第一提醒模組;一雲端儲存裝置,係電性連接處理裝置,其包含有一儲存模組與一與儲存模組電性連接之登入模組;以及一藥物辨識裝置,係電性連接處理裝置與雲端儲存裝置,其包含有一第二處理模組、一電性連接第二處理模組之藥物資訊資料庫、一電性連接第二處理模組之影像辨識模組以及一電性連接第二處理模組之第二提醒模組;藉此,本發明可記錄使用者需服用的藥物,並提醒使用者按時服用。

Description

智慧藥物辨識系統
本發明係有關於一種智慧藥物辨識系統,尤其係指一種可記錄藥袋上的藥物資訊,並針對每次使用者需服用之藥物進行辨識的系統,讓使用者能夠服下正確的藥物,且當服用藥物的時間一到,本系統亦提供提醒的功能。
按,當今全世界已邁進高齡化的社會,在全球75億人口中,老年人口占了6億人,其中多重慢性病患者就有3.4億,根據世界衛生組織(WHO)統計老年人平均患有1.4種慢性病,其藥物用量是一般人的5倍,老年人也因為生理機能衰退,藥物種類繁多而導致吃錯藥的機率更為年輕人的7倍,另外世界衛生組織(WHO)也統計了全球三分之一的人死亡原因不是疾病本身而是不合理用藥,而這些不合理用藥相關的費用,一年更將近耗損5100億元;所謂不合理用藥包含有患者使用太多藥物、未根據臨床指南處方、不適當的自我藥療、不服用正確劑量等。
基於上述因不合理用藥而導致死亡,市場上智能藥盒推陳出新,如美國業者推出Pill Drill智能藥盒,能幫助消費者方便收納藥物,同時具備提醒功能,提醒忘記吃藥的人服用藥物;中華民國專利公告號I618534「智慧型藥物管理裝置」即提供一種藥物管理的裝置,其能夠在設定的時間一到,自動將藥品置入藥盒中,揚聲器即會發出聲響,聲響經由殼體上的出聲孔傳出,同時,藥盒上的發光件會同步發光,提醒使用者開啟藥盒取藥以及服藥,藉此,使用者即可按時服藥。
中華民國專利公告號M553633「智慧藥盒管理系統」,其具有一盒體,盒體內部之數個容置空間裝有容器,於容器內可放置藥物,而容置空間的底部可設置多個壓力感測器,用以感測重量,根據各個壓力感測器所測得各容器中的重量變化,去判斷使用者是否已服藥,且於設定的用藥時間,警示模組可以透過閃燈或是發出聲音等方式提醒用藥者。然而,前述專利或是目前市面上的產品,皆無法辨識藥物本身,由於慢性病患者藥物種類繁多,分類上明顯複雜,因此使用者容易疏忽而分錯藥,導致有服用不正確之藥的可能性,嚴重時,可能會引發急性併發症等後果。
爰此,如何提供一種有藥物辨識的系統,並記錄使用者應服用藥物的資訊,讓使用者於用藥時間到時,能夠拿取正確的藥物進行服用,避免使用者服用錯誤的藥物而產生不適的病症。
今,發明人即是鑑於上述現有之智慧藥盒於實際實施使用時仍具有多處缺失,於是乃一本孜孜不倦之精神,並藉由其豐富專業知識及多年之實務經驗所輔佐,而加以改善,並據此研創出本發明。
本發明主要目的為提供一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其能夠記錄藥袋上的藥物資訊,並於使用者服用藥物前,辨識藥物品項與劑量是否正確,以減少「不合理用藥」情形的發生機率,且本發明辨識藥物的成功率可達到將近100%,係有效幫助使用者服用正確的藥物。
為了達到上述實施目的,本發明一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其包含有:一處理裝置,係具有一第一處理模組、一電性連接第一處理模組之掃描模組與一電性連接第一處理模組之第一提醒模組;一雲端儲存裝置,係電性連接處理裝置,其具有一儲存模組與一與儲存模組電性連接之登入模組;以及一藥物辨識裝置,係電性連接處理裝置與雲端儲存裝置,其具有一第二處理模組、一電性連接第二處理模組之藥物資訊資料庫、一電性連接第二處理模組之影像辨識模組以及一電性連接第二處理模組之第二提醒模組。
於本發明之一實施例中,雲端儲存裝置之儲存模組係電性連接處理裝置之第一處理模組。
於本發明之一實施例中,藥物辨識裝置之第二處理模組係電性連接處理裝置之第一處理模組與雲端儲存裝置之儲存模組。
於本發明之一實施例中,雲端儲存裝置之儲存模組係儲存使用者的個人資訊、用藥資訊、用藥狀況與藥物辨識結果。
於本發明之一實施例中,藥物辨識裝置之影像辨識模組係具有一訓練單元以及一電性連接訓練單元之辨識單元。
於本發明之一實施例中,藥物辨識裝置之藥物資訊資料庫係儲存有複數個藥物圖片以及對應複數個藥物圖片之藥物資訊。
於本發明之一實施例中,藥物辨識裝置係使用深度學習(Deep Learning)技術。
於本發明之一實施例中,第一提醒模組與第二提醒模組具有計時器與揚聲器。
本發明之目的及其結構功能上的優點,將依據以下圖面所示之結構,配合具體實施例予以說明,俾使審查委員能對本發明有更深入且具體之瞭解。
請參閱第一圖與第二圖,本發明一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其包含有:一處理裝置(1),係具有一第一處理模組(11)、一電性連接第一處理模組(11)之掃描模組(12)與一電性連接第一處理模組(11)之第一提醒模組(13),其中第一提醒模組(13)包含有計時器與揚聲器;
一雲端儲存裝置(2),係電性連接處理裝置(1),其具有一電性連接第一處理模組(11)之儲存模組(21)與一與儲存模組(21)電性連接之登入模組(22),其中儲存模組(21)係儲存使用者的個人資訊、用藥資訊、用藥狀況與藥物辨識結果;
以及一藥物辨識裝置(3),係使用深度學習技術,其電性連接處理裝置(1)與雲端儲存裝置(2),其具有一電性連接第一處理模組(11)與儲存模組(21)之第二處理模組(31)、一電性連接第二處理模組(31)之藥物資訊資料庫(32)、一電性連接第二處理模組(31)之影像辨識模組(33)以及一電性連接第二處理模組(31)之第二提醒模組(34),其中影像辨識模組(33)係具有一訓練單元(331)與一電性連接訓練單元(331)之辨識單元(332),藥物資訊資料庫(32)係儲存有複數個藥物圖片以及對應複數個藥物圖片之藥物資訊,而第二提醒模組(34)則包含有計時器與揚聲器。
此外,藉由下述具體實施例,可進一步證明本發明可實際應用之範圍,但不意欲以任何形式限制本發明之範圍。
請繼續參閱第一圖與第二圖,本發明一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其係由處理裝置(1)、雲端儲存裝置(2)與藥物辨識裝置(3)三者互相連接,處理裝置(1)可例如為平板電腦、智慧型手機等行動裝置;為了實現資料之間的通訊傳遞,本發明除了使用HTTP通訊協定外,還使用MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)通訊協定,讓處理裝置(1)與雲端儲存裝置(2)之間能快速地收取資料;使用本發明時,係先透過處理裝置(1)之帳號驗證機制進行使用者登入,即是由第一處理模組(11)登入雲端儲存裝置(2)的登入模組(22),雲端儲存裝置(2)即會從儲存模組(21)中讀取對應之使用者的個人資訊。
實際使用時,首先點選處理裝置(1)上的掃描選項,即開啟掃描模組(12),來掃描藥袋上的二維條碼(QR Code),第一處理模組(11)就會讀取到二維條碼內的資訊,並透過第一處理模組(11)將使用者藥袋上的用藥資訊傳到雲端儲存裝置(2)之儲存模組(21),儲存的用藥資訊包含有藥物的名稱、服用藥物的時間以及劑量等;
接續地,雲端儲存裝置(2)將儲存於儲存模組(21)內的用藥資訊傳輸到藥物辨識裝置(3),藥物辨識裝置(3)再依照服用藥物的時間做設定,當設定的時間一到,第二提醒模組(34)就會發出語音提醒使用者服用藥物,若使用者也有設定處理裝置(1)的第一提醒模組(13),第一提醒模組(13)亦會同時提醒使用者服用藥物;此時,使用者需將藥物放入藥物辨識裝置(3)的辨識區,並按下按鈕進行辨識,影像辨識模組(33)會以辨識單元(332)之攝影鏡頭拍攝辨識區的照片,並分析辨識照片中的藥物為何,如第三、四圖所示,每一種藥物都有屬於自己的一個代碼,經過訓練的影像辨識模組(33)之辨識單元(332)於辨識出各個藥物後,再讀取雲端儲存裝置(2)之儲存模組(21)內藥物對應的用藥資訊,確認藥物的品項、劑量是否正確,比對完成後,第二處理模組(31)發送訊號給第二提醒模組(34),用語音告訴使用者,用藥正確、用藥錯誤、多拿藥了、少拿藥了等相關訊息,當使用者拿取正確的藥物與劑量時,即可服用藥物;
再者,藥物辨識裝置(3)之第二處理模組(31)會將辨識結果傳回雲端儲存裝置(2)之儲存模組(21)內,並呈現於相關的網頁上,方便家屬或使用者本人查看用藥狀況之記錄(藥名、劑量、實際吃藥時間),於處理裝置(1)上,第一處理模組(11)亦可接收雲端儲存裝置(2)之儲存模組(21)內的記錄,讓使用者也能透過處理裝置(1)即時觀看用藥狀況的記錄(藥名、劑量、實際吃藥時間),以確保控制病情。
此外,本發明智慧藥物辨識系統之影像辨識模組(33)在分析辨識影像辨識模組(33)所拍攝的照片時,係透過深度學習的技術去提高辨識成功率,本發明主要使用卷積神經網路(Convolutional neural networks, CNN)作為基礎架構,事前需收集各種藥物的圖片,並把所有圖片丟入調整過參數之影像辨識模組(33)的訓練單元(331)中進行訓練,訓練時,發明人準備了5000張各種藥物的圖片儲存在藥物資訊資料庫(32)中,其中單顆藥物的圖片有4000張,多顆藥物的圖片有1000張,並訓練26個小時;根據訓練後的參數,辨識單元(332)即可對照片中的藥物進行辨識,首先辨識單元(332)會將照片輸入至Faster RCNN,Faster RCNN是一種CNN物件檢測方法,其提取照片的特徵圖,並使用將其中可能有物體的區域框起來,接著把各種框起來的區域轉換成固定尺寸,輸入InceptionV3後,就能判斷框起來之區域的物體種類,即係辨識出照片中的藥物種類,其辨識成功率平均皆在90%以上。
由上述之實施說明可知,本發明與現有技術相較之下,本發明具有以下優點:
1. 本發明智慧藥物辨識系統之處理裝置可以利用掃描模組掃描藥袋上的二維條碼,並將用藥資訊儲存在雲端儲存裝置內,再傳輸到藥物辨識裝置,藥物辨識裝置會依照服用藥物的時間做設定,當設定的時間一到,即發出語音提醒使用者服用藥物,若處理裝置也有設定提醒功能,亦同時會提醒使用者服用藥物。
2. 本發明智慧藥物辨識系統之藥物辨識裝置的影像辨識模組能夠對使用者的藥物進行辨識,其係比對照片中的藥物與訓練好的影像辨識模組進行藥物辨識,以確認使用者所拿取的藥物是否正確,讓使用者能服用正確的藥物。
3. 本發明智慧藥物辨識系統之影像辨識模組具有訓練單元,其係藉由深度學習的方式,使影像辨識模組能夠辨識不同的藥物外觀,經由訓練後,本系統之辨識成功率能夠達到平均90%以上的水準,對於藥物辨識可說是相當準確。
綜上所述,本發明之智慧藥物辨識系統,的確能藉由上述所揭露之實施例,達到所預期之使用功效,且本發明亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求。爰依法提出發明專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。
惟,上述所揭之圖示及說明,僅為本發明之較佳實施例,非為限定本發明之保護範圍;大凡熟悉該項技藝之人士,其所依本發明之特徵範疇,所作之其它等效變化或修飾,皆應視為不脫離本發明之設計範疇。

  1. 一種智慧藥物辨識系統,其包含有: 一處理裝置,係具有一第一處理模組、一電性連接該第一處理模組之掃描模組與一電性連接該第一處理模組之第一提醒模組; 一雲端儲存裝置,係電性連接該處理裝置,其具有一儲存模組與一與該儲存模組電性連接之登入模組;以及 一藥物辨識裝置,係電性連接該處理裝置與該雲端儲存裝置,其具有一第二處理模組、一電性連接該第二處理模組之藥物資訊資料庫、一電性連接該第二處理模組之影像辨識模組以及一電性連接該第二處理模組之第二提醒模組。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該雲端儲存裝置之該儲存模組係電性連接該處理裝置之第一處理模組。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該藥物辨識裝置之第二處理模組係電性連接該處理裝置之第一處理模組與該雲端儲存裝置之儲存模組。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該雲端儲存裝置之儲存模組係儲存使用者的個人資訊、用藥資訊、用藥狀況與藥物辨識結果。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該藥物辨識裝置之影像辨識模組係具有一訓練單元以及一電性連接該訓練單元之辨識單元。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該藥物辨識裝置之藥物資訊資料庫係儲存有複數個藥物圖片以及對應該複數個藥物圖片之藥物資訊。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該藥物辨識裝置係使用深度學習(Deep Learning)技術。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述智慧藥物辨識系統,其中該第一提醒模組與該第二提醒模組具有計時器與揚聲器。
