Abstract

本創作係一種連動式阻力調整系統,其係用以設置於一具有飛輪之車架,連動式阻力調整系統包含設置於車架上之阻力機構、手動驅動機構及電動驅動機構,該阻力機構上設有磁阻組件及煞車片,該手動驅動機構與該電動驅動機構連接該阻力機構,本創作連動式阻力調整系統主要係藉由該手動驅動機構及電動驅動機構二種驅動機構,使使用者能透過操作電動驅動機構進行阻力之精確控制,或是透過操作手動驅動機構即時停止飛輪轉動,使本創作連動式阻力調整系統能同時具備高阻力調整精度及即時停止飛輪之功能。

Description

連動式阻力調整系統
本創作係一種連動式阻力調整系統,尤指用以裝設於健身車等健身器具上之連動式阻力調整系統。
一般如健身車等運動器具,為了提供使用者依據自身體能狀況及運動需求進行阻力的調整,會在所述運動器具上設置一阻力調整系統,藉此,使用者能透過調整所述運動器具之阻力,以達到最佳的健身、訓練效果。
所述阻力調整系統包含一阻力機構及一驅動機構,該阻力機構係用以設置於一健身車之車架上,所述阻力機構包含一樞設於車架之殼座、複數磁阻元件及一煞車片,該複數磁阻元件及該煞車片係設置於該殼座上,該驅動機構係設置於該車架上,並連接該阻力機構,所述驅動機構係用以帶動所述阻力機構轉動。
當使用者要提高阻力時,能透過操作所述驅動機構帶動該阻力機構朝該飛輪方向轉動,藉此讓該複數磁阻元件接近飛輪同時增加煞車片壓抵該飛輪之力道,進而達到提高阻力之效果;當使用者要降低阻力時,能透過操作所述驅動機構帶動該阻力機構朝遠離該飛輪方向轉動,藉此讓該複數磁阻元件遠離飛輪,同時減輕煞車片壓抵該飛輪之力道,進而達到降低阻力之效果。
其中,所述阻力調整系統能依照其驅動機構的種類,進一步區分成電動型與手動型,電動型的阻力調整系統主要係透過一驅動馬達驅動所述阻力機構,藉此調整阻力或是即時停止飛輪轉動;而手動型的阻力調整系統主要係以一可線性移動之軸桿連接所述阻力機構,藉此提供使用者能透過轉動所述軸桿,以調整阻力,或是透過按壓該軸桿以即時停止飛輪轉動。
然而現今無論是電動型阻力調整系統或是手動型阻力調整系統皆係以單一驅動機構控制所述阻力機構,而電動型阻力調整系統雖具有良好的阻力調整精度,能提供使用者進行精確的阻力控制,但是在進行緊急停止飛輪時可能有無法即時停止的問題;而手動型阻力調整系統雖然在阻力調整精度方面較為不足,但當使用者在緊急停止飛輪時,能直接透過按壓所述軸桿,使飛輪能確實即時停止。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一連動式阻力調整系統,希藉此改善現今之電動型連動式阻力調整系統及手動型連動式阻力調整系統皆係以煞車片及磁阻元件同時提供飛輪阻力,難以同時具備高阻力調整精度及即時停止飛輪之功能。
為達成前揭目的,本創作之連動式阻力調整系統係用以設置於一具有飛輪之車架,該連動式阻力調整系統包含: 一阻力機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該阻力機構包含一殼座、一煞車片、至少一磁阻組件及一復位彈簧,該殼座係用以樞設於該車架上,該煞車片係設置於該殼座,所述磁阻組件包含二磁阻元件,該二磁阻元件係分別位於所述飛輪之相對二外側,該復位彈簧係用以設置於該車架上並連接該殼座,該復位彈簧能帶動所述殼座復位; 一手動驅動機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該手動驅動機構包含一能線性移動之軸桿,該軸桿能推抵該阻力機構之殼座,並帶動所述煞車片接觸該飛輪,同時使所述磁阻組件接近所述飛輪;以及 一電動驅動機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該電動驅動機構具有一線性移動件及一驅動馬達,該驅動馬達係連接該線性移動件,並能驅動該線性移動件軸向線性移動,該電動驅動機構之線性移動件能推抵該阻力機構之殼座,並帶動所述煞車片接觸該飛輪,同時使所述磁阻組件接近所述飛輪。 本創作連動式阻力調整系統能提供使用者在使用健身車等運動器具時進行阻力的控制,當使用者要調整阻力時,使用者能操作該電動驅動機構控制所述阻力機構,使該阻力機構帶動所述煞車片接觸該飛輪,同時使所述磁阻組件接近所述飛輪,進而達到增加阻力的效果;當使用者要即時停止飛輪時,能透過按壓該手動驅動機構以控制該阻力機構,使該阻力機構之磁阻組件接近所述飛輪,並同時使所述煞車片壓抵該飛輪,讓飛輪能即時停止轉動。
其中,本創作連動式阻力調整系統具有下列優點: 1. 提高阻力調整精度:該連動式阻力調整系統主要係透過該電動驅動機構控制所述阻力機構,使所述阻力機構之磁阻元件接近所述飛輪,同時使煞車片接觸飛輪,以提供飛輪阻力,透過以電動驅動的方式,能有效提高阻力調整之精度。 2. 提高即時停止飛輪之效果:當使用者要及時停止飛輪時,使用者能透過按壓該手動驅動機構,使該阻力機構之磁阻元件接近所述飛輪,同時使煞車片壓抵飛輪,藉此達到及時停止之效果,透過以手動操作該手動驅動機構的方式能使使用者自行控制下壓所述煞車片之力道,並搭配所述磁阻元件之磁力效果,減緩飛輪的轉速,使所述飛輪能確實停止轉動。
綜上所述,本創作連動式阻力調整系統主要藉由該手動驅動機構與該電動驅動機構二種驅動機構,控制該阻力機構,使本創作連動式阻力調整系統能同時具備高阻力調整精度以及能確實即時停止飛輪之功能。
請參閱圖1至圖4,為本創作連動式阻力調整系統之數種較佳實施例,其係用以設置於一具有飛輪41之車架40,該連動式阻力調整系統包含一阻力機構10A、10B、一手動驅動機構20及一電動驅動機構30A、30B。
如圖3、圖4所示,該阻力機構10A、10B係用以設置於該車架40上,該阻力機構10A、10B包含一殼座11A、11B、一煞車片12、至少一磁阻組件13及一復位彈簧14,該殼座11A、11B係用以樞設於該車架40上,該煞車片12係設置於該殼座11A、11B,所述磁阻組件13包含二磁阻元件131,該二磁阻元件131係分別位於所述飛輪41之相對二外側,該復位彈簧14係用以設置於該車架40上並連接該殼座11A、11B,該復位彈簧14能帶動所述殼座11A、11B復位。
如圖3、圖4所示,該手動驅動機構20係用以設置於該車架40上,該手動驅動機構20包含一能線性移動之軸桿21,該軸桿21能推抵該阻力機構10A、10B之殼座11A、11B,並帶動所述煞車片12接觸該飛輪41,同時使所述磁阻組件13接近所述飛輪41。
如圖3、圖4所示,該電動驅動機構30A、30B係用以設置於該車架40上,該電動驅動機構30A、30B具有一線性移動件32及一驅動馬達31,該驅動馬達31係連接該線性移動件32,並能驅動該線性移動件32軸向線性移動,該電動驅動機構30A、30B之線性移動件32能推抵該阻力機構10A、10B之殼座,並帶動所述煞車片12接觸該飛輪41,同時使所述磁阻組件13接近所述飛輪41。
其中,如圖3所示,於本創作連動式阻力調整系統之第一種較佳實施例中,該電動驅動機構30A之線性移動件32與該手動驅動機構20之軸桿21,係分別抵接於該殼座11A樞接該車架40之樞接點之前後二側;如圖4所示,於本創作連動式阻力調整系統之第二種較佳實施例中,該電動驅動機構30B之線性移動件32與該手動驅動機構20之軸桿21,係皆抵接於該殼座11B樞接該車架40之樞接點之前側。
如圖3、圖4所示,本創作連動式阻力調整系統能藉由該手動驅動機構20與該電動驅動機構30A、30B二種驅動機構,控制所述阻力機構10A、10B,使所述阻力機構10A、10B之煞車片12接觸所述飛輪41,同時使所述磁阻組件13接近所述飛輪41,其中,使用者能透過控制該電動驅動機構30A、30B以調整所述阻力機構10A、10B之煞車片12抵接所述飛輪41之力道大小,以及所述磁阻元件131提供所述飛輪41之阻力大小;此外,使用者亦能透過控制該手動驅動機構20,使所述阻力機構10A、10B之煞車片12壓抵所述飛輪41,同時使所述磁阻元件131移動至所述飛輪41之相對二側,使所述飛輪41能即時停止轉動。
如圖5所示,以本創作連動式阻力調整系統之第二種較佳實施例為例,當使用者要增加阻力時,使用者能透過操作該電動驅動機構30B,以控制該線性移動件32帶動該阻力機構10B,增加該阻力機構10B之煞車片12抵接所述飛輪41之力道,並同時使所述磁阻組件13之磁阻元件131接近飛輪41,以達到增加阻力之效果;當使用者要減少阻力時,使用者能透過操作該電動驅動機構30B,以控制該線性移動件32帶動該阻力機構10B,減少該阻力機構10B之煞車片12抵接所述飛輪41之力道,並同時使所述磁阻組件13之磁阻元件131遠離飛輪41,以達到減少阻力之效果。
如圖6所示,而當使用者需要及時停止飛輪41轉動時,使用者能直接透過按壓該手動驅動機構20之軸桿21,所述軸桿21能直接推抵該阻力機構10B,使該阻力機構10B之煞車片12壓抵該飛輪41,同時使所述磁阻組件13之磁阻元件131移動至飛輪41的相對二側,藉此能提供飛輪41最大的阻力,使飛輪41能即時停止轉動。
其中,透過以電動驅動的方式進行阻力的調整,能有效提高阻力調整之精度,另外,透過以手動操作該手動驅動機構20的方式,能讓使用者自行控制下壓所述阻力機構10A、10B之力道,使所述飛輪41能確實停止轉動。
綜上所述,本創作連動式阻力調整系統主要係藉由該手動驅動機構20及電動驅動機構30A、30B二種驅動機構,使使用者能透過操作電動驅動機構30A、30B進行阻力之精確控制,或是透過操作手動驅動機構20即時停止飛輪41轉動,使本創作連動式阻力調整系統能同時具備高阻力調整精度及即時停止飛輪41之功能。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種連動式阻力調整系統,其係用以設置於一具有飛輪之車架,該連動式阻力調整系統包含: 一阻力機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該阻力機構包含一殼座、一煞車片、至少一磁阻組件及一復位彈簧,該殼座係用以樞設於該車架上,該煞車片係設置於該殼座,所述磁阻組件包含二磁阻元件,該二磁阻元件係分別位於所述飛輪之相對二外側,該復位彈簧係用以設置於該車架上並連接該殼座,該復位彈簧能帶動所述殼座復位; 一手動驅動機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該手動驅動機構包含一能線性移動之軸桿,該軸桿能推抵該阻力機構之殼座,並帶動所述煞車片接觸該飛輪,同時使所述磁阻組件接近所述飛輪;以及 一電動驅動機構,其係用以設置於該車架上,該電動驅動機構具有一線性移動件及一驅動馬達,該驅動馬達係連接該線性移動件,並能驅動該線性移動件軸向線性移動,該電動驅動機構之線性移動件能推抵該阻力機構之殼座,並帶動所述煞車片接觸該飛輪,同時使所述磁阻組件接近所述飛輪。
  2. 如請求項1所述之連動式阻力調整系統,其中該電動驅動機構之線性移動件與該手動驅動機構之軸桿,係分別抵接於該殼座樞接該車架之樞接點之前後二側。
  3. 如請求項1所述之連動式阻力調整系統,其中該電動驅動機構之線性移動件與該手動驅動機構之軸桿,係皆抵接於該殼座樞接該車架之樞接點之前側。
