Abstract
本發明係有關於一種螺絲釘結構,係主要使一螺絲釘之螺絲頭沿其徑向環設有一導引凸緣,藉此,利用螺絲頭徑向環設之導引凸緣設計,即可使螺絲釘直接裝填於螺絲釘槍之釘匣組,以與置釘槽二側槽壁所設導溝滑動銜接,而使螺絲釘可沿著導溝平穩順暢地往釘匣組前端進給,以與締結物螺鎖結合,據此,將螺絲釘直接裝填於螺絲釘槍之釘匣組,便可省略螺絲釘帶使用,並可節省將螺絲釘插入釘帶主體的工時及成本浪費,及避免螺絲釘使用完後,產生釘帶主體等廢料,以符合環保效益。
Description
本發明係有關於一種螺絲釘結構,尤指一種可省略螺絲釘帶使用,以節省將螺絲釘插入釘帶主體的工時及成本浪費,並可避免產生釘帶主體等廢料之螺絲釘結構。
按,螺絲釘係一種廣泛應用於將二締結物結合固定的鎖固件。現有螺絲釘為方便配合螺絲釘槍使用,係會將數螺絲釘插入一釘帶主體間隔所設數套孔中,以構成一螺絲釘帶,再將該螺絲釘帶安裝於螺絲釘槍前端之釘帶輸送單元,並使螺絲釘槍之擊釘桿抵設於螺絲釘之螺絲頭,續由擊釘桿將螺絲釘推出釘帶主體之套孔,同時,螺絲釘槍之擊釘桿係帶動螺絲釘旋轉鎖入締結物中,以將二締結物鎖固結合。
然,當螺絲釘槍將螺絲釘由釘帶主體全部推出後,該釘帶主體即成為剩餘廢料,而被丟棄以致造成物料資源浪費,且該塑膠製釘帶主體掩埋不會分解腐爛,焚燒會產生有毒氣體等,而對環境造成污染,另現有螺絲釘帶之製作係於釘帶主體之各套孔中逐一插入螺絲釘,依此,不僅製作費時、成本高,且容易因螺絲釘漏插或插入歪斜等因素,造成後續螺絲釘槍進行締結物螺鎖作業時不便性。
緣是,本發明人有鑑於現有螺絲釘與釘帶主體一起使用方式仍有上述缺失,乃藉其多年於相關領域的製造及設計經驗和知識的輔佐,並經多方巧思,研創出本發明。
本發明係有關於一種螺絲釘結構,其主要目的係為了提供一種可省略螺絲釘帶使用,以節省將螺絲釘插入釘帶主體的工時及成本浪費,並可避免產生釘帶主體等廢料之螺絲釘結構。
為了達到上述實施目的,本發明人乃研擬如下螺絲釘結構,係主要包含有一桿體,乃使該桿體形成有相對第一端及第二端,並使該桿體周壁沿該桿體軸向成型有一螺紋段,又使該桿體第一端一體連接有一螺絲頭;其特徵在:該螺絲頭係沿該螺絲頭徑向環設有一導引凸緣。
如上所述之螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭係成型有由該桿體第一端呈曲弧漸擴延伸至該導引凸緣之一連結段。
如上所述之螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭之導引凸緣與連結段間係成型有一沿該螺絲頭軸向延伸的抵靠段,並使該抵靠段直徑小於該螺絲頭其導引凸緣直徑。
如上所述之螺絲釘結構,其中,該桿體第二端係形成為一尖銳端。
如上所述之螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭係於相對與該桿體連接之另端其端面處成型有一接合溝槽。
藉此,當將螺絲釘裝填於一螺絲釘槍其釘匣組之置釘槽時,係使該螺絲釘其螺絲頭之導引凸緣與該置釘槽二側槽壁所設導溝相銜接,當螺絲釘槍之擊釘桿將位於釘匣組前端之螺絲釘螺鎖於締結物後,該釘匣組後端之螺絲釘推進組係會將置釘槽內之螺絲釘往前推進,而利用螺絲釘其螺絲頭所設導引凸緣與置釘槽其導溝的滑動銜接,即可使螺絲釘沿著導溝平穩順暢地往釘匣組前端進給,以待與締結物螺鎖結合,據此,利用螺絲頭徑向環設之導引凸緣設計,即可使螺絲釘直接裝填於螺絲釘槍之釘匣組,以省略螺絲釘帶使用,進而節省將螺絲釘插入釘帶主體的工時及成本浪費,及避免螺絲釘使用完後,產生釘帶主體等廢料,以符合環保效益。
而為令本發明之技術手段及其所能達成之效果,能夠有更完整且清楚的揭露,茲詳細說明如下,請一併參閱揭露之圖式及圖號:
首先,請參閱第一圖所示,為本發明之螺絲釘(1),係主要包含有一桿體(11),且使該桿體(11)形成有相對第一端及第二端,乃使該桿體(11)第一端一體連接有一螺絲頭(12),並使該螺絲頭(12)相對與該桿體(11)連接之另端其端面處成型有一接合溝槽,又使該桿體(11)第二端形成為一尖銳端(13),另使該桿體(11)周壁沿該桿體(11)軸向成型有一螺紋段(14);其特徵在:
該螺絲頭(12)係沿該螺絲頭(12)徑向環設有一導引凸緣(121),並使螺絲頭(12)成型有由該桿體(11)第一端呈曲弧漸擴延伸至該導引凸緣(121)之一連結段(122)。
據此,當使用實施時,請一併參閱第二〜四圖所示,使用者係可將本發明之數螺絲釘(1)逐一裝填於一螺絲釘槍其釘匣組(2)之置釘槽(21)中,而該置釘槽(21)其相對二側槽壁的上、下方處各固接有一導引片(22),並使該導引片(22)沿該置釘槽(21)長度向設立,而於該上、下二導引片(22)間隔處係形成一導溝(23),乃使該螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)所設導引凸緣(121)與該置釘槽(21)二側槽壁之導溝(22)滑動銜接,於將數螺絲釘(2)裝填完畢後,即可進行締結物的螺鎖結合。
當欲將締結物螺鎖結合時,係使螺絲釘槍其釘匣組(2)前端所設夾釘模頭抵靠於該締結物表面,再使螺絲釘槍(2)其擊釘桿呈一字或十字型端部與該螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)端面呈一字或十字型接合溝槽抵設定位,續驅動擊釘桿轉動,以使擊釘桿帶動抵設的螺絲釘(1)旋轉,並使擊釘桿持續抵推螺絲釘(1),以使該螺絲釘(1)脫離釘匣組(2)前端之夾釘模頭後鎖進締結物中。
而當釘匣組(2)前端之夾釘模頭夾持的螺絲釘(1)脫離夾釘模頭後,裝設於釘匣組(2)後端之螺絲釘推進組係將釘匣組(2)其置釘槽(21)內之數螺絲釘(1)往前推進,利用螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)徑向所設導引凸緣(121)與該置釘槽(21)二側槽壁之導溝(22)的滑動銜接,即可使螺絲釘(1)沿著該置釘槽(21)槽壁導溝(22)導引,平穩順暢地往釘匣組(2)前端方向進給,而使一螺絲釘(1)再落入該夾釘模頭處,以待該擊釘桿抵推後,與締結物螺鎖結合。
藉此,利用本發明之螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)徑向環設之導引凸緣(121)設計,即可使螺絲釘(1)直接裝填於螺絲釘槍之釘匣組(2),並沿著該釘匣組(2)其置釘槽(21)槽壁之導溝(22)平穩順暢地進給,如此一來,即可省略螺絲釘帶使用,進而節省將螺絲釘(1)插入釘帶主體的工時及成本浪費,並可避免螺絲釘(1)漏插入釘帶主體,或插入歪斜等因素,造成對締結物螺鎖作業的不便性,另可避免螺絲釘(1)使用完後,產生釘帶主體等廢料,以符合環保效益者。
又請一併參閱第五圖所示,為本發明之另一實施例,係可於該螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)之導引凸緣(121)與連結段(122)間係成型有一沿螺絲頭(12)軸向延伸的抵靠段(123),並使該抵靠段(123)直徑小於螺絲頭(12)其導引凸緣(121)直徑,藉此,當將螺絲釘(1)裝填於螺絲釘槍其釘匣組(2)之置釘槽(21)時,螺絲釘(1)其螺絲頭(12)所設導引凸緣(121)係會與該置釘槽(21)二側槽壁所設導溝(22)滑動銜接,另該螺絲頭(12)之抵靠段(123)則會與該置釘槽(21)二側槽壁之導引片(22)相抵接觸,藉此抵靠段(123)與置釘槽(21)二側槽壁之導引片(22)相抵接觸設計,即可進一步提高螺絲釘(1)進給時的平穩順暢者。
綜上所述,本發明之實施例確能達到所預期功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出發明專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。

Claims (5)
- 一種螺絲釘結構,係主要包含有一桿體,乃使該桿體形成有相對第一端及第二端,並使該桿體周壁沿該桿體軸向成型有一螺紋段,又使該桿體第一端一體連接有一螺絲頭;其特徵在: 該螺絲頭係沿該螺絲頭徑向環設有一導引凸緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭係成型有由該桿體第一端呈曲弧漸擴延伸至該導引凸緣之一連結段。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭之導引凸緣與連結段間係成型有一沿該螺絲頭軸向延伸的抵靠段,並使該抵靠段直徑小於該螺絲頭其導引凸緣直徑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述螺絲釘結構,其中,該桿體第二端係形成為一尖銳端。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述螺絲釘結構,其中,該螺絲頭係於相對與該桿體連接之另端之端面處成型有一接合溝槽。
