本發明提供一種液晶組成物及包含其之液晶顯示裝置。此液晶組成物包括一第一成分及一第二成份，其中第一成分包括一或多種式(I)之化合物，且第二成分包括一或多種式(II)之化合物：
其中，R1、R2、A1、A2、A3、A4、Z1、Z2、Z3、m、m’、n及n’係如說明書中所定義。
