Description

具有單一針頭的血液收集管座

某些此種裝置具有二個分開的針頭,包括指向前的靜脈穿刺針頭和指向後的排放針頭。當管子插入針筒的開放後端中時,排放針頭穿透配置在血液收集管前面的止擋器。收集完流體樣品之後,血液收集管從血液管座的針筒移除,並且聚合鞘膨脹以覆蓋面向後面的針頭尖端以避免體液從針筒的開放後端漏出。於一此種裝置,樞紐蓋設置在針筒的後面,並且在移除血液收集管之後關閉該蓋子則觸發排放針頭和靜脈穿刺針頭二者往後撤回到針筒內,藉此使裝置是「安全的」(safe)並且是不可再使用的。

參見圖1~11,血液收集管座10包括本體12、前附接件(其進一步包括管座連接器24和滑動件38)、針頭蓋40(圖1和3)、可撤回的單一針頭30(圖2)。本體12進一步包括針筒16、筒腔14、針頭撤回腔室20、配置在針筒16之後開口周圍的後凸緣22。參見圖2和7,可撤回的單一針頭30從前附接件之滑動件38的針頭支撐件46往前突出。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種血液收集管座,其包括: 單一可撤回的針頭,其具有相反指向的靜脈穿刺端和流體排放針頭端;以及 本體,其包括由部分壁所分開之大致平行且側向隔開的筒腔和針頭撤回腔,該部分壁建構成允許該單一可撤回的針頭從該筒腔側向移動成對齊於該針頭撤回腔以啟動針頭撤回。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的血液收集管座,其中該針筒和該針筒的前附接件偕同運作地建構成便於該針筒和該針頭沿著橫向於穿過該針頭之縱軸的軸線來做相對滑移以啟動針頭撤回。
  3. 一種血液收集管座,其包括: 大致圓柱形的本體,其包括針筒和針頭撤回腔; 前附接件;以及 可撤回的單一針頭,其包括相反指向的靜脈穿刺端和流體排放端; 其中該本體和該前附接件偕同運作地建構成便於在針頭撤回之前該本體相對於該可撤回的單一針頭做側向滑移。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該本體進一步包括大致圓柱形的筒腔和一體成形的針頭撤回腔,其中該筒腔和該針頭撤回腔乃大致平行且由部分壁所分開。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項的血液收集管座,其中該部分壁建構成便於該可撤回的單一針頭之該流體排放端從第一位置側向滑移到第二位置,該第一位置是該可撤回的單一針頭大致居中在該筒腔內且同軸對齊於該筒腔,而該第二位置是該可撤回的單一針頭大致對齊於該針頭撤回腔。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該可撤回的單一針頭之該靜脈穿刺端從該前附接件往前突出。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該可撤回的單一針頭之該靜脈穿刺端在使用前是由可選擇性釋放的針頭蓋所覆蓋。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該前附接件進一步包括滑動件和管座連接器。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項的血液收集管座,其中該管座連接器接合並且部分覆蓋該針筒的開放前端。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項的血液收集管座,其中該滑動件沿著大致橫向於穿過該可撤回的單一針頭之縱軸的軸線而可滑動地接合該管座連接器。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該滑動件建構成定位和支撐對該可撤回的單一針頭呈固定關係所附接的往後偏壓針座。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第3項的血液收集管座,其中該管座連接器進一步包括橫向槽孔,其便於當相反指向的手動壓力施加到該本體和該滑動件時,該可撤回的單一針頭在該第一和第二位置之間做相對側向移動。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第7項的血液收集管座,其中該可選擇性釋放的針頭蓋進一步包括鎖定臂,其避免該滑動件和該針頭撤回腔過早變成大致對齊,並且藉此避免在使用該血液收集管座來抽取血液之前就啟動針頭撤回。
