Abstract

本發明公開了一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道及其製造方法,所述管道為符合FM4922、FM4910或其它等同標準,用於排放不可燃化學氣體和腐蝕性蒸汽,或火災中的不可燃化學氣體、腐蝕性蒸汽及煙霧的管道。這種管道的製造方法是,在預製好的金屬管道內部,塗覆一種可以常溫或低溫初步乾燥的液體塗層;待塗層初步乾燥後,再經過不超過250℃的溫度下烘烤使塗層完全乾燥,得到成品。

一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道及其製造方法
本發明涉及潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道及其製造方法,屬高分子與建材技術領域。
潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,需要通過FM 4922標準認證;其所用材料,需要通過FM 4910標準認證。現階段,能夠符合FM4922及FM4910標準要求的管道,主要有以下幾種形式:
第一種是以歐洲專利EP0458322A2和美國專利US5383994為代表的,內襯層為乙烯基樹脂等耐腐蝕樹脂基體,外結構層為酚醛樹脂等阻燃樹脂基體的玻璃纖維增強複合材料管道。
第二種是以ECTFE、ETFE等粉末塗料,製造的帶塗層金屬管道。這種管道一般選取不銹鋼材料製造管道本體,然後內塗ECTFE、ETFE、PTFE等含氟的粉末塗料,經過高溫烘烤後成型。這種方法未見有效專利。美國專利US 20050005990實際上是這種方式的變形,采用內襯氟塑料薄膜的金屬板材來製作管道。此專利未獲得授權。
第一種產品因為切割時容易產生粉塵,安裝時不夠便捷;其內襯層所用乙烯基樹脂含有鹵素,燃燒後容易產生有毒氣體;現在已經較少使用。市場上,主流的產品,是選用的第二種方式。上述含氟聚合物粉末塗料在火災發生時,容易熱分解產生含氟有毒氣體,安全性較差。而且,以粉末塗料的方式,塗覆金屬管道內壁,施工較為困難。另外,以含氟聚合物為主要成分的粉末塗料,其施工溫度也很高。例如,ECTFE要求的塗裝溫度在275℃左右,ETFE要求的塗裝溫度在315℃左右,PTFE的塗裝溫度更高。較高的施工溫度,不僅帶來較高的成本,較低的施工效率,而且極大的浪費能源。
有鑒於此,吾等發明人乃潛心進一步研究,並著手進行研發及改良,期以一較佳設作以解決上述問題,且在經過不斷試驗及修改後而有本發明之問世。
本發明的目的之一是提供一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,具有防腐蝕、阻燃的特點,能夠通過FM 4922和FM 4910測試。
本發明的另一個目的是提供一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的製造方法,該方法易施工,施工溫度低、易於操作。
為達到上述目的,本發明采用的技術方案為:
一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,由金屬及金屬表面的塗料製成,其特徵在於,該塗料包括第一組分和/或第二組分,其中:
第一組分是以甲基、乙基、苯基矽氧烷,甲基聚矽酸甲酯,氟烴基矽氧烷的單體、均聚物、共聚物及其組合為基礎成膜物的塗料;
第二組分是以含氟烯烴和乙烯基醚的共聚物,含氟(甲基)丙烯酸酯的均聚物或與其它單體的共聚物為基礎成膜物的塗料。
含有F-C結構的聚合物,具有優秀的耐腐蝕、阻燃、耐高溫及不黏特性,作為潔淨室排氣或排氣排煙金屬管道塗層使用是非常恰當的。因此,不銹鋼內襯特氟龍粉末塗料能夠成為潔淨室排氣或排氣排煙管道的主流材質。現有的含氟聚合物難以溶解到溶劑中配成溶液,或分散到水中形成乳液,因此,只能以粉末塗料的方式施工,存在施工困難的缺點。因此本發明在保留其基本分子結構前提下,改變原料形態,選用含氟烯烴與乙烯基醚共聚物作為基礎成膜物形成液態塗料,這種聚合物因為引入了羥基、羧基官能團,可以良好的溶解到酮類、酯類等溶劑中形成溶液,為塗裝工藝提供了便捷。
進一步地,所述的含氟烯烴可以是三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯、氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、三氟乙烯、三氟溴乙烯、三氟丙烯、六氟異丁烯、八氟異丁烯中的任意一種或多種。
進一步地,塗料中還含有異氰酸酯。在添加異氰酸酯後,上述聚合物支鏈上的羥基會和異氰酸基反應,形成三維網狀結構。現有管道內襯粉末塗料所用含氟聚合物分子為線型結構,容易受熱分解產生有毒氣體;上述含氟聚合物通過與異氰酸酯的反應適度交聯後,可提高其耐熱分解的能力。
含有Si-C鍵的高分子聚合物,具有含氟聚合物類似的耐高溫、耐腐蝕、阻燃及不黏特性,且其分解產物無毒,是用來改進潔淨室排氣或排氣排煙管道塗層的理想材料。
將含有Si-C鍵的聚合物和含有F-C鍵的聚合物,進行化學或物理組合,也是對潔淨室排氣或排氣排煙管道塗層有效的改進途徑。
另外,還可以將不溶於溶劑或難以分散到水中形成乳液的F-C聚合物、Si-C聚合物以及無機填料粉末分散到上述溶液或乳液中形成懸濁液,以改善塗層性能。
進一步地,本發明所述的潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,均符合FM4922和FM4910或等同標準要求。
進一步地,所述的金屬為鐵、鋁、銅及其合金。
本發明同時公開了一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的製造方法,包括以下步驟:
(1)將金屬預成型成所需形狀及結構的管道,並對其進行表面處理;
(2)常溫下,在預成型的金屬管道內,塗布一種液態塗料;
(3)常溫下,自然放置一段時間或在紫外線照射下使塗層表幹及實幹;
(4)常溫下較長時間的放置,或不高於250℃的溫度下烘烤使塗層後固化得到成品。
此處以及本發明中的常溫下指的是自然環境溫度下。
進一步地,塗層施工時塗料為液態,可以是溶液、乳液、無溶劑液態混合物或含有固體粉末的懸濁物。
進一步地,所述塗料塗布及表幹溫度不大於35℃。
作為優選地,步驟4中後固化的方法為將管道至於烘箱或烘房中,或者向管道內同入熱空氣。
關於吾等發明人之技術手段,茲舉數種較佳實施例配合圖式於下文進行詳細說明,俾供 鈞上深入瞭解並認同本發明。
下面結合具體實施方式對本發明作進一步詳細說明。本發明實施例部分所述“份”,如非特殊說明,表示質量份數。
實施例1
取氟烯烴-乙烯基醚共聚物的60%丁酮溶液(LUMIFLON® LF200MEK,購自日本旭硝子)100份,加入觸變劑(購自瓦克 HDK® H18)1份,在砂磨機中分散均勻,為A組分;聚合MDI(購自拜耳44V20),為B組分。
將耐腐蝕測試、水平管道燃燒測試、垂直/水平管道燃燒測試、垂直管道燃燒測試所需規格的304不銹鋼管道內部進行除油、乾燥處理後備用。取上述A組分與B組分按100:7-8的重量比混合均勻後噴塗於備用的304不銹鋼管道內壁。待塗料表幹後,在80℃的烘箱中後處理4小時取出,冷卻到常溫後,進行耐化學腐蝕試驗和防火性試驗。
實施例2
取有機矽樹脂,(購自瓦克 SILRES® MSE 100)100份,加入觸變劑(購自瓦克 HDK® H13L)1份,在砂磨機中分散均勻,為塗料A組分;鈦酸正丁酯為塗料B組分。
將耐腐蝕測試、水平管道燃燒測試、垂直/水平管道燃燒測試、垂直管道燃燒測試所需規格的304不銹鋼管道內部進行除油、乾燥處理後備用。取上述塗料A組分與B組分按100:3-6的重量比混合均勻後噴塗於備用的304不銹鋼管道內壁。待塗料表幹後,在80℃的烘箱中後處理4小時取出,冷卻到常溫後,進行耐化學腐蝕試驗和防火性試驗。
(實施例3)
取氟烯烴-乙烯基醚共聚物的60%丁酮溶液(LUMIFLON® LF200MEK,購自日本旭硝子)100份,ECTFE粉末(購自SOLVAY)20份,在砂磨機中分散均勻,為塗料A組分;聚合MDI(購自拜耳44V20),為塗料B組分。
將耐腐蝕測試、水平管道燃燒測試、垂直/水平管道燃燒測試、垂直管道燃燒測試所需規格的304不銹鋼管道內部進行除油、乾燥處理後備用。取上述塗料A組分與B組分按100:5-6的重量比混合均勻後噴塗於備用的304不銹鋼管道內壁。待塗料表幹後,在80℃的烘箱中後處理4小時後取出。使用熱風機,將250℃的熱風吹入管道20分鐘進一步後處理。待管道冷卻到常溫後,進行耐化學腐蝕試驗和防火性試驗。
(實施例4)
取有機矽樹脂,(購自瓦克 SILRES® MSE 100)100份,加入ECTFE粉末(購自SOLVAY)20份,在砂磨機中分散均勻,為塗料A組分;鈦酸正丁酯為塗料B組分。
將耐腐蝕測試、水平管道燃燒測試、垂直/水平管道燃燒測試、垂直管道燃燒測試所需規格的304不銹鋼管道內部進行除油、乾燥處理後備用。取上述塗料A組分與B組分按100:2.5-5的重量比混合均勻後噴塗於備用的304不銹鋼管道內壁。待塗料表幹後,在80℃的烘箱中後處理4小時後取出。使用熱風機,將250℃的熱風吹入管道20分鐘進一步後處理。待管道冷卻到常溫後,進行耐化學腐蝕試驗和防火性試驗。
耐化學腐蝕試驗:
在25℃下,將上述實施例製備的管道內表面分別使用以下介質分別浸沒8小時,然後移除並清洗。
1#介質:75%硫酸
2#介質:30%鹽酸
3#介質:30%鹽酸和30%雙氧水1:1體積混合液
4#介質:飽和氨水
以上述試劑處理完成後,用顯微鏡檢測缺陷與破壞;用電火花試驗儀檢查,管道內表面塗層是否與滲漏。
實驗結果如下【表1】:
防火性試驗:
按照FM 4922 《排氣管道或排氣排煙管道的認證標準》,進行防火性試驗。
在水平管道燃燒測試中,在試驗裝置上放置一根直徑12英寸、水平長度24英尺的直管。火源放置在管道的一端,風機安裝在管道的另一端,火焰被點燃並吸入管中。如果在 15 分鐘的測試過程中滿足下列所有條件,視為產品性能合格:
1、管道內部的火焰不得從火焰暴露端延伸到 23 ft (7.0 m) 處;
2、在管道內部 23 ft (7.0 m) 處的溫度不得超過 1000°F (538°C);
3、如果管道和/或安裝接頭無法保持結構完整,掉落、滴落或熔化的管道部分或接頭材料在接觸到地板後不得出現任何燃燒或灼熱的顆粒;
4、不得因自燃或管道內部的溫度傳遞引起管道外部燃燒。當暴露於外部火焰時引起外部表面燃燒,火焰應是間歇出現並且不得蔓延到距暴露端 4 ft (1.2 m) 處第一個接頭以遠的範圍。
在水平/垂直管道燃燒測試中,在試驗裝置上放置一根直徑12英寸、垂直長度15英尺、水平長度24英尺的90°彎管。火源放置在管道的一端,風機安裝在管道的另一端,火焰被點燃並吸入管中。如果在 15 分鐘的測試過程中滿足下列所有條件,視為產品性能合格:
1、管道內部的火焰不得從火焰暴露端蔓延到水平管段上 23 ft (7.0 m) 處;
2、管道外部的火焰應被限制在垂直管段部分,並且不得蔓延到水平管段的外部表面;
3、在管道內部 23 ft (7.0 m) 處的溫度不得超過 1000°F (538°C);
4、如果管道和/或安裝接頭無法保持結構完整,掉落、滴落或熔化的管道部分或接頭材料在接觸到地板後不得出現任何燃燒或灼熱的顆粒。
在垂直管道燃燒測試中,在試驗裝置上放置一根直徑12英寸、垂直長度15英尺的直管。火源放置在管道的一端,風機安裝在管道的另一端,火焰被點燃並吸入管中。如果在 15 分鐘的測試過程中滿足下列所有條件,視為產品性能合格:
1、管道內部的火焰不得蔓延到管道頂端 10 ft (3.1 m) 範圍內;
2、管道外部的火焰不得蔓延到管道頂端 5 ft (1.6 m) 範圍內;
3、距管道頂端 1 ft (0.3 m) 處測量的管道內部溫度不得超過 1000°F (538°C);
4、如果管道和/或安裝接頭無法保持結構完整,掉落、滴落或熔化的管道部分或接頭材料在接觸到地板後不得出現任何燃燒或灼熱的顆粒。
實驗結果如下【表2】:
綜上所述,本發明所揭露之技術手段確能有效解決習知等問題,並達致預期之目的與功效,且申請前未見諸於刊物、未曾公開使用且具長遠進步性,誠屬專利法所稱之發明無誤,爰依法提出申請,懇祈 鈞上惠予詳審並賜准發明專利,至感德馨。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之數種較佳實施例,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,由金屬及金屬表面的塗料製成,其特徵在於,該塗料包括第一組分和/或第二組分,其中: 第一組分是以甲基、乙基、苯基矽氧烷,甲基聚矽酸甲酯,氟烴基矽氧烷的單體、均聚物、共聚物及其組合為基礎成膜物; 第二組分是以含氟烯烴和乙烯基醚的共聚物,含氟(甲基)丙烯酸酯的均聚物或與其它單體的共聚物為基礎成膜物。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,其中,所述的含氟烯烴指的是三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯、氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、三氟乙烯、三氟溴乙烯、三氟丙烯、六氟異丁烯、八氟異丁烯中的任意一種或多種。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,其中,所述的管道符合FM4922、FM4910或等同標準要求。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道,其中,所述的金屬為鐵、鋁、銅及其合金。
  5. 一種製造如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的方法,其中,包括以下步驟: (1)將金屬預成型成所需形狀及結構的管道,並對其進行表面處理; (2)常溫下,在預成型的金屬管道內,塗布一種液態塗料; (3)常溫下,自然放置一段時間或在紫外線照射下使塗層表幹及實幹; (4)常溫下較長時間的放置,或不高於250℃的溫度下烘烤使塗層後固化得到成品。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的製造方法,其中,塗層施工時塗料為液態,可以是溶液、乳液、無溶劑液態混合物或含有固體粉末的懸濁物。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的製造方法,其中,所述塗料塗布及表幹溫度不大於35℃。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之潔淨室用排氣或排氣排煙管道的製造方法,其中,步驟4中後固化的方法為將管道至於烘箱或烘房中,或者向管道內同入熱空氣。
