烷基烷氧基化直鏈或分支鏈二苯醚二磺酸鹽或其混合物。 兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑之非限制性實例包含烷基甜菜鹼、氧化胺、聚羧酸鹽、烷基胺基丙酸、烷基亞胺基丙酸、咪唑啉羧酸鹽及磺基甜菜鹼 (sulfobetaine;sultaine)。 陽離子界面活性劑之非限制性實例包含第一銨鹽、二銨鹽、四級銨鹽、乙氧基化胺及其混合物。 若存在,助水溶物包括但不限於二甲苯磺酸鈉、異丙苯磺酸鈉、甲苯磺酸鈉、丙二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇、乙醇及尿素。當存在時,基於該清潔組合物之總重量,所存在之該助水溶物之含量通常係在從約0.5重量%至約40重量%範圍。 本文使用之自由基清除劑包含熟知之經取代之單及二羥基苯基及其類似物、羧酸烷基酯及羧酸芳基酯及其混合物。本文使用之較佳的自由基清除劑包含二第三丁基羥基甲苯(BHT)、對苯二酚、二第三丁基對苯二酚、單第三丁基對苯二酚、第三丁基羥基茴香醚、苯甲酸、甲苯甲酸、兒茶酚、第三丁基兒茶酚、苄胺、1,1,3-參(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)丁烷、沒食子酸正丙酯或其混合物及高度較佳地為二第三丁基羥基甲苯。當使用時,自由基清除劑可以基於該清潔組合物之總重量計至多約10重量%之含量存在於本文組合物中。 合適增效劑可係選自由以下組成之群:磷酸鹽及多磷酸鹽,尤其地鈉鹽;碳酸鹽、碳酸氫鹽、倍半碳酸鹽及除碳酸鈉或倍半碳酸鹽以外之碳酸鹽礦物質;有機單、二、三及四羧酸鹽,尤其以酸、鈉、鉀或烷醇銨鹽形式之水溶性非界面活性劑羧酸鹽,以及包含脂肪族及芳香型之低聚物或水溶性低分子量聚羧酸鹽;及無機增效劑諸如硫酸鹽、檸檬酸鹽、沸石、矽鋁酸鹽及肌醇六磷酸。此等可補充硼酸鹽,例如用於pH緩衝之目的,或硫酸鹽,尤其硫酸鈉及可對於穩定界面活性劑及/或含有增效劑之清潔劑組合物之工程化係重要之任何其他填料或載劑。亦可使用增效劑混合物,有時被稱為「增效劑體系」,及其通常包含兩種或更多種習知增效劑,視情況補充螯合劑、pH緩衝劑或填料,儘管當描述本文材料之量時此等後者材料通常單獨核算。當存在時,基於該清潔組合物之總重量,增效劑佔從約1重量%至約90重量%。 合適著色劑及香料係熟習此項技術者所熟知。著色劑包含直接藍86(Miles)、Fastusol藍(Mobay Chemical Corp.)、酸性橙7(American Cyanamid)、鹼性紫10(Sandoz)、酸性黃23(GAF)、酸性黃17(Sigma Chemical)、暗綠(Keyston Analine and Chemical)、間胺黃(Keystone Analine and Chemical)、酸性藍9(Hilton Davis)、山德蘭藍/酸性藍182 (Sandoz)、Hisol快紅(Capitol Color and Chemical)、螢光素(Capitol Color and Chemical)及酸性綠25 (Ciba-Geigy)。香料之實例包含天然產物諸如龍衍香、安息香、海狸香、麝貓香、丁香油、白松香、茉莉香、迷迭香油、檀香木、橙油、檸檬油、玫瑰提取液、薰衣草香、麝香、松油、雪松香等等。芳香化學品之實例包含但不限於乙酸異戊酯(香蕉)、丙酸異丁酯(朗姆酒)、鄰胺基苯甲酸甲酯(葡萄)、乙酸苄酯(桃子)、丁酸甲酯(蘋果)、丁酸乙酯(鳳梨)、乙酸辛酯(橘子)、乙酸正丙酯(梨)及苯乙酸乙酯(蜂蜜)。本發明清潔組合物可以產生氣味掩蔽效應或減少非所需之氣味至可接受水平必需之有效含量包含上文類型化合物之任何組合及於一些實施例中,上文列出之油及酯可用作油組分。使用量可由熟習此項技術者容易地可確定及基於該清潔組合物之總重量,其範圍從約0.01重量%至約5重量%。 聚合物泡沫穩定劑可係選自由(N,N-二烷基胺基)烷基酯及(N,N-二烷基胺基)丙烯酸烷基酯之均聚物及疏水改性纖維素聚合物,包括甲基纖維素、羥丙基甲基纖維素、羥乙基甲基纖維素及其混合物。基於該清潔組合物之總重量,該聚合物泡沫穩定劑之含量範圍可從約0.01重量%至約15重量%。 若所需,酵素可包含於該清潔組合物中以提供清潔性能益處。當存在時,該酵素佔基於該清潔組合物之總重量計約0.0001重量%至約5重量%範圍之活性酵素,及包含以下之一者或混合物:纖維素酶、半木纖維質酶、過氧化物酶、蛋白酶、葡糖澱粉酶、澱粉酶、脂酶、角質蛋白酶、果膠酶、木聚糖酶、還原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂肪加氧酶、木質酶、支鏈澱粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、麥拉寧酶(malanases)、β-葡聚糖酶及阿拉伯糖苷酶。 當酵素存在時,酵素穩定劑亦可以佔該清潔組合物之總重量之約0.001重量%至約10重量%範圍之含量包含於該清潔組合物中。酵素穩定劑為與酵素相容之化合物及包含鈣離子、硼酸、丙二醇、短鏈羧酸、酸及其混合物。例如,硼酸鹽,諸如鹼金屬硼酸鹽或胺(例如,鏈烷醇胺)硼酸鹽或硼酸鉀、氯化鈣、甲酸鈣、蘋果酸鈣、馬來酸鈣、氫氧化鈣及乙酸鈣為可用於本發明之清潔組合物中之酵素穩定劑。 為了製備本文組合物,以上組分係藉由本技術熟知之方法組合在一起。選取該等組分之相對水平以得到該組合物於硬表面或軟表面清潔應用中之要求性能,著眼於確保一方面組分足以有效之水平存在,但另一方面藉由限制該組分之上限避免超額成本。 由於本文組合物通常作為液體調配物製備,且由於不要求特定混合以形成單相微乳液,所以可於任何合適容器或容器中容易地製備該等組合物。混合該等組分之順序係不特別重要及通常可依次加入不同組分或一次加入呈水溶液形式之所有組分。 令人驚訝地,自以上組分之微乳液形成自發進行,歸因於當將該等組分混合在一起時形成有利之自由能。雖然微乳液係熱力學有利的,但是於某些情況下動能屏障阻礙其形成。因此,若需要,可施行應用混合能或溫度之適度增加來克服於微乳液之形成中之此類動能屏障。 一經調配,則可將本發明之組合物包裝在各種容器,諸如鋼、錫或鋁罐、塑膠或玻璃瓶及紙或紙板容器中。 除了上述清潔組合物(其係藉由將所需組分混合在一起而製得)以外,亦可藉由使用黏合劑將本發明之清潔組合物調配為棒以將棒以內聚可溶性形式固持在一起。該黏合劑可為天然或合成澱粉、膠、增稠劑或其任何混合物。此外,可藉由加入增稠劑或膠凝劑諸如煅製二氧化矽、有機膠、聚合物、石蠟、膨潤土及纖維素醚,將該清潔組合物調配為糊料或凝膠。 於另一個實施例中,將本發明之清潔組合物提供為中低容積密度粉末。可藉由噴霧乾燥包含本發明之清潔組合物之漿狀液體及視情況地乾混合其他成分來製備該中低容積密度粉末。於另一個實施例中,藉由使用高速混合機/製粒機或其他無塔乾燥法將該粉末組合物混合並製粒來濃縮或壓實該中低容積密度粉末。於又另一個實施例中,可藉由壓實包含本發明之清潔組合物之濃縮粉末來製備錠劑。 本發明之清潔組合物可用於多種應用中,及於一個特定實施例中尤其適用於清潔硬表面或軟表面。 因此,於一另個態樣中,本發明提供從硬表面或軟表面移除汙物或汙漬之方法。一種標準處理方法為以多種應用方式接觸或應用本發明之清潔組合物至或抵於硬表面或軟表面,例如,在該硬表面或軟表面上或抵於該硬表面或軟表面,諸如以氣溶膠形式或藉由標準噴嘴噴霧、摩擦、刮削、刷塗、浸漬、塗覆、以凝膠形式施用或澆注該清潔組合物。然後藉由以水沖洗及/或擦拭直至該清潔組合物不再肉眼可見,可從該硬表面或軟表面移除該清潔組合物。亦可風乾該硬或軟表面以自該表面移除該清潔組合物或剩餘水。 雖然界面活性劑摻合物特別適用於清潔組合物中,亦發現其係超多用途及可包含於水性組合物或微乳液中以用於油田應用、水基金屬加工應用、聚胺基甲酸酯發泡體應用或於化粧品及皮膚病學應用中。 因此,於另一個實施例中,提供一種個人護理組合物,其包含本發明之界面活性劑摻合物及水。「個人護理」係指局部應用至個人之毛髮或皮膚但不能口服消化之組合物。較佳地,該個人護理組合物係在清洗應用中局部應用至個人之皮膚。預期包含界面活性劑摻合物之個人護膚組合物,其包含沐浴露、沐浴凝膠、去角質組合物、洗髮精、可沖洗掉之調理劑、剃須泡沫、洗面乳、洗滌劑、洗手液、清潔霜/乳、收斂洗液、爽膚水或清涼劑、泡泡浴、可溶浴油及條皂。 根據一些實施例,該個人護理組合物包含0.05重量%或更大,視情況地0.1重量%或更大之界面活性劑摻合物,其中該重量%係基於該個人護理組合物之總重量。於另一實施例中,該個人護理組合物包含10重量%或更小,視情況地5重量%或更小之界面活性劑摻合物,其中該重量%係基於該個人護理組合物之總重量。 可包含於該個人護理組合物中之其他組分(及其含量)係熟習此項技術者所熟知及可包含上文所列彼等。例如,可包含在內之其他組分為保濕劑、防腐劑、pH調整劑、潤膚劑及/或抗刺激劑諸如真蘆薈、PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯、甘菊、鱷梨油或甜杏仁油、染料或香料。 於又一個實施例中,提供一種適用於金屬成形或切割應用中之潤滑油濃縮物,其包含本發明之界面活性劑摻合物及基礎油,諸如基於石油之油、植物油、動物源性油或合成油。潤滑油調配物及其組分/含量係描述於US 20150051132中,其全部內容以引用之方式併入本文中。 於一個特定實施例中,該潤滑油濃縮物可分散於水性介質中及用於切割製程。該潤滑油濃縮物調配物可以約5重量份至20重量份之油濃縮物每100重量份之水性介質(例如水)之濃度分散於水性介質中及可包含以下:

Claims (14)
- 一種界面活性劑摻合物,其包含:(i)式(I)之伸展鏈陰離子界面活性劑及(ii)式(II)之伸展鏈中間界面活性劑,其中R為具有約6至約36個碳原子之直鏈或分支鏈、飽和或不飽和、經取代或未經取代之脂族或芳族烴基; L為連接基團,其包含聚環氧丙烷嵌段、或聚環氧乙烷嵌段或其混合物; A係選自氫、單價金屬陽離子、二價金屬陽離子、銨陽離子及經有機基團取代之銨陽離子; x為該連接基團L之平均烷氧基化程度,範圍從約2至約20;及 y為平均乙氧基化程度,範圍從0至約5。
- 如請求項1之界面活性劑摻合物,其中R為直鏈C8 至C20 烷基鏈或分支鏈C8 至C20 烷基鏈或其混合物。
- 如請求項1之界面活性劑摻合物,其中A係選自由鈉、鉀、鎂及銨組成之群。
- 如請求項1之界面活性劑摻合物,其中該式(I)之伸展鏈陰離子界面活性劑與該式(II)之伸展鏈中間界面活性劑之莫耳比率在約9:1至約1:9之範圍。
- 一種單相微乳液,其包含如請求項1之界面活性劑摻合物、水及油組分。
- 如請求項5之單相微乳液,其中該界面活性劑摻合物係以基於該單相微乳液之總重量計約1重量%至約60重量%範圍之含量存在。
- 如請求項5之單相微乳液,其中該油組分係以基於該單相微乳液之總重量計約0.5重量%至約75重量%範圍之含量存在。
- 如請求項7之單相微乳液,其中該油組分係選自醚、液態酯、礦物油、植物油、動物油及其混合物。
- 如請求項5之單相微乳液,其進一步包含輔助組分,該輔助組分包括至少一種抗氧化劑、助懸劑、螯合劑、助界面活性劑、自由基清除劑、香料、清潔及表面改性聚合物、增效劑、抗微生物劑、殺菌劑、助水溶物、著色劑、穩定劑、漂白劑、漂白活化劑、泡沫控制劑、酵素、汙物懸浮劑、防腐抑制劑、增亮劑、抗塵劑、分散劑、顏料、染料、珠光劑、流變改性劑及護膚活性物。
- 如請求項5之單相微乳液,其中該單相微乳液實質上不含電解質。
- 一種用於製備單相微乳液之方法,其包括將如請求項1之界面活性劑摻合物與水及油組分混合。
- 一種包含界面活性劑摻合物之水性清潔組合物,其中該界面活性劑摻合物包含:(i)式(I)之伸展鏈陰離子界面活性劑及(ii)式(II)之伸展鏈中間界面活性劑其中R為具有約6至約36個碳原子之直鏈或分支鏈、飽和或不飽和、經取代或未經取代之脂族或芳族烴基; L為連接基團,其包含聚環氧丙烷嵌段、或聚環氧乙烷嵌段或其混合物; A係選自氫、單價金屬陽離子、二價金屬陽離子、銨陽離子及經有機基團取代之銨陽離子; x為連接基團L之平均烷氧基化程度,範圍從約2至約20;且 y為平均乙氧基化程度,範圍從0至約5。
- 如請求項12之水性清潔組合物,其進一步包含輔助組分,該輔助組分包括至少一種抗氧化劑、助懸劑、螯合劑、助界面活性劑、自由基清除劑、香料、清潔及表面改性聚合物、增效劑、抗微生物劑、殺菌劑、助水溶物、著色劑、穩定劑、漂白劑、漂白活化劑、泡沫控制劑、酵素、汙物懸浮劑、防腐抑制劑、增亮劑、抗塵劑、分散劑、顏料、染料、珠光劑、流變改性劑及護膚活性物。
