Abstract

一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,包含有一阻力調整單元及一感測單元,阻力調整單元具有一調整座、一位於調整座上方之固定套管、一設固定套管之調整桿與一樞設於調整座且螺接調整桿之第一螺帽,感測單元具有一連動座、一第二螺帽、一感測元件及一被感測元件,連動座之一端樞接於調整座,第二螺帽螺設於調整桿且樞接於連動座,感測元件設於調整座與連動座的其中之一,被感測元件設於調整座與連動座的另外之一。藉此,調整座與連動座可以利用第一、第二螺帽的相對運動而改變感測元件與被感測元件之間的距離,進而讓感測元件產生相對應的感測訊號。

Description

健身器材之阻力感測機構
本發明與健身器材有關,特別是指一種健身器材之阻力感測機構。
一般的健身器材為了讓使用者可以根據自身的訓練需求來調整操作難易度,在結構上通常會配置一阻力調整器,讓使用者能夠透過阻力調整器對飛輪或其他類似的元件施加不同程度的阻力,在調整阻力的同時,為了讓使用者能夠確實掌握阻力調整器所施加的阻力大小,有一部分的健身器材會再配置一感測裝置,主要是用來對阻力調整器所施加的阻力大小進行感測,以便讓使用者能夠隨時視情況作調整。
就與感測裝置相關的先前技術來說,中華民國公告第M435942號專利案所揭露之扭力感測裝置主要是將主感測元件與被感測元件分別設置於固定件與位置調整件上,藉由旋轉調整桿即能改變位置調整件與固定件之間的相對距離,使主感測元件因與被感測元件之間的距離改變而產生相對應的感測訊號。然而在前述專利案中,被感測元件是保持固定不動,所以在只有主感測元件可以移動的情況下,整個過程需要耗費比較長的時間才能夠完成感測,如此在實際操作時容易造成使用者的不便。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,其能減少作動行程及縮短感測時間,進而增加操作上的便利性。
為了達成上述目的,本發明所提供之阻力感測機構包含有一阻力調整單元及一感測單元。該阻力調整單元具有一調整座、一固定套管、一調整桿與一第一螺帽,該調整座設於一飛輪之周緣且該調整座之一端樞設於一車架,該固定套管設於該車架且位於該調整座的上方,該調整桿可原地轉動地穿設於該固定套管且具有一第一螺紋段與一第二螺紋段,該第一、第二螺紋段具有相反的旋向,該第一螺帽樞設於該調整座且螺接於該調整桿之第一螺紋段,使得該第一螺帽能藉由該調整桿之驅動而帶動該調整座相對該飛輪上下偏轉;該感測單元具有一連動座、一第二螺帽、一感測元件,以及一被感測元件,該連動座之一端樞設於該調整座,該第二螺帽螺設於該阻力調整單元之調整桿的第二螺紋段且樞設於該連動座,使得該第二螺帽能藉由該調整桿之驅動而帶動該該連動座相對於該調整座上下偏轉,該感測元件設於該調整座與該連動座的其中之一,該被感測元件設於該調整座與該連動座的另外之一,而且,該感測元件與該被感測元件之間相互對應。
由上述可知,本發明之阻力感測機構利用不同旋向之第一、第二螺紋段,使該調整座與該連動座可以利用該第一、第二螺帽的相對運動而改變該感測元件與該被感測元件之間的距離,進而讓該感測元件輸出相對應的感測訊號,如此即能達到減少作動行程及縮短感測時間的效果。
有關本發明所提供之阻力感測機構的詳細構造、特點、組裝或使用方式,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,在本發明領域中具有通常知識者應能瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅係用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明之專利申請範圍。
請先參閱第1圖,圖中所示之健身器材包含有一車架12與一可轉動地設於車架12之飛輪14。本發明之阻力感測機構10包含有一阻力調整單元30及一感測單元40。
阻力調整單元30具有一調整座31、二相對之磁性件32、一固定套管33、一調整桿34,以及一第一螺帽35。調整座31之後端樞設於車架12,調整座31之兩相對側面分別貫穿有一長條孔312;磁性件32設於調整座31之內側面,並且與飛輪14保持一預定距離;固定套管33固定於車架12且位於調整座31的上方;調整桿34具有一旋鈕342與一連接旋鈕342之螺桿344,螺桿部344可原地轉動地穿設於固定套管33內且具有一第一螺紋段S1與一第二螺紋部S2,第一、第二螺紋段S1、S2具有相反的旋向;第一螺帽35螺設於調整桿34之螺桿部344的第一螺紋段S1,而且,第一螺帽35之兩相對側面分別藉由一第一樞軸P1樞設於調整座31的中間位置,第一樞軸P1可位移地穿設於調整座31之長條孔312內。
感測單元40具有一連動座41與一第二螺帽42,連動座41之後端與調整座31之後端是以同軸方式樞設於車架12,第二螺帽42螺設於調整桿34之螺桿部344的第二螺紋段S2,而且,第二螺帽42之兩相對側面分別藉由一第二樞軸P2樞設於連動座41的中間位置。此外,感測單元40更具有一感測元件43與一被感測元件44,感測元件43設置於調整座31之頂面與連動座41之底面的其中一個位置,被感測元件44設置於調整座31之頂面與連動座41之底面的另外一個位置,也就是說,假如感測元件43是設置在調整座31之頂面,被感測元件44就設置在連動座41之底面,如果感測元件43設置在連動座41之底面,被感測元件44設置在調整座31之頂面,然而不論以前述哪種方式設置,感測元件43與被感測元件44之間必須要相互對應。
由上述可知,如第2及3圖所示,當利用旋鈕342轉動調整桿34時,調整桿34會經由螺桿部344之第一、第二螺紋段S1、S2分別驅動第一螺帽35及第二螺帽42沿著調整桿34之軸向上下位移,在第一螺帽35的位移過程中,第一螺帽35會帶動調整座31相對飛輪14偏轉,使調整座31在相對飛輪14偏轉時能利用兩個磁性件32之間的磁通量變化對飛輪14提供阻力效果,另外,在第二螺帽42的位移過程中,第二螺帽42會帶動連動座41相對調整座31偏轉。由於第一、第二螺紋段S1、S2具有相反的旋向,所以第一、第二螺帽35、42在受到調整桿34之驅動之下會朝彼此靠近或遠離,因此調整座31與連動座42會分別跟著第一、第二螺帽35、42朝彼此靠近或遠離,如此一來,感測元件43與被感測元件44之間即可利用調整座31與連動座42的相對作動來改變彼此之間的距離,一旦兩者之間的距離有所改變,感測元件43便能產生相對應的感測訊號至一控制面板(圖中所示),使用者便能根據控制面板所顯示的訊息得知阻力的變化。
綜上所陳,本發明之阻力感測機構20利用不同旋向之第一、第二螺紋段S1、S2,使調整座31與連動座42可以利用第一、第二螺帽35、42的相對運動來改變感測元件43與被感測元件44之間的距離,並非只有單方作動,因此與習用技術相比之下,本發明可以有效達到減少作動行程及縮短感測時間的效果。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,該健身器材包含有一車架與一設於該車架之飛輪,該阻力感測機構包含有: 一阻力調整單元,具有一調整座、一固定套管、一調整桿,以及一第一螺帽,該調整座設於該飛輪之周緣且該調整座之一端樞設該車架,該固定套管設於該車架且位於該調整座的上方,該調整桿可原地轉動地穿設於該固定套管且具有一第一螺紋段與一第二螺紋段,該第一、第二螺紋段具有相反的旋向,該第一螺帽螺接於該調整桿之第一螺紋段;以及 一感測單元,具有一連動座、一第二螺帽、一感測元件,以及一被感測元件,該連動座之一端樞設於該阻力調整單元之調整座,該第二螺帽螺接於該阻力調整單元之調整桿的第二螺紋段且樞接於該連動座,該感測元件設於該阻力調整單元之調整座與該感測單元之連動座的其中之一,該被感測元件設於該阻力調整單元之調整座與該感測單元之連動座的另外之一,該感測元件與該被感測元件之間相互對應。
  2. 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該調整座、該第一螺帽之間藉由二相對之樞軸樞接在一起,該調整座之兩側面分別具有一長條孔,各該樞軸可位移地穿設於一該長條孔內。
  3. 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件設於該調整座,該被感測元件設於該連動座。
  4. 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件設於該連動座,該被感測元件設於該調整座。
  5. 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件為霍爾感測器,該被感測元件為磁鐵。
