Abstract

本發明之矽膠槍包括:一槍體;一承座,具有一軸向側壁及一開設於該軸向側壁之穿孔,供一矽膠罐組接;一承接部,連接於該槍體;一夾持件,與該承接部位於該軸向側壁之相對二側;一中介體,穿設於該穿孔且位於該承接部與該夾持件之間;至少二固緊件,穿設於該中介體且定位於該槍體,使該軸向側壁可相對該槍體轉動地夾掣於該承接部與該夾持件之間;一推桿,可移動地設於該槍體,並穿過該穿孔且伸入該承座中。

Description

矽膠槍
本發明係與矽膠槍有關,特別是有關於一種可轉動之矽膠槍。
一般建築及裝潢經常使用膠筒裝有矽膠,且膠筒利用矽膠槍將內部矽膠從尖錐型的開口擠出,藉以填補縫隙,習知矽膠槍結構大體如下:設有槍體、限位部及承座,槍體與限位部卡扣固定,並於槍體內設有彈性部、推柄用以擠出承座設置膠筒內矽膠擠出,然而習知結構其實具有以下缺點:承座與槍體間設有固定機構供調整兩者間距得矽膠擠出,為了讓矽膠槍具有美觀之功效,一般而言槍體與承座皆透過烤漆上色,由於烤漆會有厚度,而每批烤漆所產生厚度也不會一致,可以理解到承座烤漆厚度若是太薄,與固定機構所產生的間距太大會造成矽膠槍搖晃不穩定,若是承座烤漆太厚則與固定機構太過密合,造成裝矽膠罐不方便以及承座不易轉動,此外,習知結構並未設有伸入該承座之穿孔來穩定承座,故容易搖晃。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之矽膠槍,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種矽膠槍,可使該矽膠槍之承座與槍體有效地連接而不易搖晃,且可確保該承座不會受到太大的摩擦力而不可轉動。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種矽膠槍,包括:一槍體;一承座,具有一軸向側壁及一開設於該軸向側壁之穿孔,供一矽膠罐組接;一承接部,連接於該槍體;一夾持件,與該承接部位於該軸向側壁之相對二側;一中介體,穿設於該穿孔且位於該承接部與該夾持件之間;至少二固緊件,穿設於該中介體且定位於該槍體,使該軸向側壁可相對該槍體轉動地夾掣於該承接部與該夾持件之間;一推桿,可移動地設於該槍體,並穿過該穿孔且伸入該承座中。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至5,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之矽膠槍1包括一槍體10、一承座20、一承接部30、一夾持件50、一中介體、至少二固緊件51及一推桿60。
該承座20具有一軸向側壁22及一開設於該軸向側壁22之穿孔21,該承座20供一矽膠罐70組接。該承接部30連接於該槍體10。該夾持件50與該承接部30位於該軸向側壁22之相對二側。該中介體穿設於該穿孔21且位於該承接部30與該夾持件50之間。該至少二固緊件51穿設於該中介體且定位於該槍體10,使該軸向側壁22可相對該槍體10轉動地夾掣於該承接部30與該夾持件50之間。該推桿60可移動地設於該槍體10並穿過該穿孔21且伸入該承座20中,可供推擠設於該承座20上之矽膠罐70。藉此,可控制該承座20結合至該槍體10之鬆緊程度,且使該承座20平穩不搖晃,且允許該承座20可轉動地調整方位且可被摩擦性的定位。
在本實施例中,該承接部30包括一連接於該槍體10之承接壁31,該中介體為一筒體33,該中介體固接(可為一體連接或間接固接)於該承接壁31,然,該中介體亦可是固接(可為一體連接或間接固接)於該夾持件50。該矽膠槍1另包括一墊部40,該墊部40設於該軸向側壁22與該承接部30之間且包括至少一凸部,該至少一凸部可相對轉動地抵接於該軸向側壁22。該承接壁31另凹設有一容置部32,該墊部40具有相對之一第一側41及一第二側42,該第一側41容置於該容置部32且抵接於該承接壁31,該第二側42設有該至少一凸部及與該至少一凸部交錯設置的凹部,該至少一凸部凸出於該承接部30。較佳地,該墊部40包括至少三凸部及至少三凹部,詳細地說,該第二側42設有四凸部43及四凹部44,該容置部32為一環繞該中介體之環槽,該墊部40為一波浪環片,該波浪環片之一側周向地間隔設有該四凸部43及該等凹部44,該等凹部44間隔地抵接於該承接壁31,該四凸部43間隔地抵接於該軸向側壁22而使該承座20可相對該四凸部43轉動。該波浪環片之厚度t較佳係不大於該環槽之深度d,可提供適當地變形裕度。
可理解的是,該承接部30可為該槍體10之一部分,該墊部40可一體地設於該承接部30且可為金屬、塑膠、矽膠、橡膠或其組合,該至少三凸部較佳係為可彈性變性結構(包含材質本身可變形或多元件組合後可變形);各該凸部可獨立構件而分別配置於該承接部30;該至少一凸部可抵接於該槍體10;該至少一凸部可以是單一個延伸凸起(弧形、環形、長形、多角形或其他形);該墊部40可為多邊形或其他幾何形狀;該墊部40與該承座20之軸向側壁22之間可另設有至少一墊片;該筒體33可不穿過該承座20之穿孔而抵接於該軸向側壁22。
該承接壁31另包括一設於該筒體33外圍之外凸緣34,相對於該第二側42該筒體33凸出於該外凸緣34,該四凸部43凸出於該筒體33,以確保該墊部40與該承座20係多點接觸而保持平穩不搖晃。較佳地,該四凸部43抵接於該軸向側壁22,且該筒體33抵接於該夾持件50,該外凸緣34與該承座20之軸向側壁22間隔一間隙80,如此可有效夾持該承座20而不易搖晃,且可確保該承座20不會受到太大的摩擦力而不可轉動,如此可依據不同使用角度(例如相互垂直之建築物邊角)的需求而調整該矽膠罐70出嘴之出口71方向(參圖4及5)。
在本實施例中,該筒體33具有一中心孔331及環繞該中心孔331設置的複數空槽332,可輕量化且可輕微變形。該槍體10之一前端概呈T形,該承接壁31另自該外凸緣34徑向地凸設有三凸耳,該三凸耳與呈T形之該槍體10的三端對應設置。較佳地,該至少二固緊件51包括複數螺件,各該螺件穿過其中一該空槽332,在此,該複數螺件穿過該夾持件50、該穿孔21、該墊部40及該筒體33(如部分空槽332)而固接至該槍體10。
綜上,透過該中介體及該夾持件之配合,可使該承座與該槍體有效地連接而不易搖晃,且可確保該承座不會受到太大的摩擦力而不可轉動。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種矽膠槍,包括: 一槍體; 一承座,具有一軸向側壁及一開設於該軸向側壁之穿孔,供一矽膠罐組接; 一承接部,連接於該槍體; 一夾持件,與該承接部位於該軸向側壁之相對二側; 一中介體,穿設於該穿孔且位於該承接部與該夾持件之間; 至少二固緊件,穿設於該中介體且定位於該槍體,使該軸向側壁可相對該槍體轉動地夾掣於該承接部與該夾持件之間; 一推桿,可移動地設於該槍體,並穿過該穿孔且伸入該承座中。
  2. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍,其中該承接部包括一連接於該槍體之承接壁,該中介體固接於該承接壁。
  3. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍,另包括一墊部,該墊部設於該軸向側壁與該承接部之間且包括至少一凸部,該至少一凸部可相對轉動地抵接於該軸向側壁。
  4. 如請求項3所述的矽膠槍,其中該承接部包括一連接於該槍體之承接壁,該中介體固接於該承接壁,該承接壁另凹設有一容置部,該墊部具有相對之一第一側及一第二側,該第一側容置於該容置部且抵接於該承接壁,該第二側設有該至少一凸部及與該至少一凸部交錯設置的凹部,該至少一凸部凸出於該承接部。
  5. 如請求項4所述的矽膠槍,其中該墊部包括至少三凸部及至少三凹部,該容置部為一環繞該中介體之環槽,該墊部為一波浪環片,該波浪環片之一側周向地間隔設有該至少三凸部及該等凹部,該等凹部間隔地抵接於該承接壁,該至少三凸部間隔地抵接於該軸向側壁而使該承座可相對該至少三凸部轉動。
  6. 如請求項5所述的矽膠槍,其中該波浪環片之厚度不大於該環槽之深度。
  7. 如請求項5所述的矽膠槍,其中該中介體為一筒體,該承接壁另包括一設於該筒體外圍之外凸緣,相對於該第二側該筒體凸出於該外凸緣,該至少三凸部凸出於該筒體。
  8. 如請求項7所述的矽膠槍,其中該至少三凸部抵接於該軸向側壁,該筒體抵接於該夾持件,該外凸緣與該承座之軸向側壁間隔一間隙。
  9. 如請求項8所述的矽膠槍,其中該至少二固緊件包括複數螺件,該複數螺件穿過該夾持件、該穿孔、該墊部及該筒體而固接至該槍體;該波浪環片之厚度不大於該環槽之深度;該筒體具有一中心孔及環繞該中心孔設置的複數空槽,各該螺件穿過其中一該空槽;該槍體之一前端概呈T形,該承接壁另自該外凸緣徑向地凸設有三凸耳,該三凸耳與呈T形之該槍體的三端對應設置。
