An objective of this invention is to provide an anti-glare film, which has an excellent anti-glaring property over wide observation angles even in low haze, and is capable of suppressing occurrence of whitening and glaring while being provided in a graphic display device. Provided is an anti-glare film comprising a transparent support body and an anti-glare layer having finely uneven surface formed thereon, wherein the total haze of the anti-glare film is 0.1% or more and 3% or less, the surface haze is 0.1% or more and 2% or less, a ratio RSCE/RSCI of a visible reflectance RSCI determined by a normal reflection incident light, to a visible reflectance RSCE determined by excluding the normal reflection incident light, is 0.1 or less, with the apex of the convex portion of the uneven surface being set as base point, the average value of the area of polygons formed by Voronoi-dividing the surface is 50 [mu]m2 or more and 150 [mu]m2 or less, and the coefficient of variation of the area of the polygons is 40% or more and 80% or less.
