Abstract
本發明公開了錐形固液分離器,其包括分離器本體,所述分離器本體的內部設置有清水收集槽和在清水收集槽外層的環形的廢水收集槽,所述清水收集槽的上方設有至少一層錐形篩,位於最上層的錐形篩的上方套有內部中空的弧形錐,所述弧形錐的上端與進水管連接。本發明通過設置錐形篩,污水從進水管流入弧形錐,並通過弧形錐將水流分散後進入錐形篩過濾,簡化固液分離裝置與操作過程,減少水力損耗、提高了處理效率;且結構簡單、緊湊,大幅度降低能耗。
Description
本創作係屬於錐形固液分離器的領域,特別是關於一種用於水處理過程中對廢水內固體和液體進行分離的設備,可適用于原水處理、汙水處理及魚蝦工廠化養殖等廢水的固液分離處理。
在工廠化水產養殖和水處理等領域,固液分離是常見過程,該過程運行的效果直接關係到後續工藝的工作負荷和處理效率。水處理過程中,尤其是魚蝦工廠化養殖等廢水的固液分離,常用的設備包括過濾網、弧形篩、微濾機等。這些常用設備存在問題主要是包括:1、處理效率問題;2、能耗問題;3、清洗麻煩,維護工作複雜。
本發明的目的,在於提供一種錐形固液分離器。
本發明解決其技術問題的解決方案是:錐形固液分離器,其包括分離器本體,所述分離器本體的內部設置有清水收集槽和在清水收集槽外層的環形的廢水收集槽,所述清水收集槽的上方設有至少一層錐形篩,位於最上層的錐形篩的上方套有內部中空的弧形錐,所述弧形錐的上端與進水管連接。
作為上述技術方案的進一步改進,所述弧形錐的內壁和位於最上層的錐形篩的外壁之間形成一個入口橫截面積比出口橫截面大的進水
通道。
作為上述技術方案的進一步改進,所述弧形錐和位於最上層的錐形篩的連接處設置有螺旋結構,所述螺旋結構包括設置在弧形錐的螺杆或螺孔以及設置在位於最上層的錐形篩的螺孔或螺杆。
作為上述技術方案的進一步改進,位於上層的錐形篩的槽孔大於位於次一層的錐形篩的槽孔。
作為上述技術方案的進一步改進,所述清水收集槽的底部外壁上安裝有排水口,所述排水口上安裝有排水彎管或排水直管,所述廢水收集槽的側壁上設有排污口。
作為上述技術方案的進一步改進,位於最上層的錐形篩的上端安裝有分流結構。
本發明的有益效果是:本發明通過設置錐形篩,污水從進水管流入弧形錐,並通過弧形錐將水流分散後進入錐形篩過濾,簡化固液分離裝置與操作過程,減少水力損耗、提高了處理效率;且結構簡單、緊湊,大幅度降低能耗。

下面結合附圖,詳細說明本發明的應用。
參照圖1~圖5,錐形固液分離器,其包括分離器本體1,所述分離器本體1的內部設置有清水收集槽4和在清水收集槽4外層的環形的廢水收集槽5,所述清水收集槽4的上方設有至少一層錐形篩2,位於最上層的錐形篩2的上方套有內部中空的弧形錐3,所述弧形錐3的上端與進水管連接。
通過設置錐形篩2,污水從進水管流入弧形錐3,並通過弧形錐3將水流分散後進入錐形篩2過濾,簡化固液分離裝置與操作過程,減少水力損耗、提高了處理效率;且結構簡單、緊湊,大幅度降低能耗。
進一步作為優選的實施方式,所述弧形錐3的內壁和位於最上層的錐形篩2的外壁之間形成一個入口橫截面積比出口橫截面大的進水通道41,這樣逐漸減少橫截面有利於穩定水壓和水流;隨著過水面積增大,水流速減小,弧形錐3下端壓力逐步的減小,更可以利用設置於弧形錐3與位於最上層的錐形篩2上端的螺旋結構42來調節弧形錐3與錐形篩2的距離,用以調節通過的水流速度或壓力,進一步促進固體與液體的分離。
進一步作為優選的實施方式,所述弧形錐3和位於最上層的錐形篩2的連接處設置有螺旋結構,所述螺旋結構42包括設置在弧形錐的螺杆或螺孔以及設置在位於最上層的錐形篩的螺孔或螺杆,更可以利用設置於弧形錐3與位於最上層的錐形篩2上端的螺旋結構42來調節弧形錐3與錐形篩2的距離,用以調節通過的水流速度或壓力,進一步促進固體與液體的分離。
進一步作為優選的實施方式,位於上層的錐形篩2的槽孔大
於位於次一層的錐形篩2的槽孔,採用多個錐形篩2時,設置由外向內逐漸縮小錐形篩2的槽孔尺寸,使得需處理的水經過多重過濾後過濾更乾淨。
進一步作為優選的實施方式,所述清水收集槽的底部外壁上安裝有排水口6,所述排水口6上安裝有排水彎管或排水直管,當然,排水口6上安裝的管道也可由客戶按安裝位置需求自行設計配接,通過排水口6及排水彎管或排水直管將過濾後的清水輸送至下一道工序,所述廢水收集槽的側壁上設有排污口7,通過排污口7將過濾後的污水收集後進行相應的處理。
進一步作為優選的實施方式,位於最上層的錐形篩2的上端安裝有起分流作用的分流結構43,分流結構43使得需處理的水平穩地流入進水通道41。

Claims (6)
- 一種錐形固液分離器,其包括:一分離器本體;一清水收集槽,係設置於該分離器本體之內部;一廢水收集槽,係設置在該清水收集槽外層,該廢水收集槽係為環形;一錐形篩,設在該清水收集槽之上方;及一弧形錐,其內部係中空,該弧形錐套於該錐形篩之上方,該弧形錐之上端與進水管連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之錐形固液分離器,其中,該弧形錐的內壁和位於最上層之該錐形篩的外壁之間形成一入口橫截面積比出口橫截面大之進水通道。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之錐形固液分離器,其中,該弧形錐和位於最上層之該錐形篩的連接處設置有螺旋結構,所述螺旋結構包括設置在弧形錐的螺杆或螺孔以及設置在位於最上層的錐形篩的螺孔或螺杆。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2或3項所述之錐形固液分離器,其中,位於上層之該錐形篩的槽孔大於位於次一層之該錐形篩的槽孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2或3項所述之錐形固液分離器,其中,該清水收集槽的底部外壁上安裝有排水口,所述排水口上安裝有排水彎管或排水直管,所述廢水收集槽的側壁上設有排污口。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2或3項所述之錐形固液分離器,其中,位於最上層之該錐形篩的上端安裝有一分流結構。
