Abstract

Description

橢圓訓練機
本發明係關於一種角度調整機構,以及具有角度調整機構的訓練機器,例如橢圓訓練機。
橢圓機(ellipticals)也稱為交叉訓練機(cross-trainer, X-trainer),用於模擬爬樓梯、走路,或跑步等運動。
橢圓機可結合跑步機與腳踏車的優點,以站姿進行全身性的運動。由於雙腳同時固定在橢圓機上,左右腳受力之時間各一半,能夠減少膝關節的衝擊力,降低受傷的機率。
橢圓機通常具有踏板供使用者踩踏。傳統橢圓機的踏板,其運動軌跡多為固定,使得橢圓機的使用變化性較為缺乏。
台灣專利,證書號M403355,題為「橢圓運動機之揚昇裝置」,揭露一種橢圓運動機的揚昇裝置,可改變踏板的運動軌跡。如第一圖所示,揚昇裝置40包含電動馬達調整機構403,其包含馬達4031、螺桿4032、螺桿套4033。馬達4031可帶動螺桿4032旋轉,使螺桿套4033朝遠離馬達4031的方向位移。舉伸裝置405的連動桿4051承受螺桿套4033的推抵力量,造成滾輪413沿地面滑移,而架體401上方的導軌架402以二突耳4021為軸心旋轉,使導軌架402與地面形成夾角,藉此改變踏板的運動軌跡。上述專利的說明書全文,併入本文,視為本案說明書的一部分。
習知橢圓訓練機仍有許多可改善的空間。例如,降低成本,提升穩定度等等。
本發明係關於一種角度調整機構,以及具有角度調整機構的橢圓訓練機。
本發明的目的之一,在於提供一種可改變運動軌跡的橢圓訓練機, 並且,於改變運動軌跡時,提升橢圓訓練機的穩定度。
本發明的另一目的,在於提供一種降低成本的橢圓機。
本發明一實施例提出一種橢圓機,其具有一機體,以及一角度調整機構。此角度調整機構包含一架體、一導軌架、一調整組件,以及一傳動件。機體設置於架體上。架體的前端與一支撐面接觸,架體後半部樞接於導軌架的前半部,導軌架的後端與支撐面接觸。調整組件設置於架體後半部,傳動件設置於導軌架前半部。調整組件用於推抵傳動件,使得導軌架以其後端為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動架體以其前端為軸心逆時針旋轉而抬升,藉此導軌架與支撐面具有第一夾角,架體與支撐面具有第二夾角。
本發明另一實施例提出一種橢圓機,其具有一機體,以及一角度調整機構。此角度調整機構包含一架體、一導軌架、一調整組件,一傳動件,以及一連桿組。機體設置於架體上。架體的前端與一支撐面接觸,架體後半部樞接於導軌架的前半部,導軌架的後端與支撐面接觸。連桿組的一頂端樞接於調整組件,連桿組的一底端與支撐面接觸,連桿組的一中央偏轉端樞接於傳動件。調整組件設置於架體後半部,傳動件設置於導軌架前半部。調整組件用於推抵傳動件,使得導軌架以其後端為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動架體以其前端為軸心逆時針旋轉而抬升,藉此導軌架與支撐面具有第一夾角,架體與支撐面具有第二夾角,該連桿組與該支撐面具有第三夾角。

另外,在本實施例,架體201的後端201B為與導軌架202的樞接點,位於導軌架202靠近前端202A的下方。在其他實施例,如果樞接點愈靠近導軌架202的後端202B,則第一夾角愈大,第二夾角愈小。
請參閱圖3至圖6,其顯示根據本發明第一實施例的橢圓訓練機10。
如圖3所示,橢圓訓練機10包含一前述的角度調整機構20及一機體30。機體30用於供使用者操作,例如,模擬爬樓梯、走路,或跑步等訓練。角度調整機構20包含架體201、導軌架202、調整組件203,以及傳動件204。機體30主要設置於架體201上。圖3顯示橢圓訓練機10的架體201和導軌架202位於第一位置。
如圖4所示,於本實施例,調整組件203是電動馬達調整裝置,包含馬達2031、螺桿2032,以及螺桿套2033。馬達2031可驅動螺桿2032旋轉,使得螺桿套2033沿著螺桿2032往遠離馬達2031的方向移動,藉此推抵傳動件204。當調整組件203推抵傳動件204時,導軌架202以其後端202B為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動架體201以其前端201A為軸心逆時針旋轉而一併抬升,使得導軌架202與支撐面(如地面)具有第一夾角θ1,架體201與支撐面(如地面)具有第二夾角θ2,使得架體201和導軌架202位於第二位置。
上述操作也可以相反。馬達2031可驅動螺桿2032旋轉,使得螺桿套2033沿著螺桿2032往接近馬達2031的方向移動,使得架體201與導軌架202回到如圖3的第一位置。
圖5顯示根據本發明實施例橢圓訓練機的更多細節。作為例示而非限制,機體30包含:一飛輪309,用於提供一阻尼效果;一皮帶輪308用於驅動飛輪309;兩曲柄307分別位於皮帶輪308的兩側,以驅動皮帶輪308;兩支撐桿311,其一端連接曲柄307,另一端連接一滾輪313,而滾輪313設置於導軌架202上。另外,兩活動握把302分別連接一擺臂306,而擺臂306連接一連桿310,其一端連接一踏板312。另外,機體30可包含一設置架305,一立桿304連接設置架305,一控制台301和兩固定握把303連接立桿304。
使用者的雙腳站立於踏板312上,雙手握住固定握把303或活動握把302。藉此,當使用者的手和腳施力於活動握把302及踏板312,透過擺臂306、連桿310、支橕桿311,以及曲柄307,使皮帶輪308驅動飛輪309旋轉,而滾輪313可在導軌架202上往復運動,使踏板312以似橢圓形的軌跡運動。使用者可透過控制台301控制調整組件203,例如馬達2031,以決定第一夾角θ1與第二夾角θ2的大小。第一夾角θ1與第二夾角θ2的大小不限於如圖4所示。例如,架體201與導軌架202抬升的角度,可介於圖3與圖4所示的角度之間。另外,當架體201抬升,擺臂306連同活動握把302的角度可能會有些微改變。
請再參閱圖3,值得注意的是,傳動件204的位置可決定第一夾角θ1的大小。當傳動件204的位置愈接近導軌架202的後端202B,第一夾角θ1愈小,反之亦然。同理,架體201的後端201B為樞接點,其位置可決定第二夾角θ2的大小,當樞接點201B的位置愈接近導軌架202的後端202B,第二夾角θ2愈小,反之亦然。因此,本發明其他實施例可透過調整傳動件204及/或樞點後端202B的位置,以決定第一夾角θ1及第二夾角θ2的大小。
圖6至圖8顯示根據本發明第二實施例的橢圓訓練機。本實施例與第一實施例的差別,僅在於調整組件203,其餘相同處不再贅述。在本實施例,調整組件203為一手動調整裝置,包含伸縮外管2034、伸縮內管2035,以及卡掣組件2036。
伸縮內管2035穿入伸縮外管2034,卡掣組件2036的座體設置於伸縮內管2035裸露於伸縮外管2034的長孔,卡掣組件2036的棘齒片設置於伸縮外管2034的側邊,伸縮內管2035樞接於傳動件204的軸204A。此手動調整裝置的細部結構與操作原理,與申請人另一台灣申請案「橢圓機手動式改變運動軌跡之調整裝置」,公告號M341527,所述的機構(如伸縮組件60和卡掣組件70)相同,該專利的說明書全文併入本文,視為本案申請書的一部分。
如圖7及圖8所示,使用者可透過一手動或電動輔助裝置(未圖示),使角度調整機構20以箭頭方向拉抬,造成傳動件204與伸縮內管2035疏接的軸204A偏轉,並將伸縮內管2035由伸縮外管2034內拉出,此時可藉由調整卡掣組件2036的位置,決定架體201及導軌架202的傾斜度,亦即,決定第一夾角θ1與第二夾角θ2的值。
當角度調整機構20被向上拉抬至一定的程度,可透過所述手動或電動輔助裝置,將伸縮內管2035推入伸縮外管2034的內部,使架體201及導軌架202恢復到如圖6所示的位置。
圖9至圖11顯示根據本發明第三實施例的橢圓訓練機。本實施例與第一實施例相似,差別在於,本實施例的角度調整機構20除了包含架體201、導軌架202、調整組件203、傳動件204,還包含一連桿組205。調整組件203與第一實施例的電動馬達調整裝置相同。以下僅說明與第一實施例的不同處,其餘相同處不再贅述。
連桿組205具有一頂端205A、一中央偏轉端205B、一底端205C。在本實施例,傳動件204固定於導軌架202,連桿組205的頂端205A樞接於螺桿套2033,連桿組205的中央偏轉端205B樞接於傳動件204,連桿組205的底端205C與支撐面(如地面)接觸。
如圖11所示,當調整組件203作動,馬達2031可驅動螺桿2032旋轉,使螺桿套2033沿著螺桿2032朝馬達2031移動,造成連桿組205的前端205A和中央偏轉端205B偏轉,而連桿組205的底端205C沿著地面移動一段距離,此時連桿組205與支撐面(如地面)具有一第三夾角θ3。同時,當調整組件203推抵傳動件204,導軌架202以其後端202B為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動架體201以其前端201A為軸心逆時針旋轉而一併抬升,使得導軌架202與支撐面(如地面)具有第一夾角θ1,架體201與支撐面(如地面)具有第二夾角θ2。本實施例提供更多的支點,可增加穩定性。
圖12顯示根據本發明前述實施例的橢圓訓練機,機體30可具有一殼體314,設於架體201上,以覆蓋308皮帶輪和309飛輪等等元件。
根據本發明實施例的橢圓訓練機,提供一種新穎的機構,架體201與導軌架202各以其一端為軸心旋轉而抬升,藉此改變運動軌跡。此種機構提供較好的穩定性。另外,相較於習知技術,架體的尺寸被減少,可節省許多材料費用。另外,樞轉的控制中心接近橢圓訓練機的中心,可提升角度改變的反應速度。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種橢圓訓練機,包含:                        一機體,用於供使用者操作;以及                        一角度調整機構,包含:                             一架體,該機體設置於該架體上,該架體的前端與一支撐面接觸;                             一導軌架,該架體的後半部樞接於該導軌架的前半部,該導軌架的後端與該支撐面接觸;                             一傳動件,固定於該導軌架;以及 一調整組件,用於推抵該傳動件;                            藉此,當該調整組件推抵該傳動件,該導軌架以其後端為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動該架體以其前端為軸心逆時針旋轉而一併抬升,使得該導軌架與該支撐面具有一第一夾角,該架體與該支撐面具有一第二夾角。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件為一電動馬達調整裝置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項的橢圓訓練機,其中該電動馬達調整裝置包含一馬達、一螺桿,以及一螺桿套。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件為一手動調整裝置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項的橢圓訓練機,其中該手動調整裝置包含一伸縮外管、一伸縮內管,以及一卡掣組件。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該架體的後端樞接於該導軌架的前端。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該架體的後端樞接於該導軌架的前半部靠近前端的下方。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件設置於該架體的後半部上方。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該傳動件設置於該導軌架的前端。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項的橢圓訓練機,其中該傳動件係設置於該導軌架的前半部靠近前端的下方。
  11. 一種橢圓訓練機,包含:                        一機體,用於供使用者操作;以及                        一角度調整機構,包含:                             一架體,該機體設置於該架體上,該架體的前端與一支撐面接觸;                             一導軌架,該架體的後半部樞接於該導軌架的前半部,該導軌架的後端與該支撐面接觸;                             一傳動件,固定於該導軌架; 一調整組件,用於推抵該傳動件;以及 一連桿組,該連桿組的一頂端樞接於該調整組件,該連桿組的一底端與該支撐面接觸,該連桿組的一中央偏轉端樞接於該傳動件; 藉此,當該調整組件推抵該傳動件,該導軌架以其後端為軸心順時針旋轉,同時帶動該架體以其前端為軸心逆時針旋轉而一併抬升,使得該導軌架與該支撐面具有一第一夾角,該架體與該支撐面具有一第二夾角,該連桿組與該支撐面具有一第三夾角。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件為一電動馬達調整裝置。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該電動馬達調整裝置包含一馬達、一螺桿,以及一螺桿套。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件為一手動調整裝置,該手動調整裝置包含一伸縮外管、一伸縮內管及一卡掣組件。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該架體的後端樞接於該導軌架的前端。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該架體的後端樞接於該導軌架前半部靠近前端的下方
  17. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該調整組件設置於該架體的後半部上方。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該傳動件設置於該導軌架的前端。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的橢圓訓練機,其中該傳動件係設置於該導軌架之前端下方。
