Abstract

一種軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片具有一基板；若干個支撐板配裝於該基板；及若干個磨擦構件固定於該等支撐板。該基板具有若干個穿孔引出部份，其各有一凸出部於上有一各別的支撐板直接地定置，而在該基板和該支撐板之間形成一間隙。

Description

軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片
本發明係有關於一種軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片。
如所知，碟式煞車器會受到嚴重的應力，且最佳的煞車有賴於該制動力被有效地傳送至該碟式墊片。
近來，相對於單用一個大的，趨勢已朝向具有若干個小磨擦構件的墊片。在此一方案中，各個墊片包含一主承壓板；若干個支撐板固定於該主板；及若干個磨擦構件個別或成對地固定於各別的支撐板。
為確保該等磨擦構件的有效冷卻，DE 10043528專利描述並請求一種方案，其中各別的間隔物係被插入該等支撐板與它們所固定的主板之間。該等間隔物會在該等支撐板與該主板之間形成一間隙，俾得以通風並冷卻該等磨擦構件。
每個間隔物皆有一中孔，其在組合的墊片上會被一鉚釘接合以將該支撐板固定於該主板。
雖在通風該等磨擦構件的底面是成功的，但在DE 10043528專利中所述並請求的間隔物無可避免地會增加組合的零件數目，而增加組合時間和該墊片的整體重 量。特別是，該墊片的重量增加，會增加密封物上的磨損及煞車時的噪音標度。
因此覺得需要一種方案，可以藉其來形成一通風隙以冷卻該等磨擦構件，但不會招致習知技術的缺點。
依據本發明，係提供一種軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片具有請求項1中所示的必要特徵，及在請求項2~4中所示的較佳及/或輔助特徵。

本發明之一非限制性實施例將會參照所附圖式，純作為舉例來被描述，其中：圖1示出依據本發明的墊片之一基板的平面圖；圖2示出沿圖1之基板的II-II線之一截面；圖3示出依據本發明的墊片之一部份透視平面圖；圖4示出沿圖3中的IV-IV線之一截面。
圖1中的編號1表示依據本發明的碟式煞車墊片之一基板整體。
基板1包含若干個圓形穿孔引出部份2等排列成組群2a，各包含三個穿孔引出部份2排列成一三角形的形式。
如圖2中更清楚地示出，各穿孔引出部份2包含一圓形凸出部3具有一中孔4被一截頭錐狀壁界定。在實際使用時，孔4會被一鉚釘接合以將一支撐板固定於基板1，如 後所述。
圖3中的編號5表示一依據本發明的軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片整體。
墊片5包含基板1；五個三角形磨擦構件6，各固定於一各別的支撐板7(示於圖4中)；及若干個鉚釘8用以將支撐板7固定於基板1。更具言之，每個支撐板7係被三個以一三角形形式排列的鉚釘8固定於基板1。
如圖4中所示，為將各支撐板固定於該基板，各鉚釘8會接合各別的穿孔引出部份2中之中孔4，及一形成於支撐板7中的孔6a。顯然地，各支撐板7皆具有三個孔6a排列成一三角形的形式。
當墊片5被組合後，鉚釘8會固定直接地接觸穿孔引出部份2之圓形凸出部3的相關支撐板7。換言之，圓形凸出部3會支撐著與該基板1的其餘表面分開的支撐板7，故會在該基板1與各支撐板7之間形成一間隙9，而可在其中通風並有效地冷卻磨擦構件6。
相較於DE 10043528專利中的方案，依據本發明的方案可減少該墊片整體的重量，故會減少密封物上的磨損和噪音標度。於此相關方面，很重要的是要注意依據本發明的墊片如何容許使用較短的鉚釘，而得減少整體重量。
又，用以組合的零件數目亦會減少，故在產能和成本方面具有顯著的優勢。
最後，依據本發明的墊片係更可適調的，故會改良磨擦，並因而改良煞車效率。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種軌道車輛碟式煞車墊片，包含一基板；若干個支撐板配裝於該基板；及若干個磨擦構件固定於所述的支撐板；該墊片係特徵在於：該基板包含若干個穿孔引出部份，其各包含一凸出部於上有一各別的支撐板直接地定置，而在該基板與該支撐板之間形成一間隙；各該凸出部具有一中孔被一各別的鉚釘接合以將該各別的支撐板固定於該基板。
  2. 如請求項1之碟式煞車墊片，其特徵在於：各支撐板係藉連接於三個以一三角形形式排列之各別的穿孔引出部份之凸出部來固定於該基板。
  3. 如請求項2之碟式煞車墊片，其特徵在於：各磨擦構件的形狀為三角形。
  4. 如以上請求項之任一項的碟式煞車墊片，其特徵在於：在平面形式中，各該凸出部係為圓形。
