Claims (7)

一種鞋型布之製造方法,該製造方法係包含之步驟有:
  製成紗線:將亞克力紗(Acrylic)加入纖維中以形成複合纖維,並將複合纖維製成紗線;
  進行編織:將上述具有亞克力紗(Acrylic)之紗線以經緯交織方式編織出左、右邊之鞋型布;
  置放鞋型板:將左、右邊之鞋型布以背對背方式對合,且於左、右邊之鞋型布中間置放一鞋型板;
  進行邊線縫合:將左、右邊之鞋型布的邊線進行縫合;
  進行高溫成型:將縫合好之左、右邊之鞋型布送至密閉空間內,並以高溫之壓力蒸氣使左、右邊之鞋型布因亞克力紗(Acrylic)而變硬,且能依置於中間之鞋型板來成型;以及
  進行邊線拆除:將完成成型後的左、右邊之鞋型布進行邊線拆除,並取下鞋型板,讓左、右邊之鞋型布能分離者。
