Abstract

一種機箱,包括設有一開口及一通孔之一側壁、一彈片及滑動穿設於該通孔之一抵推部,該開口穿設有一連接器,該彈片包括自側壁之該開口與通孔之間之部分向該連接器傾斜延伸之一連接部及設於該連接部末端之一抵接部,滑動該抵推部使抵推部向該連接器之方向抵推該抵接部,該抵接部緊密貼設於該連接器。

Description

機箱
本發明涉及一種機箱。
機箱側壁上常於連接器開口之上方凸設一彈片以抵頂該連接器之頂面,使電磁波傳導到機箱從而接地,防止電磁干擾及輻射。然而當彈片之彈性降低時,彈片與連接器之間容易產生縫隙,導致電磁輻射從該縫隙中向外洩露。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種能夠有效防止電磁輻射之機箱。
一種機箱,包括設有一開口及一通孔之一側壁、一彈片及滑動穿設於該通孔之一抵推部,該開口穿設有一連接器,該彈片包括自側壁之該開口與通孔之間之部分向該連接器傾斜延伸之一連接部及設於該連接部末端之一抵接部,滑動該抵推部使抵推部向該連接器之方向抵推該抵接部,該抵接部緊密貼設於該連接器。
相較習知技術,該機箱之側板滑動組設抵推部,可向連接器之方向抵推該彈片之抵接部,使抵接部緊貼連接器,能夠有效防止電磁輻射。
請參照圖1,本發明機箱之較佳實施方式包括一側壁10、一彈片20及一抵推部30。
該側壁10開設有供一連接器40穿過之一開口12及位於該開口12上方之一通孔14。該側壁10之內側環繞該通孔14凸設一支撐部16。本實施方式中,該通孔14呈方形,該支撐部16包括分別垂直凸設於側壁10且位於該通孔14之四角並朝向該通孔14之四L形之滑軌。其他實施方式中,該通孔14亦可為其他形狀,如圓形或三角形,該支撐部16對應地呈圓筒型或中空之三角形。
該彈片20包括自位於該開口12及該通孔14之間之側壁10之內側傾斜向下延伸之一具有彈性之連接部22及設於該連接部22之末端且水平延伸之一抵接部23。該抵接部23之頂面突設一凸塊26。該側壁10於該連接部22之一側設有連通該開口12之一開槽28。該凸塊26由塑膠材料製成。該凸塊26包括一頂面260及自該頂面260之朝向該連接部22之一端向下向外傾斜之一斜面262。
該抵推部30包括一滑動部32、設於該滑動部32之外端之兩間隔之卡腳34及設於該滑動部32之內端之底面之一抵頂塊36。其中一卡腳34之末端背向另一卡腳34凸設一橫截面呈三角形之突起340。該抵頂塊36之底面呈圓弧形。該兩卡腳34相向彈性變形後穿過該側壁10之通孔14,直至該突起340擋止於側壁10之外側,該滑動部32收容於該支撐部16並夾置於這些滑軌之間,使該抵推部30可滑動地裝設於該側壁10。
請參照圖2,使用時,向外拉動該抵推部30,將該連接器40穿過該開口12之後,再向內滑動該抵推部30。該抵推部30之抵頂塊36抵推該凸塊26之斜面262,使該彈片20之連接部22彈性變形向下轉動,該抵接部23向該連接器40移動,直至該抵接部23完全接觸該連接器40之頂面。此時,該抵頂塊36藉由摩擦力擋止於該凸塊26之頂面260,該抵推部30之突起340擋止於側壁10之外側。
由於該抵接部23緊貼該連接器40,不僅減小了該連接器40與該開口12之間之縫隙,還能使部分電磁波透過該抵接部23傳導到機箱然後接地,減少了電磁輻射。
即使彈片20之彈性變形能力減弱,該抵推部30依然能使抵接部23緊貼於該連接器40之頂面,防止了抵接部23與連接器40之間產生縫隙而造成電磁輻射外泄之情況發生。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種機箱,包括設有一開口及一通孔之一側壁、一彈片及滑動穿設於該通孔之一抵推部,該開口穿設有一連接器,該彈片包括自側壁之該開口與通孔之間之部分向該連接器傾斜延伸之連接部及設於該連接部末端之一抵接部,滑動該抵推部使抵推部向該連接器之方向抵推該抵接部,該抵接部緊密貼設於該連接器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機箱,其中該抵接部之背向該連接器之一側凸設一凸塊,該凸塊包括一頂面及朝向該連接部之一斜面,該抵推部凸設一抵頂塊,該抵頂塊沿該斜面向內滑動,使該連接部向下彈性變形,該抵頂塊抵頂該凸塊之頂面時,該抵接部緊密貼設於該連接器之頂面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機箱,其中該抵頂塊之朝向該抵接部之面呈圓弧形。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機箱,其中該抵推部還包括兩間隔之卡腳,其中一卡腳背向另一卡腳凸設一突起,該兩卡腳彈性變形地穿過該通孔後彈性恢復使該突起擋止於該側壁。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機箱,其中該側壁環繞該通孔設有一支撐部,該抵推部能夠滑動地夾置於該支撐部內。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之機箱,其中該通孔呈方形,該支撐部包括分別垂直該側壁凸設於該通孔之四角並朝向該通孔之四L形之滑軌。
