Abstract

一种机箱,包括设有一开口和一通孔的一侧壁、一弹片和滑动穿设于该通孔的一抵推部,该开口穿设有一连接器,该弹片包括自侧壁的该开口与通孔之间的部分向该连接器倾斜延伸的连接部和设于该连接部末端的一抵接部,滑动该抵推部使抵推部向该连接器的方向抵推该抵接部,该抵接部紧密贴设于该连接器。该机箱的侧板滑动组设抵推部,可向连接器的方向抵推该弹片的抵接部,使抵接部紧贴连接器,能够有效防止电磁辐射。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机箱。
背景技术
现有机箱侧壁上常于连接器开口的上方凸设一弹片以抵顶该连接器的顶面,使电磁波传导到机箱从而接地,防止电磁干扰及辐射。然而当弹片的弹性降低时,弹片和连接器之间容易产生缝隙,导致电磁辐射从该缝隙中向外泄露。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能够有效防止电磁辐射的机箱。
一种机箱,包括设有一开口和一通孔的一侧壁、一弹片和滑动穿设于该通孔的一抵推部,该开口穿设有一连接器,该弹片包括自侧壁的该开口与通孔之间的部分向该连接器倾斜延伸的连接部和设于该连接部末端的一抵接部,滑动该抵推部使抵推部向该连接器的方向抵推该抵接部,该抵接部紧密贴设于该连接器。
相较现有技术,该机箱的侧板滑动组设抵推部,可向连接器的方向抵推该弹片的抵接部,使抵接部紧贴连接器,能够有效防止电磁辐射。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明机箱的较佳实施方式包括一侧壁10、一弹片20和一抵推部30。
该侧壁10开设有供一连接器40穿过的一开口12和位于该开口12上方的一通孔14。该侧壁10的内侧环绕该通孔14凸设一支撑部16。本实施方式中,该通孔14呈方形,该支撑部16包括分别垂直凸设于侧壁10且位于该通孔14的四角并朝向该通孔14的四L形的滑轨。其他实施方式中,该通孔14也可为其他形状,如圆形或三角形,该支撑部16对应地呈圆筒型或中空的三角形。
该弹片20包括自位于该开口12和该通孔14之间的侧壁10的内侧倾斜向下延伸的一具有弹性的连接部22和设于该连接部22的末端且水平延伸的一抵接部23。该抵接部23的顶面突设一凸块26。该侧壁10于该连接部22的一侧设有连通该开口12的一开槽28。该凸块26由塑胶材料制成。该凸块26包括一顶面260和自该顶面260的朝向该连接部22的一端向下向外倾斜的一斜面262。
该抵推部30包括一滑动部32、设于该滑动部32的外端的两间隔的卡脚34和设于该滑动部32的内端的底面的一抵顶块36。其中一卡脚34的末端背向另一卡脚34凸设一横截面呈三角形的突起340。该抵顶块36的底面呈圆弧形。该两卡脚34相向弹性变形后穿过该侧壁10的通孔14,直至该突起340挡止于侧壁10的外侧,该滑动部32收容于该支撑部16并夹置于这些滑轨之间,使该抵推部30可滑动地装设于该侧壁10。
请参照图2,使用时,向外拉动该抵推部30,将该连接器40穿过该开口12之后,再向内滑动该抵推部30。该抵推部30的抵顶块36抵推该凸块26的斜面262,使该弹片20的连接部22弹性变形向下转动,该抵接部23向该连接器40移动,直至该抵接部23完全接触该连接器40的顶面。此时,该抵顶块36借由摩擦力挡止于该凸块26的顶面260,该抵推部30的突起340挡止于侧壁10的外侧。
其他实施方式中,该开槽28可以省略。
由于该抵接部23紧贴该连接器40,不仅减小了该连接器40与该开口12之间的缝隙,还能使部分电磁波通过该抵接部23传导到机箱然后接地,减少了电磁辐射。
即使弹片20的弹性变形能力减弱,该抵推部30依然能使抵接部23紧贴于该连接器40的顶面,防止了抵接部23与连接器40之间产生缝隙而造成电磁辐射外泄的情况发生。

Claims (6)

1.一种机箱,包括设有一开口和一通孔的一侧壁、一弹片和滑动穿设于该通孔的一抵推部,该开口穿设有一连接器,该弹片包括自侧壁的该开口与通孔之间的部分向该连接器倾斜延伸的连接部和设于该连接部末端的一抵接部,滑动该抵推部使抵推部向该连接器的方向抵推该抵接部,该抵接部紧密贴设于该连接器。
2.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:该抵接部的背向该连接器的一侧凸设一凸块,该凸块包括一顶面和朝向该连接部的一斜面,该抵推部凸设一抵顶块,该抵顶块沿该斜面向内滑动,使该连接部向下弹性变形,该抵顶块抵顶该凸块的顶面时,该抵接部紧密贴设于该连接器的顶面。
3.如权利要求2所述的机箱,其特征在于:该抵顶块的朝向该抵接部的面呈圆弧形。
4.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:该抵推部还包括两间隔的卡脚,其中一卡脚背向另一卡脚凸设一突起,该两卡脚弹性变形地穿过该通孔后弹性恢复使该突起挡止于该侧壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:该侧壁环绕该通孔设有一支撑部,该抵推部能够滑动地夹置于该支撑部内。
6.如权利要求5所述的机箱,其特征在于:该通孔呈方形,该支撑部包括分别垂直该侧壁凸设于该通孔的四角并朝向该通孔的四L形的滑轨。
