且當進行表面污染混凝土表面刮除作業時,雖然其輻射劑量是操作人員可以靠近的低輻射劑量,但基於合理抑低(ALARA)的原則,操作人員仍需儘量遠離表面污染的混凝土;若使用混凝土刮除及偵檢分離的裝置,操作人員及機具可能需要多次接近表面污染的混凝土,造成重複污染之疑慮;且可能基於保守性原則,一次即刮除較深厚度的混凝土表層,增加放射性廢棄物數量。
有鑑於此,本案之發明人特針對前述習用發明問題深入探討,並藉由多年從事相關產業之研發與製造經驗,積極尋求解決之道,經過長期努力之研究與發展,終於成功之開發出本發明「混凝土除污暨自動輻射偵檢裝置」,藉以改善習用之種種問題。

各輻射偵檢設備2係與除污刮除設備保護罩11結合,於本發明之實施例中該輻射偵檢設備2係可設於除污刮除設備保護罩11之兩側。
該吸取機構3係與除污刮除設備保護罩11連通,而該吸取機構3係包含有一與除污刮除設備保護罩11連通之真空抽取管路31、及一與真空抽取管路31連通之真空抽取/過濾設備32。
  當本發明於運用時,係由各輻射偵檢設備2進行刮除前輻射偵檢,之再後由混凝土除污刮除設備2之刮除刀具12進行表面污染的混凝土表面刮除,因配備了輻射偵檢設備2,故亦可進行刮除後輻射偵檢,且刮除下來之表面污染的混凝土碎屑會透過真空抽取管路31及真空抽取及真空抽取/過濾設備32予以收集,而收集的碎屑因含混凝土表面附著性污染,將當作低放射性廢棄物加以處理、處置,且表面污染的混凝土刮除工作後,重覆多次的表面污染的混凝土刮除工作後,由刮除後輻射偵檢設備2偵測確認除污後混凝土為未受污染的混凝土或非常低輻射污染(小於法規規定的外釋限值)的混凝土,則可於偵檢後進行外釋,如此需處置的污染的混凝土數量大幅減少,進而大量減少放射性廢棄物處置費用,如此,可一次完成刮除前輻射偵檢、表面污染的混凝土表面刮除及刮除後輻射偵檢等三個工作(原來需分三步驟之程序),使而工作人員也因本發明一次完成三項工作,毋需重覆接近表面污染的混凝土或是長時間在表面污染的混凝土的房間內,進而減少人員曝露劑量。
綜上所述,本發明混凝土除污暨自動輻射偵檢裝置可有效改善習用之種種缺點,可利用輻射偵檢設備進行刮除前之輻射偵檢,之後由混凝土除污刮除設備進行表面污染的混凝土表面刮除,並同時使刮除下之污染混凝土碎屑由吸取機構予以收集,且確認污染混凝土碎屑之外釋限值,如此,可一次完成刮除前輻射偵檢、表面污染的混凝土表面刮除及刮除後輻射偵檢等三個工作,而達到降低污染混凝土廢棄物數量、降低處理成本、減少大量除污後偵檢作業、減少人員暴露劑量以及符合輻射防護合理抑低原則之功效;進而使本發明之産生能更進步、更實用、更符合消費者使用之所須,確已符合發明專利申請之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍;故,凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單之等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
