Abstract

本發明旨在揭示一種波浪引水裝置,其係包括一工作台、一浮動組件、複數之第一引水組及第二引水組,其中該工作台設有一基柱固接於水底地面,第一、二引水組係進入水中,令水流可流入第一、二引水組內,而該浮動組件係可相對工作台上下移動,浮動組件係用以推動第一、二引水組內的水流往上移動至集水裝置內,而集水裝置與流動對象間的位能差即可被利用為能量之轉換、儲存。

Description

波浪引水裝置
本發明係一種波浪引水裝置,詳而言之係關於一種可以波浪引動海水上升、下降,而透過位能差轉換電能的設計。
按,環保發電為未來能源開發的重點項目,其藉由自然界中的各種隱含能量型態,將之有效蒐集並轉換為方便使用的電能、熱能等,除可免除以往核能、燃碳、開發石油等消耗地球資源的方式外,環保發電不會對環境造成汙染,且帶來能源提供的無限可能性,因此多有學者、業者朝向該領域不斷努力研發、發明。
一般常見的環保發電方式例如太陽能是以太陽能板曝曬於陽光下,藉以蒐集陽光能量轉換為電能,例如風力發電是將大型的槳葉機構設於風力旺盛之地,透過槳葉被風力引動而轉換電能,又或例如潮汐發電是利用波浪的升降、沖打,對機械裝置產生引動作用,以轉換並儲蓄電能,當然更有其他例如新興的葉綠素發電方式等,族繁難以盡載,可見環保發電的意識、方式漸落實於科技及生活中。
然而,上述環保發電方式是常見者,或是能透過學術報導所知曉,但地球自然現象相當多樣化,只要有隱含能量上的呈現、變化就有可採集並轉換的可能性,且單一種自然現象能夠被採集的方式亦不應被受限,而應以不斷改變、創新的設計採集自然能源,企盼採集效率、轉換功率等品質能大幅提升,相形用以降低或取代習用耗費資源、不環保的能量產生方式,本發明人有鑒於上述心態,認為海水受引力作用產生的潮汐、波浪現象能進一步的予以利用,故研發可以波浪引動海水上升、下降,而透過位能差轉換電能的裝置。
本發明主要目的係提供一種波浪引水裝置,其可進一步增加不同的環保發電方式,利用波浪引動海水上升、下降,而透過位能差轉換電能。
為了達成上述之目的與功效,本發明波浪引水裝置包括一工作台、一浮動組件、複數之第一引水組及第二引水組,其中:該工作台設有一基柱固接於水底地面;該第一引水組係與工作台組設,設有一第一導管及一第一側管,該第一導管端部進入水中,而第一側管由第一導管側端往上延伸;該第二引水組係與工作台組設,設有一第二導管及一第二側管,該第二導管端部進入水中,而第二側管由第二導管側端往下延伸;該浮動組件設有一頂座、一底座及一連接柱,頂座及底座係設於連接柱兩端,頂座外周設置一浮具,且浮動組件係與工作台組設,使浮動組件可相對工作台上下移動,以及頂座往下伸設複數進入第一側管的第一活塞件,而底座往上伸設複數進入第二側管的第二活塞件;藉此,當水波浪引動浮具帶動浮動組件上下移動時,水流進入第一、二導管中,而第一、二活塞件將隨浮動組件的活動而推壓第一、二導管內的水流往上移動,使水流可流向工作台上方的集水裝置內,而集水裝置與流動對象間的位能差即可被利用為能量之轉換、儲存。
本發明該連接柱係活動套設基柱,因此浮具受水波浪推引時,連接柱可帶動頂座、底座、第一活塞件及第二活塞件上下移動。
本發明該第一、二導管上皆設有兩逆止閥,而第一、二側管於該兩逆止閥間分別與第一、二導管接設,因此水流由第一、二導管端部進入時不致因重力影響而逆流。
本發明進一步包括複數抵接於第一、二導管外周的托肋,該托肋端部 與浮具組接,且托肋內側與第一、二導管的外形對應,使托肋可順第一、二導管上下移動,藉此使浮具可相對第一、二導管穩定滑動不傾斜。
因此本發明可說是一種相當具有實用性及進步性之發明,相當值得產業界來推廣,並公諸於社會大眾。
本發明係有關於一種波浪引水裝置,請參閱第一、二、五圖所示,其係本發明之主實施例,包括一工作台1、一浮動組件2、複數之第一引水組3及第二引水組4,其中:該工作台1設有一基柱11固接於水底地面,如第一、五圖所示,該基柱11設於工作台1底端,其係延伸往下固接至水底地面(本實施例以海底為說明),使工作台1固定不被波浪沖走;該第一引水組3係與工作台1組設,設有一第一導管31及一第一側管32,該第一導管31端部進入水中,而第一側管32由第一導管31側端往上延伸,而該第二引水組4係與工作台1組設,設有一第二導管41及一第二側管42,該第二導管41端部進入水中,而第二側管42由第二導管41側端往下延伸,如第三、四圖所示,第一、二引水組3、4環繞設於工作台1外周,該第一、二導管31、41端部係進入海水中,且該第一、二導管31、41上皆設有兩逆止閥5,而第一、二側管32、42於該兩逆止閥5間分別與第一、二導管31、41接設,因此水流由第一、二導管31、41端部進入時不致因重力影響而逆流,第一、二側管32、42係分別呈往上、往下延伸之型態;該浮動組件2設有一頂座21、一底座22及一連接柱23,頂座21及底座22係設於連接柱23兩端,頂座21外周設置一浮具24,且浮動組件2係與工作台1組設,使浮動組件2可相對工作台1上下移動,以及頂座 21往下伸設複數進入第一側管32的第一活塞件211,而底座22往上伸設複數進入第二側管42的第二活塞件221,如第一、二、五圖所示,該連接柱23係活動套設基柱11,因此浮具24受水波浪推引時,連接柱23可帶動頂座21、底座22、第一活塞件211及第二活塞件221上下移動,第一活塞件211往下伸入第一側管32中,藉以預備推引第一導管31內的進水,而第二活塞件221往上伸入第二側管42中,藉以預備推引第二導管41內的進水;另外,本發明進一步包括複數抵接於第一、二導管31、41外周的托肋241,該托肋241端部與浮具24組接,且托肋241內側與第一、二導管31、41的外形對應,使托肋241可順第一、二導管31、41上下移動,藉此使浮具24可相對第一、二導管31、41穩定滑動不傾斜,如第一、五圖所示,本主實施例的第一、二導管31、41為圓管狀,托肋241一端固接於浮具24上,托肋241內側係為弧狀,因此托肋241可以略微握住第一、二導管31、41外周,使浮具24相對第一、二導管31、41的上下移動位置不偏斜;如第一、五、六、七圖所示,當水波浪引動浮具24帶動浮動組件2上下移動時,水流進入第一、二導管31、41中,而第一、二活塞件211、221將隨浮動組件2的活動而推壓第一、二導管31、41內的水流往上移動,使水流可流向工作台1上方的集水裝置(圖未示)內,而集水裝置與流動對象間的位能差即可被利用為能量之轉換、儲存,例如集水裝置往某下方裝置移動時,其沖刷路徑上的機構,或是沖擊對象裝置等,都可經由裝置的能量轉換為備用能源,而由於採集能源的方式、機構暨作動型態為可自由選擇者,本發明的核心目的在於如何以波浪引動海水往上儲存的結構,而非能源轉換機構本身,故應知本發明已詳盡揭露以浮動組件2推動 第一、二引水組3、4內水流往上流動的結構(第六圖為低水位狀態、第七圖為高水位狀態),顯知其可提供儲存既定水位高度,而預備以水位差、流動等方式轉換能量的功能,在環保發電方式中另闢新的能量取得方式。
由上所述者僅用以解釋本發明之較佳實施例,並非企圖具以對本發明作任何形式上之限制,是以,凡有在相同之發明精神下所做有關本發明之任何修飾或變更者,皆仍應包括在本發明意圖保護之範疇內。
綜上所述,本發明「波浪引水裝置」其實用性及成本效益上,確實是完全符合產業上發展所需,且所揭露之結構發明亦是具有前所未有的創新構造,所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮,又本發明可較習用之結構更具功效之增進,因此亦具有「進步性」,其完全符合我國專利法有關發明專利之申請要件的規定,乃依法提起專利申請,並敬請 鈞局早日審查,並給予肯定。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種波浪引水裝置,其係包括一工作台、一浮動組件、複數之第一引水組及第二引水組,其中:該工作台設有一基柱固接於水底地面;該第一引水組係與工作台組設,設有一第一導管及一第一側管,該第一導管端部進入水中,而第一側管由第一導管側端往上延伸;該第二引水組係與工作台組設,設有一第二導管及一第二側管,該第二導管端部進入水中,而第二側管由第二導管側端往下延伸;該浮動組件設有一頂座、一底座及一連接柱,頂座及底座係設於連接柱兩端,頂座外周設置一浮具,且浮動組件係與工作台組設,使浮動組件可相對工作台上下移動,以及頂座往下伸設複數進入第一側管的第一活塞件,而底座往上伸設複數進入第二側管的第二活塞件;藉此,當水波浪引動浮具帶動浮動組件上下移動時,水流進入第一、二導管中,而第一、二活塞件將隨浮動組件的活動而推壓第一、二導管內的水流往上移動,使水流可流向工作台上方的集水裝置內。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之波浪引水裝置,該連接柱係活動套設基柱。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之波浪引水裝置,該第一、二導管上皆設有兩逆止閥,而第一、二側管於該兩逆止閥間分別與第一、二導管接設。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之波浪引水裝置,進一步包括複數抵接於第一、二導管外周的托肋,該托肋端部與浮具組接,且托肋內側與第一、二導管的外形對應,使托肋可順第一、二導管上下移動,藉此使浮具可相對第一、二導管穩定滑動不傾斜。
