Abstract

一種支架結構,包括支撐桿、連接桿及加強桿,加強桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第一端,連接桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第二端,連接桿及支撐桿的橫截面呈U形,加強桿的第二端開設一卡槽,連接桿的中部設置一扣部,不使用支架結構時,樞轉加強桿將加強桿收容於支撐桿內,樞轉支撐桿將支撐桿及加強桿一起收容於連接桿內,使用支架結構時,扣部穿過加強桿的卡槽後,將扣部彎折至貼附於加強桿,將加強桿的第二端固定於連接桿的中部。

Description

支架結構
本發明涉及一種支架結構,特別是一種用於固定太陽能模組的支架結構。
習知技術中,安裝太陽能電池板的支架一般利用金屬桿焊接而成,這種焊接而成的支架在儲存及運輸時佔用空間,不利於儲存或運輸。為了便於儲存或運輸,可以將金屬桿運輸至安裝地再進行組裝,但是組裝時又比較繁瑣。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種可以便於儲存、運輸及組裝的支架結構。
一種支架結構,包括支撐桿、連接桿及加強桿,加強桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第一端,連接桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第二端,連接桿及支撐桿的橫截面呈U形,加強桿的第二端開設一卡槽,連接桿的中部設置一扣部,不使用支架結構時,樞轉加強桿將加強桿收容於支撐桿內,樞轉支撐桿將支撐桿及加強桿一起收容於連接桿內,使用支架結構時,扣部穿過加強桿的卡槽後,將扣部彎折至貼附於加強桿,將加強桿的第二端固定於連接桿的中部。
相較習知技術,本發明支架結構在儲存或運輸過程中可以收縮成連接桿的尺寸,減小空間,便於儲存或運輸;使用時,只需利用扣部及卡槽將加強桿的第二端固定於連接桿的中部即可,組裝方便。
請參照圖1,本發明支架結構較佳實施方式包括一支撐桿10、一固定桿20、一連接桿30、一加強桿40及一樞軸50。支撐桿10、連接桿30的橫截面均呈U形。
支撐桿10包括一第一端11及一第二端12,支撐桿10於鄰近第一端11處開設一樞接孔111。連接桿30的第一端31樞接於支撐桿10的第二端12。連接桿30的第二端32樞接於固定桿20的一端。
請一併參閱圖2,連接桿30包括一頂板331及自頂板331的兩側延伸形成的兩側板333。頂板331的中部開設一通孔34,通孔34的一側壁向通孔34內延伸形成一扣部35,扣部35包括一自頂板331垂直向內延伸的搭接板351、自搭接板351的末端垂直延伸形成的一擋板352、一較窄的連接板353及一扣板354。擋板352、連接板353及扣板354位於同一平面上並呈“工”字形。
加強桿40包括一第一端41及一第二端42。第一端41處開設一通孔411。加強桿40包括一頂壁421及自頂壁421的兩側延伸形成的兩側壁422,頂壁421鄰近第二端42處開設一垂直於加強桿40的縱長方向的卡槽423。
組裝時,利用樞軸50穿過樞接孔111及通孔411將加強桿40的第一端41樞接於支撐桿10的第一端11。
在需要儲存或運輸該支架結構時,繞樞軸50樞轉加強桿40將加強桿40收容於支撐桿10內,然後樞轉支撐桿10將支撐桿10及加強桿40一起收容於連接桿30內。樞轉固定桿20將固定桿20收容於連接桿30的第二端32。如此,可將支撐桿10、固定桿20、加強桿40均收容於連接桿30內,進而將支架結構收縮成連接桿30的尺寸,便於支架結構的儲存或運輸。
請一併參閱圖3及圖4,使用該支架結構時,扣部35的扣板354穿過加強桿40的卡槽423,使加強桿40的第二端42搭接於扣部35的搭接板351,擋板352卡入卡槽423內,將扣板354彎折至貼附於加強桿40的頂壁421外側,如圖5及圖6所示。然後將支撐桿10的第一端11及固定桿20的另一端分別固接於支撐面(如地面),進而可利用連接桿30安裝太陽能電池板等物體。連接板353較窄利於對扣板354進行彎折。
本發明支架結構在儲存或運輸過程中可以收縮成連接桿30的尺寸,減小空間,便於儲存或運輸;使用時,只需利用扣部35及卡槽423將加強桿40的第二端42固定於連接桿30的中部即可,組裝方便。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種支架結構,包括支撐桿、連接桿及加強桿,加強桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第一端,連接桿的第一端樞接於支撐桿的第二端,連接桿及支撐桿的橫截面呈U形,加強桿的第二端開設一卡槽,連接桿的中部設置一扣部,不使用支架結構時,樞轉加強桿將加強桿收容於支撐桿內,樞轉支撐桿將支撐桿及加強桿一起收容於連接桿內,使用支架結構時,扣部穿過加強桿的卡槽後,將扣部彎折至貼附於加強桿,將加強桿的第二端固定於連接桿的中部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支架結構,其中連接桿包括一頂板及自頂板的兩側延伸形成的兩側板,頂板的中部開設一通孔,扣部是自通孔的一側壁向通孔內延伸形成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之支架結構,其中扣部包括一自頂板垂直向內延伸的搭接板、自搭接板的末端垂直延伸形成的一擋板及一扣板,扣部的扣板穿過加強桿的卡槽,加強桿的第二端搭接於扣部的搭接板,擋板卡入卡槽內,將扣板彎折至貼附於加強桿外側。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之支架結構,其中扣部的擋板與扣板之間形成一比擋板與扣板窄的連接板。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支架結構,其中連接桿的第二端樞接一固定桿。
