Abstract

本發明公開了一種導電裝置及插座,旨在提供一種電連線性能穩定的導電裝置及插座。所述插座包括座體、設置在所述座體的容納槽內的導電裝置和設置在所述座體上的端蓋,所述導電裝置包括動彈片、定彈片及重定彈性件,所述動彈片與所述定彈片轉動連接,所述重定彈性件位於所述動彈片的外側並與所述動彈片相接觸,所述動彈片與所述定彈片之間形成插槽,所述插槽的寬度從內到外逐漸縮小,所述端蓋擋住所述重定彈性件並與所述座體相適配。本發明可廣泛應用於電連接場合。

Description

導電裝置及插座
本發明涉及一種導電裝置及插座。
目前,許多機械的電連接處採用的是插拔的方式,比如說一些高端的機器的插頭與插座的電連接處,插頭上為導電圓柱,而插座上的為導電彈片,該導電彈片上與導電圓柱的連接處為捲曲的環形,該處與電源插頭導電圓柱插拔過多後容易變形而鬆動,接觸不良而使得電連接穩定性較差。
本發明所要解決的技術問題是克服現有技術的不足,提供一種電連線性能穩定的導電裝置及插座。
本發明一種導電裝置所採用的技術方案是:所述導電裝置包括動彈片、定彈片及重定彈性件,所述動彈片與所述定彈片轉動連接,所述重定彈性件位於所述動彈片的外側並與所述動彈片相接觸,所述動彈片與所述定彈片之間形成插槽,所述插槽的寬度從內到外逐漸縮小。
所述重定彈性件為圓柱彈簧或扭簧或片簧或彈性橡膠件,所述重定彈性件橫向設置並位於所述動彈片的轉動方向的外側。
所述動彈片的下端與所述定彈片的下端轉動連接,所述動彈片的上端與所述定彈片的上端均經過至少一次折彎。
本發明一種插座所採用的技術方案是:所述插座包括所述導電裝置、座體和設置在所述座體上的端蓋,所述導電裝置設置在所述座體的容納槽內,所述端蓋擋住所述重定彈性件並與所述座體相適配,所述端蓋上設置有可保證所述動彈片轉動的讓位槽。
本發明的有益效果是:由於本發明所述導電裝置包括動彈片、定彈片及重定彈性件,所述動彈片與所述定彈片轉動連接,所述重定彈性件位於所述動彈片的外側並與所述動彈片相接觸,所述動彈片與所述定彈片之間形成插槽,所述插槽的寬度從內到外逐漸縮小,插頭插入時,所述動彈片克服所述重定彈性件的彈力後相對於所述定彈片轉動,然後所述動彈片又復位,並在彈力的作用下與所述插頭緊密接觸,這樣在其結構不被破壞或燒毀變形的情況下,永遠不會不良,所以本發明電連線性能穩定。

實施例一:
如圖1所示,本實施例是將導電裝置應用到插座上,所述插座包括導電裝置、座體5和端蓋6,所述座體5為中間設置有容納槽7的中空體,所 述導電裝置設置在所述容納槽7內,所述導電裝置包括動彈片1、定彈片2及重定彈性件3,所述動彈片1與所述定彈片2轉動連接,具體來說,所述動彈片1的下端通過銷釘與所述定彈片2的下端轉動連接,所述重定彈性件3位於所述動彈片1轉動方向的外側並與所述動彈片1相接觸,所述重定彈性件3為扭簧,所述扭簧上設置有限制槽與所述動彈片1的側壁相接觸,所述重定彈性件3的主要作用是在所述動彈片1相對於所述定彈片2轉動後,使所述動彈片1重定並與插頭上的導電圓柱緊密接觸,所述動彈片1與所述定彈片2中形成插槽4,所述插槽4的寬度從內到外逐漸縮小,所述端蓋6擋住所述重定彈性件3並與所述座體5相適配,所述端蓋6上設置有可保證所述動彈片1轉動的讓位槽8,所述定彈片2上設置有延伸的折彎板,該折彎板的設置用於使所述定彈片2被所述座體5的限位槽固定住,所述延伸板上設置有孔,所述孔為與電線連接處,可以通過導線或導柱與其相適配,另外,所述動彈片1的上端與所述定彈片2的上端均經過至少一次折彎,這樣可以使所述動彈片1的上端與所述定彈片2的上端有多個折彎面,增加與圓形導柱的接觸面積,還可將所述動彈片1和所述所述定彈片2上端的內側倒圓角,以方便圓形導柱的插入。
實施例二:
如圖2所示,本實施例與實施例一大致相同,不同的是本實施例中的所述重定彈性件3為片簧,即兩個相互之間具有張力的彈性片,所述重定彈性件3與所述動彈片1焊接固定。
實施例三:
如圖3所示,本實施例與實施例一大致相同,不同的是本實施例中的所述重定彈性件3為圓柱彈簧,所述動彈片1或/和所述座體5上設置有定位柱,所述圓柱彈簧固定在所述定位柱上。
本發明可廣泛應用於電連接的場合。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種導電裝置,其特徵在於:所述導電裝置包括動彈片(1)、定彈片(2)及重定彈性件(3),所述動彈片(1)與所述定彈片(2)轉動連接,所述重定彈性件(3)位於所述動彈片(1)的外側並與所述動彈片(1)相接觸,所述動彈片(1)與所述定彈片(2)之間形成插槽(4),所述插槽(4)的寬度從內到外逐漸縮小。
  2. 根據權利要求1所述的一種導電裝置,其特徵在於:所述重定彈性件(3)為圓柱彈簧或扭簧或片簧或彈性橡膠件,所述重定彈性件(3)橫向設置並位於所述動彈片(1)的轉動方向的外側。
  3. 根據權利要求1或2所述的一種導電裝置,其特徵在於:所述動彈片(1)的下端與所述定彈片(2)的下端轉動連接,所述動彈片(1)的上端與所述定彈片(2)的上端均經過至少一次折彎。
  4. 一種包括權利要求1所述導電裝置的插座,其特徵在於:所述插座還包括座體(5)和設置在所述座體(5)上的端蓋(6),所述導電裝置設置在所述座體(5)的容納槽(7)內,所述端蓋(6)擋住所述重定彈性件(3)並與所述座體(5)相適配,所述端蓋(6)上設置有可保證所述動彈片(1)轉動的讓位槽(8)。
