Abstract

一種線性致動器,其包含有一馬達、一位移單元,以及一行程控制單元。馬達具有一心軸;位移單元包含有一蝸輪、一轉軸,蝸輪體身一處設有環狀之渦捲線齒(spiral thread)或外螺紋線齒(helix thread);行程控制單元則具有至少一傳動件及至少一微動開關,其中至少一傳動件係與位移單元之渦捲線齒或外螺紋線齒聯結並受其驅動而同步轉動,用以作動至少一微動開關為啟或閉之動作。藉由上述,本發明於蝸輪體身一處設有渦捲線齒或外螺紋線齒之設計即可控制行程控制單元之運轉。

Description

線性致動器
本發明係與致動器有關,特別是指一種體積精巧之線性致動器。
按,利用線性傳動行程的裝置(以下簡稱線性致動器)運用在按摩椅、電動椅、電動病床、跑步機、摺疊床、家具及上升機構等領域方面上作位置調整,已是相當常見之技藝。其線性傳動行程的起點位置與終點位置,必須利用一以上之微動開關作為線性行程之去程、回程的控制,並使微動開關分別裝設在線性路徑的起始點位置與最終點位置,當線性致動器以線性傳動之去程行進位移,並觸碰終點位置的微動開關時,即可限制傳動桿不再向去程位移;相對地,若線性致動器於回程位移時觸碰起點的微動開關時,即可限制傳動桿不再向回程方向位移,如此可形成兩點間線性之往復位移動作,典型之先前技藝如台灣新型第M247738號「線性傳動機構」專利案。
其次,請參考台灣新型第M369950「推桿結構」專利案,其微動開關所裝置之位置與上述前案有所不同,結構組成大體包含有一馬達、一位移單元,以及一行程控制單元;馬達提供動力來源,位移單元則具有一轉軸與一摯動件,而行程控制單元具有一時規齒輪組,以及至少一微動開關。使用時,馬達之心軸係帶動一傳動齒輪組與該時規齒輪組,使傳動齒輪組驅動位移單元之轉軸旋轉,可讓摯動件沿轉軸之軸向呈直線位移,而時規齒輪組則用以作動微動開關,使微動開關控制馬達心軸之轉動,進而限制摯動件的位移距離極限,以防止摯動件移動時超過可位移之距離。
根據上述所揭之二線性致動器前案,其中台灣新型第M369950「推桿結構」專利案需藉由多數個小齒輪所構成之傳動齒輪組中間驅動,才能達成線性移動摯動件及作動微動開關的功能,因此齒箱體積頗大。而台灣新型第M247738號「線性傳動機構」專利案雖未採用傳動齒輪組而係將微動開關直接內藏於防塵套管中,但此舉亦會增大防塵套管的體積。是以,總結上述前案之線性致動器之缺失為齒輪零件多、安裝複雜且體積難以進一步縮小,凡此總總皆為其仍須改善之處。
本發明之主要目的乃在提供一種線性致動器,其組成構件較為精簡,整體體積得大幅縮小。
本發明主要透過下列之技術手段,來具體實現前述之目的與功效:本發明一種線性致動器,構件組成包含有一馬達、一位移單元,以及一行程控制單元。馬達具有一心軸;位移單元包含有一蝸輪、一轉軸,又蝸輪一處設有一環狀線齒,例如渦捲線齒(spiral thread)或外螺紋線齒(helix thread),使用時,馬達心軸可帶動蝸輪旋轉,蝸輪再驅動轉軸;行程控制單元則具有至少一傳動件及至少一微動開關,上述至少一傳動件係與位移單元之渦捲線齒或外螺紋線齒聯結並受其驅動轉動,用以作動微動開關之啟、閉。藉由上述,本發明之組成構件之連動結構簡單,使線性致動器之整體體積得以縮小。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步了解本發明之構成、特徵及其目的,以下乃舉本發明之若干實施例,並配合圖式詳細說明如後,同時讓熟悉該技術領域者能夠具體實施,惟以下所述者,僅係為了說明本發明之技術內容及特徵而提供之一實施方式,凡為本發明領域中具有一般通常知識者,於了解本發明之技術內容及特徵之後,以不違背本發明之精神下,所為之種種簡單之修飾、替換或構件之減省,皆應屬於本發明意圖保護之範疇。
第一圖係本發明第一實施例之立體圖;第二圖係本發明第一實施例之分解圖;第三圖係本發明第一實施例之自另一角度視之平面圖;第四圖係第三圖3-3剖線之剖視圖,主要顯示蝸輪之橫式渦捲線齒與行程控制單元之聯結狀態;第五圖係本發明第二實施例之剖視圖;主要顯示行程控制單元具有二傳動件;第六圖係本發明第三實施例之分解圖;第七圖係本發明第三實施例之剖視圖,主要顯示蝸輪之直式外螺紋線齒與行程控制單元之聯結狀態。
本發明線性致動器以下實施例所提及之橫式、直式環狀線齒係指圖示所繪製之水平或直立方向,目的僅在於提供審查之便利,並非侷限本發明之範圍。
首先請參閱第一至第四圖所示,本發明所提供之第一實施例線性致動器,包含有一馬達10、一位移單元20,以及一行程控制單元30;其中馬達10具有一心軸12,以及一環設於心軸12外部之齒箱座14,於本實施例中,心軸12係為蝸桿。該位移單元20具有一蝸輪25、一輸出軸21以及一摯動件26,蝸輪25之體身一側面(非蝸齒處)設有一橫式環狀線齒(設置於蝸輪25上表面),本實施例之環狀線齒為渦捲線齒27(spiral thread),而輸出軸21係為螺桿,輸出軸21係穿設於各軸承28及蝸輪25,可由蝸輪25帶動原地旋轉,摯動件26則嚙合於輸出軸21之外周,以本實施例而言,摯動件21雖為一可轉動之聯動件,但不因此受限,其他如可做直線運動之套筒亦為本發明之另種可行實施態樣;位移單元20係以二軸承28嵌設於線性致動器之齒箱座14,使蝸輪25可於齒箱座14內原地旋轉,而馬達10之心軸12與蝸輪25相互嚙合,當心軸12受驅動而旋轉時可帶動蝸輪25為減速轉動,進而驅轉輸出軸21轉動,使摯動件26同步轉動或做直線運動。
該行程控制單元30具有一傳動件31以及二微動開關33;傳動件31具有一圓形柱身34,圓形柱身34之環周設有與前述微動開關33等數之二凸部341,又圓形柱身34之一端面進一步設有一環齒部35,以與蝸輪25之渦捲線齒27齒合聯動,傳動件31可直接隨渦捲線齒27之旋轉為同步自轉運動,供圓形柱身34之二凸部341轉動,並使二凸部341個別依設定分別抵觸到微動開關33。換言之,行程控制單元30係設於馬達10之齒箱座14內,且以傳動件31之環齒部35與蝸輪25之渦捲線齒27齒合,使輸出軸21旋轉時帶動傳動件31相對轉動,而一旦任一凸部341碰觸到相對應之微動開關33,即可控制馬達10心軸12的轉動或停止。
經由上述結構,當馬達10之心軸12利用蝸輪25驅轉輸出軸21旋轉,使輸出軸21一端之摯動件26同步轉動或為直線運動時,蝸輪25之渦捲線齒27同時藉由環齒部35摯動傳動件31轉動或為直線運動,使凸部341旋轉至一預定角度時,即可作動碰觸相對位置的微動開關33為啟或閉。
接下來,請參閱第五圖所示,係本發明第二實施例,其與第一實施例之差別在於多了一個較小尺寸之傳動件31A,藉由此一外徑較小之傳動件31A作為渦捲線齒27與一外徑較大之傳動件31(即為第一實施例同樣大小之傳動件)之中間聯結,以使傳動件31與渦捲線齒27之聯結多了另一種方便裝配之選項。
請繼續參閱第六至七圖所示,係本發明之第三實施例,其與第一實施例大部分結構雷同,差異處在於蝸輪25一側面另設有與輸出軸21同軸之環套29,且於環套29上設有一直立設置之外螺紋線齒291,藉此,傳動件30之環齒部35得與直立設置之外螺紋線齒291聯結,使本發明第三較佳實施例能達成與第一較佳實施例相同之傳遞功能。
於此必須說明的是,本發明第一及第二實施例所採用之渦捲線齒27僅為一實例說明,並非為一自我限制要件。換言之,若使用同為環狀線齒之第三實施例之外螺紋線齒(helix thread)291來取代第一及第二實施例之渦捲線齒27,亦為一同業簡易思及之置換設計,當然亦屬本案請求範圍內之等效實施。
藉由上述說明,本發明剔除了傳統線性致動器之齒輪組複雜設計,反以蝸輪25上設有渦捲線齒27或外螺紋線齒29之精簡設計,驅使傳動件30聯動,達到使線性致動器體積縮小的目的。
在此必須說明者為,以上配合圖式所為之詳細描述,僅係為了說明本發明之技術內容及特徵而提供之一實施方式,凡在本發明領域中具有一般通常知識之人,在瞭解本發明之技術內容及特徵之後,於不違背本發明之精神下,所為之種種簡單之修飾、替換或構件之減省,皆應屬於以下所揭示之申請專利範圍之內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種線性致動器,構件組成包含有一馬達、一位移單元以及一行程控制單元,其中馬達具有一心軸;位移單元包含有一蝸輪、一轉軸;行程控制單元則包含有至少一傳動件及至少一微動開關,其特徵在於:蝸輪體身一處設有一環狀線齒與行程控制單元的傳動件聯結,傳動件受環狀線齒的驅動以作動微動開關為馬達之啟或閉。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之線性致動器,其中傳動件具有一圓形柱身,圓形柱身之環周設有與前述微動開關等數之凸部,又圓形柱身之一端面進一步設有一環齒部,以與蝸輪之環狀線齒齒合。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之線性致動器,其中蝸輪之環狀線齒為渦捲線齒(spiral thread)。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之線性致動器,其中蝸輪之環狀線齒為外螺紋線齒(helix thread)。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之線性致動器,其中環狀線齒係設於蝸輪體身之非蝸齒處位置。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之線性致動器,其中更設有一環套,環套係環繞設於蝸輪體身之非蝸齒處位置且與輸出軸保持同軸,一環狀線齒係設於於環套周緣。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第5或6項所述之線性致動器,其中蝸輪之環狀線齒為渦捲線齒(spiral thread)。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第5或6項所述之線性致動器,其中蝸輪之環狀線齒為外螺紋線齒(helix thread)。
  9. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之線性致動器,其中行程控制單元之至少一傳動件係為二傳動件。
