Abstract

本發明提供一種具有遮罩件的電子裝置。該電子裝置包括一電路板、一遮罩件及一金屬件。該金屬件與該電路板電連接。該遮罩件包括一金屬殼體及一金屬蓋子,該金屬蓋子覆蓋該金屬殼體後形成一開口用於使一數位卡通過該開口裝入該金屬殼體,該金屬殼體與該電路板電連接且接地。該金屬件置於該金屬殼體中,該金屬殼體還包括一數位卡固定部用於固定該數位卡於該金屬殼體,在該數位卡插入後,該數位卡與該金屬件電連接。該數位卡固定部使該數位卡距離該電路板一預設距離,從而使該殼體與該數位卡之間形成一收容腔用於收容其他需要遮罩電磁幹擾的元件。

Description

具有遮罩件的電子裝置
本發明涉及一種具有遮罩件的電子裝置,特別涉及一種在遮罩件中設置數位卡插槽的電子裝置。
一般電子裝置都具有遮罩件及數位卡槽,遮罩件用來覆蓋電子裝置的某些元件,以減少電磁幹擾(EMI)對這些元件的影響。但隨著電子產品小型化的發展,在電子裝置上同時設置數位卡槽及遮罩件浪費有限的空間。
有鑒於此,故需要提供一種具有遮罩件的電子裝置,可在電子裝置的遮罩件中設置數位卡槽,以節省空間。
該具有遮罩件的電子裝置包括一電路板、一遮罩件及一金屬件。該金屬件與該電路板電連接。該遮罩件包括一金屬殼體及一金屬蓋子,該金屬蓋子覆蓋該金屬殼體後形成一開口用於使一數位卡通過該開口裝入該金屬殼體,該金屬殼體與該電路板電連接且接地。該金屬件置於該金屬殼體中,該金屬殼體還包括一數位卡固定部用於固定該數位卡於該金屬殼體,在該數位卡插入後,該數位卡與該金屬件電連接。該數位卡固定部使該數位卡距離該電路板一預設距離,從而使該殼體與該數位卡之間形成一收容腔用於收容其他需要遮罩電磁幹擾的元件。
相較於現有技術,本發明通過在電子裝置的遮罩件中設置一數位卡槽,從而節省電子裝置的空間。
如圖1及圖2所示,電子裝置1包括一電路板10、一遮罩件20及一金屬件30。該遮罩件20包括一金屬殼體21及一金屬蓋子22,該金屬蓋子22覆蓋該金屬殼體21。該金屬殼體21安裝於該電路板10上並佔據一可擺零件區域101,且與該電路板10電連接並接地。如此該遮罩件20即可對置於該遮罩件20中的元件進行電磁幹擾(EMI)的遮罩。本實施方式中,該金屬殼體21為一不包括底面的矩形支架。
該金屬件30置於該金屬殼體21中,該金屬件30與該電路板10電連接,包括多個突出於該電路板10的金屬彈片31及一打件固定部32,該金屬彈片31在受壓後可發生彈性形變。該打件固定部32用於進行SMT打件,在打件後,使該金屬彈片31電連接至該電路板10,然後拆掉該打件固定部32,該金屬件30所佔據電路板10的面積小於可擺零件區域101的面積。
在該金屬蓋子22覆蓋該金屬殼體21後,該金屬殼體21與該金屬蓋子22形成一開口23,該金屬殼體21還包括一數位卡固定部24。一數位卡40通過該開口23插入該遮罩件20中,並通過該數位卡固定部24將該數位卡40固定於該金屬殼體21,在該數位卡40插入後,該數位卡40與該金屬彈片31電連接。在該數位卡40插入後,該數位卡固定部24使該數位卡40距離該電路板10一預設距離,從而使該金屬殼體21與該數位卡40之間形成一收容腔50,其他需要遮罩電磁幹擾的電子元件可安裝至該收容腔50中。
本實施方式中,該數位元卡固定部24包括至少一支撐部221及一卡持部222,該支撐部221用於支撐該數位卡40,該卡持部222用於將該數位卡卡在該金屬殼體21上。
本實施方式中,該數位元卡固定部包括兩個支撐部221,該兩個支撐部221分別固定於該金屬殼體21的兩個相對內壁。每個支撐部呈L型,包括兩個互相垂直的平板,其中一個平板連接至金屬殼體21,另一個平板平行於電路板10。該卡持部222為突出於該金屬殼體21的一突起,該突起與該電路板10平行,在數位卡40裝入後卡住該數位卡40。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具有遮罩件的電子裝置,包括一電路板及一遮罩件,其改良在於,該電子裝置還包括一金屬件,該金屬件與該電路板電連接;該遮罩件包括一金屬殼體及一金屬蓋子,該金屬蓋子覆蓋該金屬殼體後形成一開口用於使一數位卡通過該開口裝入該金屬殼體,該金屬殼體與該電路板電連接且接地,該金屬件置於該金屬殼體中,該金屬殼體還包括一數位卡固定部用於固定該數位卡於該金屬殼體,在該數位卡插入後,該數位卡與該金屬件電連接,該數位卡固定部使該數位卡距離該電路板一預設距離,從而使該殼體與該數位卡之間形成一收容腔用於收容其他需要遮罩電磁幹擾的元件。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有遮罩件的電子裝置,其中,該金屬件包括多個金屬彈片。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有遮罩件的電子裝置,其中,該固定部包括至少一支撐部及一卡持部,該支撐部用於支撐該數位卡,該卡持部用於將該數位卡卡在該金屬殼體上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有遮罩件的電子裝置,其中,該固定部包括兩個支撐部,分別固定於該金屬殼體的兩個相對內壁。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的具有遮罩件的電子裝置,其中,每個支撐部呈L型,包括兩個互相垂直的平板,其中一個平板連接至金屬殼體,另一個平板平行於電路板。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有遮罩件的電子裝置,其中,該卡持部為突出於該金屬殼體的一突起,該突起與該電路板平行,用於卡住該數位卡。
