Abstract

一種支撐裝置,包括底座、支撐管及支撐盤,該支撐盤藉由該支撐管能夠調節地裝設於該底座上。該支撐管由複數支撐單元連接而成,每支撐單元包括連接於一起之銜接座與銜接頭,每相鄰兩支撐單元之間,其中一支撐單元端部之銜接座與另一支撐單元之銜接頭相互旋轉調節地球鉸接於一起,以使該支撐管能夠於一定範圍內旋轉及彎曲。

Description

支撐裝置
本發明涉及一種支撐裝置,尤其涉及一種用於支撐電子裝置之支撐裝置。
隨著科技之不斷進步與發展,攜帶式導航儀、平板電腦、電子書等具顯示幕之攜帶式電子裝置由於其攜帶方便、娛樂功能強等倍受消費者之青睞。上述攜帶式電子裝置長時間使用時,通常需要藉由一支撐裝置來對其進行支撐與定位,以方便消費者操作與使用。現有之支撐裝置通常包括底座、固定裝設於該底座上之支撐管或支撐桿以及裝設於所述支撐管或支撐桿另一端之用以固定支撐攜帶式電子裝置之支撐盤。若採用之支撐管或支撐桿為一體,則不能調節角度及高度;若採用之支撐管或支撐桿由複數支撐單元組成,則通常係借助其他連接結構將支撐單元相互連接組成,不方便調節角度及高度。
鑒於上述內容,有必要提供一種方便調節角度及高度之支撐裝置。
一種支撐裝置,包括底座、支撐管及支撐盤,該支撐盤藉由該支撐管能夠調節地裝設於該底座上。該支撐管由複數支撐單元連接而成,每支撐單元包括連接於一起之銜接座與銜接頭,每相鄰兩支撐單元之間,其中一支撐單元端部之銜接座與另一支撐單元之銜接頭相互旋轉調節地球鉸接於一起,以使該支撐管能夠於一定範圍內旋轉、彎曲及固定停留。
本發明提供之支撐裝置,其支撐管藉由複數支撐單元相互銜接而成,每相鄰兩支撐單元之間,其中一支撐單元端部之銜接座與另一支撐單元之銜接頭相互旋轉調節地球鉸接於一起,從而支撐管能夠於一定範圍內旋轉、彎曲及固定停留,結構簡單便於調節角度及高度。
請參閱圖1與圖2,本實施方式之支撐裝置100用於固定及支撐平板電腦、攜帶式導航儀等具有顯示功能之電子裝置(圖未示)。支撐裝置100包括底座10、支撐管30及支撐盤50,該支撐盤50藉由支撐管30可調節地裝設於底座10上。
底座10包括吸盤11、拉環15、連接件18及調節件19。吸盤11可吸附於平滑之表面如桌面等工作臺上。吸盤11包括大致中空之部分球體狀之吸附體113、擠壓部115及裝設部117。擠壓部115凸設於吸附體113之球形頂端處,用於擠壓吸附體113以釋放吸附體113內之空氣,從而吸附體113穩固地吸附於平滑表面上。裝設部117形成於吸附體113之邊緣處,用於裝設連接件18。拉環15之兩端與擠壓部115樞接於一起,用於帶動擠壓部115擠壓吸附體113。連接件18一端藉由調節件19與裝設部117轉動地連接於一起,另一端與支撐管30固定連接。調節件19用於調節連接件18與裝設部117之相對角度。可理解,可省略擠壓部115及拉環15,也可直接將連接件18固定於裝設部117上,吸盤11也可用板體或塊體替代。
請一併參閱圖3及圖5,支撐管30為一可多角度彎折、調節且可相對固定地停留於複數彎折角度、位置處之軟管結構。支撐管30之一端與底座10之連接件18固定連接,另一端與支撐盤50裝設於一起,用以將支撐盤50可調節地裝設於底座10之連接件18上。支撐管30包括由複數支撐單元31依次可調節地銜接而成之內管33及套設於該內管33外週之保護套35。
每支撐單元31之兩端呈類球體結構,其由金屬材料衝壓成型而成。每支撐單元31包括連接部313及分別凸設於連接部313兩端之銜接座315及銜接頭317。連接部313大致呈中空圓柱體狀,其兩端相對設置有第一連接端3133與第二連接端3135。第一連接端3133與銜接頭317連接於一起。第二連接端3135呈弧形曲面結構,與銜接座315連接於一起,其半徑逐漸增大向外延伸。可理解,連接部313也可為實體。
銜接座315為部分球體結構,呈中空狀。銜接座315與連接部313之第二連接端3135弧形平滑連接。銜接座315之中空部分為安裝部3151,用於裝設及配合銜接頭317。銜接座315之末端為定位端部3153,用於支撐單元31轉動、彎曲時起定位作用。銜接頭317亦為部分球體結構,呈中空狀。銜接頭317與第一連接端3133連接於一起。銜接頭317之直徑與銜接座315之內徑對應,以方便銜接頭317於銜接座315之安裝部3151內進行球形鉸接。本實施方式中,銜接座315與銜接頭317藉由中空球體去除球體頂部形成。銜接座315與銜接頭317與連接部313一體成型。每相鄰兩支撐單元31之間,其中一支撐單元31端部之銜接座315與另一支撐單元31之銜接頭317相互旋轉調節地球鉸接於一起。可理解,銜接頭317可設置為實體,銜接座315亦可設置為其他形狀,如方塊體,只需於銜接座315內部形成一與銜接頭317進行球鉸接之安裝部3151即可。
支撐單元31之週壁上沿軸向方向貫通開設有一緩衝槽319,其能夠於支撐管30於支撐電子裝置時使支撐單元31之週壁發生變形,用以緩衝相鄰兩支撐單元31轉動、彎曲時之衝擊力,以達到更好之轉動調節效果。緩衝槽319之寬度根據實際所需要支撐之負載進行設計。保護套35大致呈中空管狀,套設於內管33外週,用於保護內管33。保護套35由柔軟材料製成,如矽膠、塑膠等,本實施方式中,由橡膠材料製成。
支撐盤50裝設於支撐管30上遠離底座10之末端,用以支撐電子裝置。於本實施方式中,支撐盤50大致呈方盤狀,包括支撐體51及由支撐體51之週緣向外延伸彎折形成之若干支撐臂53。支撐體51之底部與支撐管30之末端固定連接。於本實施方式中,共有四支撐臂53向外彎折延伸形成了一收容電子裝置之收容空間(圖未標)。
支撐裝置100組裝時,將複數支撐單元31依次連接而成內管33,每相鄰兩支撐單元31之間,其中一支撐單元31端部之銜接座315套設於另一支撐單元31端部之銜接頭317上。之後,將保護套35套設於內管33之外週上,完成支撐管30之組裝。將內管33之一末端與底座10之連接件18裝設於一起,另一末端與支撐盤50裝設於一起,即完成了支撐裝置100之組裝。
使用支撐裝置100時,使用者拉起底座10之拉環15,從而帶動擠壓部115擠壓吸附體113,吸盤11吸附於平滑表面上。將電子裝置放置於支撐裝置100之支撐盤50之支撐體51上。需要調節電子裝置之角度或高度時,使用者調節支撐管30之銜接座315與銜接頭317之間之配合角度。銜接座315繞銜接頭317之直徑旋轉,即可實現相互連接之兩支撐單元31之相互旋轉。當銜接座315之定位端部3153邊緣抵接於連接部313之第一連接端3133上時,可對支撐單元31進行定位,作固定停留。同時,也可藉由調松底座10上之調節件19,轉動連接件18,以調節連接件18相對裝設部117之角度,從而調節支撐管30與底座10相對之角度。
本發明提供之支撐裝置100,其支撐管30藉由若干由金屬材料製成之支撐單元31依次相互銜接而成,每相鄰兩支撐單元31之間,其中一支撐單元31端部之銜接座315套設於另一支撐單元31端部之銜接頭317上進行球形鉸接。銜接座315繞銜接頭317之直徑旋轉即可實現相互連接之兩支撐單元31之相互旋轉,從而使支撐裝置100能夠於一定範圍內旋轉、彎曲及做固定停留。另,緩衝槽319於支撐管30支撐電子裝置時能夠使支撐單元31之週壁發生變形,以緩衝相鄰兩支撐單元31轉動扭曲時之衝擊力,以達到更好之轉動調節效果。
可理解,支撐管30可省略連接部313,而直接將銜接座315與銜接頭317連接設置於一起。
可理解,支撐裝置100並不僅限於支撐電子裝置,其亦可用於支撐其他裝置及設備。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種支撐裝置,包括底座、支撐管及支撐盤,該支撐盤藉由該支撐管能夠調節地裝設於該底座上,其改良在於:該支撐管由複數支撐單元連接而成,每支撐單元包括連接於一起之銜接座與銜接頭,每相鄰兩支撐單元之間,其中一支撐單元端部之銜接座與另一支撐單元之銜接頭相互旋轉調節地球鉸接於一起,以使該支撐管能夠於一定範圍內旋轉、彎曲及固定停留。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中該銜接座呈中空部分球體結構,該銜接頭亦呈部分球體結構,該銜接頭之直徑與該銜接座之內徑相對應。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中該支撐單元之週壁上開設有緩衝槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中該支撐單元還包括連接部,該銜接座與銜接頭分別凸設於連接部之兩端部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之支撐裝置,其中該連接部包括主體及設於主體兩端之第一連接端及第二連接端,該第一連接端與該銜接頭相接,該第二連接端與該銜接座弧形平滑連接。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支撐裝置,其中該銜接座末端為定位端部,該支撐管旋轉彎曲時,該定位端部邊緣能夠抵接於該連接部之第一連接端。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中該支撐管還包括套設於複數支撐單元外週上之保護套。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中該底座包括吸盤及連接件,該連接件之一端與該吸盤裝設於一起,該連接件之另一端與該支撐管之末端連接於一起。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之支撐裝置,其中該底座還包括調節件,該連接件之一端藉由該調節件轉動地與該吸盤裝設於一起,該連接件之另一端與該支撐管之末端連接於一起。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之支撐裝置,其中該底座還包括拉環,該吸盤包括吸附體及形成於吸附體頂端之擠壓部,該拉環與該擠壓部轉動地裝設於一起,用於帶動擠壓部將吸附體之空氣擠壓出去。
