Abstract

本發明涉及一種模仁成型面檢測方法。該方法包括以下步驟:提供一高倍率顯微鏡;將用於成型鏡片之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台,且該模仁成型面朝向該顯微鏡之物鏡;調節該顯微鏡之粗準焦螺旋,直到能觀察到該成型面之模糊影像;調節該顯微鏡之細準焦螺旋,直到能觀察到該成型面之清晰影像;若觀察到該成型面上有缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁,並對該模仁存在缺陷之區域進行修補,而後再將該修補過之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台上進行檢測;若觀察到該成型面不存在缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁以備用。

Description

模仁成型面檢測方法
本發明涉及一種模仁成型面檢測方法。
隨著科技之發展,相機日益貼近人們之日常生活。相機一般包括鏡頭模組與影像感測模組。穿過鏡頭模組之光線入射至影像感測模組,從而形成影像。鏡頭模組之成像品質直接影響相機之成像品質。於鏡頭模組之製造過程中,鏡頭模組成像品質之優劣主要由鏡頭模組內各個鏡片之間交互影響出之光學結果來決定。而鏡片主要採用射出成型或者壓鑄成型方法製成。於射出成型或者壓鑄成型方法中,用於成型鏡片之模仁成型面是否存在缺陷直接影響著轉印出來之鏡片之品質。常見之模仁成型面檢測方法一般係人眼直接對模仁面進行觀測。
惟,有些缺陷(例如細小刀痕)人眼無法分辨出來,直接使得採用有缺陷之模仁製成之鏡片之品質較差。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種檢測較為準確之模仁成型面檢測方法。
一種模仁成型面檢測方法包括以下步驟:
提供一高倍率顯微鏡;
將用於成型鏡片之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台,且該模仁成型面朝向該顯微鏡之物鏡;
調節該顯微鏡之粗準焦螺旋,以粗調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之模糊影像;
調節該顯微鏡之細準焦螺旋,以細調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之清晰影像;
若觀察到該成型面上有缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁,並對該模仁存在缺陷之區域進行修補,而後再將該修補過之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台上進行檢測;
若觀察到該成型面不存在缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁以備用。
與先前技術技術相比,本發明實施方式提供之模仁成型面檢測方法藉由高倍率顯微鏡來檢測模仁成型面是否存在缺陷,使得人眼未能發現之缺陷可以快速地被找出,進而有助於提高模仁及鏡片之品質。
請參閱圖1,本發明較佳實施方式提供之模仁成型面檢測方法包括以下步驟:
提供一倍率為500之高倍率顯微鏡;
將用於成型鏡片之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台,且該模仁成型面朝向該顯微鏡之物鏡;
調節該顯微鏡之粗準焦螺旋,以粗調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之模糊影像;
調節該顯微鏡之細準焦螺旋,以細調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之清晰影像;
若觀察到該成型面上有缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁,並對該模仁存在缺陷之區域進行修補,而後再將該修補過之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台上進行檢測;
若觀察到該成型面不存在缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁以備用。
需要說明的是,本發明中之高倍率顯微鏡指之是倍率大於或者等於500之顯微鏡,例如,600、700或更高之倍率。
本實施方式中,藉由人眼藉由該顯微鏡之目鏡來觀察該成型面是否存在缺陷。
當然,該顯微鏡亦可以連接一顯示器(圖未示)。該顯微鏡將該模仁成型面之影像資訊傳遞給該顯示器,以便於觀察。
本發明實施方式提供之模仁成型面檢測方法藉由倍率等於或者高於500之顯微鏡來檢測模仁成型面是否存在缺陷,使得人眼未能發現之缺陷可以快速地被找出,進而有助於提高模仁及鏡片之品質。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。
圖1係本發明實施方式提供之模仁成型面檢測方法之流程圖。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種模仁成型面檢測方法,包括以下步驟:
    提供一高倍率顯微鏡;
    將用於成型鏡片之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台,且該模仁成型面朝向該顯微鏡之物鏡;
    調節該顯微鏡之粗準焦螺旋,以粗調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之模糊影像;
    調節該顯微鏡之細準焦螺旋,以細調該物鏡與該模仁成型面之間之距離,直到能觀察到該成型面之清晰影像;
    若觀察到該成型面上有缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁,並對該模仁存在缺陷之區域進行修補,而後再將該修補過之模仁放置於該顯微鏡之載物台上進行檢測;
    若觀察到該成型面不存在缺陷,則從該顯微鏡之載物台上取下該模仁以備用。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模仁成型面檢測方法,其中,該高倍率顯微鏡之倍率為500、600或者700。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之模仁成型面檢測方法,其中,該高倍率顯微鏡連接一顯示器,該顯示器用來顯示該成型面之影像。
