201247652 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於開籠富勒烯,更特別關於其在光電元件 上的應用。 【先前技術】 在太陽能電池的領域中,更輕更環保的材料研究為目 前的主要課題。薄膜材料具有輕量化、可撓性、低成本、 低溫製程、與大面積製作等優點,因此更適於作為太陽卷 電池的主動層。現有主動層的主流組合為p型的P3HT(聚 (3-己基噻吩))與η型的[6,6]-苯基-C61-丁酸曱酯 (PC61BM)。綜上戶斤述’目前仍需新的材料組合’以提升太 陽能電池的能量轉換效率。 【發明内容】 本發明一實施例提供一種富勒烯衍生物,具有結構如 下:F-Cy ;其中F係開籠富勒烯;以及Cy係雜環基,其 雜原子係氧、硫、或砸。 本發明另一實施例提供一種光電元件,包括陽極;陰 極;以及主動層,夾設於陽極與陰極之間,其中該主動層 包括上述之富勒烯衍生物。 【實施方式】 本發明關於富勒烯衍生物,其結構為F-Cy。F係開籠 (open-cage)富勒烯,而Cy係雜環基,其雜原子係氧、硫、 201247652 或硒。上述的開籠富勒烯F可為開籠之C6〇_84。在本發明一 實施例中,開籠富勒烯F可為開籠的C6〇。上述的雜環基可 為飽合或不飽合。在本發明一實施例中,雜環基Cy為ϋ塞吩 (thiophene) 〇 上述開籠的富勒烯衍生物可進一步應用於儲氫材料, 或光電元件如有機發光二極體、太陽能電池、或有機薄膜 電晶體。舉例來說,光電元件在陽極與陰極之間可夾設主 動層,而主動層可含有上述開籠的富勒烯衍生物。 在本發明一實施例中,富勒烯衍生物的合成方法如 下。首先,取3,6-二(噻吩-2-基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪與烯類反應如 式1。在式1中,X為氧、硫、或硒,R為-(CH2)n-Y,η為 1-10的整數,Υ為氫、酯基、醯胺基、芳香基、醚基、醛 基、酮基、氫氧基、叛酸基、_素基、胺基、續酸基、礦 酸酯基、磷酸基、或磷酸酯基。在其他實施例中,四嗪兩 側之取代基可為其他雜環基,其雜原子係氧、硫、或硒。 舉例來說,雜環基可為π夫喃(furan)、°塞吩(thiophene)、晒吩 (selenophen)、°惡唾(oxazole)、D塞 σ坐(thiazole)、異 σ惡嗤 (isoxazole)、苯并 °夫 β南(benzofuran)、異苯并 °夫 (isobenzofuran)、苯并 °塞吩(benzothiophene)、苯并 °惡 σ坐 (benzoxazole)、苯并異。惡°坐(benzoisoxazole)、或苯并 °塞口坐 (benzothiazole) °
