Abstract

The invention provides an opening-closing device of a copy pressing plate which can adjust the front and rear position of the copy pressing plate correctly and reduce the numbers of the elements to form simple structure. The copy pressing plate is assembled openably/closably in relation to the apparatus body of the office machine through the opening-closing device of the copy pressing plate. A front-rear position adjusting means adjusts the front-rear assembled position between the copy pressing plate and the opening-closing device of the copy pressing plate. The front-rear position adjusting means of the copy pressing plate is disposed directly on the composing element of the opening-closing device of the copy pressing plate which assembles the copy pressing plate.

為了達成上述目的,依據本發明之一種原稿壓合板開 闔裝置,其係藉由原稿壓合板開闔裝置而使一原稿壓合板 相對於一事務機器之一裝置本體藉由原稿壓合板開闔裝 置開闔組裝,原稿避合板開闔裝置包含:一原稿壓合板前 後位置調整手段,可調整原稿壓合板與原稿壓合板開闔裝 置之間前後方向的組裝位置,原稿壓合板前後位置調整手 段直接設置在原稿壓合板開闔裝置的原稿壓合板組裝侧 的一構成元件。 又,原稿壓合板前後位置調整手段具有一組裝長孔, 其係設在原稿壓合板,或設在裝設原稿壓合板之原稿壓合 板開闔裝置的構成元件的任一側或兩側;一調整元件,從 原稿壓合板開闔裝置的構成元件對向於原稿壓合板後方 之表面往前方突出,且可調整長度;一組裝螺絲,藉由裝 設長孔組裝原稿壓合板。 再者,調整元件具有一調整螺絲及一鎖固螺帽,調整 螺絲設在原稿壓合板開闔裝置的構成元件,鎖固螺帽設在 調整螺絲。 & 少其中之一原稿壓合板開闔裝置而言,利用本發明之原稿 壓合板開闔裝置’可輕易地修正職壓合板在接觸玻璃上 前後方向傾斜的情況。 【實施方式】 以下將根據附加圖式詳細說明本發明之一種原稿壓 合板開闔裝置及具有此原稿壓合板開闔裝置之事務機 器。^,事務機器可列舉為影印機、印刷機、傳真機、掃 描機等,以下說明以影印機為例,但本發明非以此為限。 實施例一 圖1至圖5為本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置的一實施 例不意圖。 本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置丨係為,如圖4所示, 為了使原稿麼合板12可開闔的組裝在作為事務機器1〇一 例的影印魏置本體n後段部的裝置4,在圖4所示 實施例中’雖然描述為具有自動送紙裝置(adf)的原稿 壓合板12,經由本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置丨來支承的 201233295 實施例,然本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置及事務機器,係 無論有無自動送紙裝置皆可適用。 本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置〗係包含一組裝元件 2、一支撐元件3及一抬升元件4。如圖1至圖5所示,組 裝元件2組裝在具有原稿壓合板12的事務機器1〇裝置本 體11 一侧,通稱為單腳型組裝元件2。支撐元件3以第一 鉸鏈桿15為軸可轉動地組裝在組裝元件2上。抬升元件4 藉由第二鉸鏈桿16可轉動地組裝在支撐元件3上,且原 稿壓合板12組裝於其上。又,組裝元件2如圖所示若利 用合成樹脂成型品,可達成比沖壓加工如sus的金屬板以 凸輪元件及受壓梢的構成成本更低的優點。 在支撐元件3内部設有一對的第一滑塊6及第二滑塊 7以及彈性手段5,以使原稿壓合板12可轉動,形成以原 稿壓合板12覆蓋裝置本體Π上表面的閉闔狀態,以及露 出裝置本體11上表面的開啟狀態。其中,第一滑塊6及 第二滑塊7可滑動地設置在軸方向上。彈性手段5藉由該 減時,可因應其增減調整原稿壓合板12的前後位置。 又,在圖式的實施例中,抬升元件4上板41後端部 附近,設有調整原稿壓合板12水平位置(高度)的水平 位置調整手段46。 水平位置調整手段46例如由調整螺絲461及鎖固螺 帽462所組成。調整螺絲461及鎖固螺帽462設在抬升元 件4上板41後端部附近寬方向的中央部(包含約略中央 部)。調整螺絲461螺鎖於上板41之母螺孔47,其先端抵 接於支撐元件3的上板31,鎖固螺帽462螺鎖至調整螺絲 461。藉由調整螺絲461往左右任一方向的轉動,抬升元 件4以第二鉸鏈桿16為支點轉動,而可調整原稿壓合板 12組裝位置的水平(高度)位置。 且,在圖1至圖5所示之實施例中,雖前後位置調整 手段48設在抬升元件4頂板40上,但其組裝位置非以此 s 13 201233295 f限’由抬升元件4上板41切出調整螺絲的組裝片,或
