Abstract

Disclosed are a stamper for printing an alignment layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a system of manufacturing the same. The system includes a material supply part for supplying a printing film stack member including a photosensitive resin, a base film, and a negative film, a thickness adjusting part for adjusting a thickness of the printing film stack member, and an top surface exposure part including a glass fixing plate positioned on a top surface of the printing film stack member, an upper illuminator including the UV lamps inclined with respect to the withdrawing direction of the printing film stack member, a thickness adjusting plate positioned on the bottom surface of the printing film stack member, and a flatness adjusting part for finely adjusting the height of a portion of the thickness adjusting plate.
