Description

Therefore, the refilling operation becomes extremely simple. Further, according to the refill container of the present invention, the easy opening portion can be easily opened 154614. Doc 201144174, thereby forming a slanted discharge port which is inclined with respect to the central axis of the nozzle, is therefore useful as a refill container for carrying out the refilling method of the present invention. In particular, if the refill container is provided with an easy opening portion for connecting the removal portion and the pull tab portion to a specific thickness or thickness, the pull tab π is pulled onto the removal portion and pulled. The easy cut portion is more reliably disconnected from the removal of the material so that the inclined injection port can be formed at the front end of the nozzle. According to the main barn of the present invention, the mouth of the self-contained container including the liquid ejecting orifice can be easily attached and detached, so that the refilling can quickly remove the middle cap from the mouth of the self-contained container. The larger opening is provided in the refilling method of the present invention, and after the refilling is completed, the middle cover can be quickly returned to the mouth, and the main container is used as the ejection container. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals indicate the same or equivalent components. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a perspective view of a main container 10 and a refill container 40A of one embodiment used in the refilling method of the present invention. The main container 1 is contained in the main container body Η and the lid portion 2 〇 a in which the liquid A is accommodated. The main container body 11 has a bottomed cylindrical shape and is self-supporting, and includes a mouth portion 12 in the upward direction. As shown in Fig. 1B(a), the peripheral wall of the mouth portion 12 has an outer diameter which is reduced toward the upper end portion and is formed into two stages, and a thread is formed on the peripheral wall upper portion 13 of the small diameter and the peripheral wall lower portion 14 of the large diameter. The lid portion 20A is capable of opening and closing the mouth portion 12 of the main container body ,, 154614. Doc 201144174 and more specifically, as shown in Fig. 2(a), the middle cover 21A and the outer cover 3 are included. The middle cover 21A has a substantially disk shape, and includes a liquid discharge small hole 22 at the center portion and an annular wall 23 at the periphery. As shown in Fig. 2(b), the inner side of the annular wall 23 of the inner lid 2ia is detachably screwed to the upper portion of the peripheral wall of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body u. As shown in Fig. 2(c), in a state where the middle cover 21a is screwed to the peripheral wall upper portion 13 of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 11, the outer cover 30 is from the outer side of the middle cover 21A and the lower peripheral wall 14 of the mouth portion 12. Screwing. Usually, the lid having the liquid ejecting hole attached to the container body containing the liquid material is inserted into the mouth of the container body by the entry type, so that it cannot be easily attached and detached, and it is difficult to remove. The liquid cover is refilled in the container body with the middle cover, but according to the main container 1A, the middle cover 21A is detachably attached to the mouth portion 12 of the main container body u by screwing, so that the main container is used. When the liquid ejecting container is used as a liquid material, the middle cover 2ia can be screwed to the mouth portion 12 of the main container body U, and an appropriate amount of the liquid material A can be ejected from the liquid ejecting small hole 22, and the liquid is discharged. When the substance a is filled in the main container body u, it is easy to remove the middle cover 21A from the mouth portion 12 and fill the liquid material A from the mouth portion 12, so that the main grain device 1 is suitable for being supplied to the liquid material a. Filler. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1A(b), the refill container 4A includes a bottomed cylindrical refill container body 41, and a center of the self-refilling container body 41 toward the center of the refilled bowl body 41. The nozzle forming projection 42 protrudes outward in the direction of the axis l1. The refilled container body 41 is a self-standing container which is formed by a thin-wall blow molding bottle and which maintains a fixed shape regardless of the presence or absence of the contents. I54614. Doc 201144174 The nozzle forming projection 42 is fixed to the mouth portion of the refill container body 41 by the top cover 43 being detachably attached to the top member 43 formed by the projection (4) forming projection 42. The nozzle-forming protruding portion 42 is formed such that the front end portion of the tubular body 44 is closed by the easy opening «Μ5Α, and the central axis [2 of the cylindrical body 44 coincides with the central axis L1 of the refilled container body". Again, as shown in Fig. (1) As shown, the outer diameter of the base portion 44a of the cylindrical body material is slightly smaller than the opening diameter of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body, and the cylindrical body 44 can be inserted into the mouth portion 12 of the main container body U without shaking. Further, it has a configuration in which the outer diameter of the top cover 43 is slightly larger than the opening diameter of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 11, and the horizontal surface 44b of the step portion provided between the top cover 43 and the base portion 44a is cylindrical. When the body 44 is inserted into the mouth of the main container body, the top cover 43 can be opened by the mouth portion 12, that is, the refill container body 41 can be inverted on the main container body u. As shown in FIG. 4A, the easy opening portion 45A includes an annular breaking portion 46 formed on the cylindrical body 44 such that the oblique injection opening is open at the front end of the cylindrical body 44, and a force point portion thereof. The tubular body side surface of the tubular body 44 is disposed closer to the end portion of the tubular body 44 than the annular fracture portion 46. The portion of the opening portion 45A that is biased by the finger when it is opened, and is formed as an annular finger portion 47 in the present embodiment. Here, 'the degree of inclination of the opening surface of the inclined injection port with respect to the cylindrical body 44' is preferable. The angle θ (Fig. 4A(b)) between the central portion of the surface surrounded by the annular fracture portion 46 and the central axis L2 of the tubular body 44 is set to 30 to 60. As the annular fracture portion 46 Specifically, for example, a groove is formed in a ring shape on the cylindrical body 44, and the cylindrical body 44 is made thin in the groove portion. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4B, if the annular fracture portion is formed The upper end of 46 is 154614. Doc •10- 201144174 Point 'The finger grip 47 is pulled in the direction of the arrow, and the ring breakage is broken to easily remove the easy opening portion 45A. Further, as the annular fracture portion, a thin portion which is formed by thinning the thickness of the tubular body 44 from the front and the bottom may be formed along the line to be broken, and a half cut portion or the like may be formed. Further, the hook and the eighth month are sufficient to remove the easy-opening portion 45A', and the thin portion or the half-cut portion forming the annular fracture portion can be formed continuously or intermittently. When the easy-opening portion 45A is removed, the nozzle-forming projection portion 42 is a tip-out nozzle 48 in which the opening surface of the front end portion is inclined with respect to the central axis 1^2 of the dispensing nozzle. Further, the top cover 43 including the nozzle forming projection 42 can be formed separately from the refill container body 41. Further, the filling of the liquid material A into the refilling capacity IS40A at the time of manufacture is performed before the top cover 43 is attached and fixed to the mouth of the refill container body 41. In the refilling method of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1B, first, the cap portion 30 and the middle cap 21A are unloaded from the main container body 11 of the main container 10 to open the mouth portion 12. On the other hand, the fingers are fastened to the finger-retaining portion 47 of the refill container 4A, and the easy-opening portion 45A is removed to obtain the refill container 40A including the dispensing nozzle 48. Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, the dispensing nozzle 48 of the refill container 4A is inserted into the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 11, and further, as shown in FIG. The main body 11 and the refilled container body 41 are self-standing, and the liquid A is refilled. At this time, the central axis L2 of the cylindrical body 44 coincides with the central axis L1 of the refill container body 41, and the refilled container body 41 is attached to the main container body 11 vertically 154614. Doc 201144174 stands up, and the outer diameter of the base portion 44a of the cylindrical body is formed such that the cylindrical body 44 does not shake at the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 11, and the horizontal surface 44b of the step portion of the cylindrical body 44 is formed by the container The upper edge of the mouth portion 12 of the body U is supported, so that the self-standing state continues even if the container body 41 is not held by the holder. Therefore, at the time of refilling, it is possible to greatly reduce the time required to hold the refill container 4A so that the liquid does not spill. Further, since the injection nozzle 48 has an appropriate diameter and the inclined injection port 50 is formed at the distal end portion, the pulsation of the liquid material A is suppressed, and the refill container body 41 is smoothly discharged to the main container body U. Thereby, unnecessary foaming of the liquid material A can also be suppressed. The inhibitory effect of the pulsation of the liquid is such that the viscosity of the liquid A is 5 〇〇 mPa. s~1〇〇〇〇 mpa. In the case of s, the inner diameter of the injection nozzle 48 is set to 12 to 20 mm, and the angle Θ of the opening surface of the inclined injection port 5 is set to 4 〇 to 5 。. In the case of the situation, it becomes more obvious. The refilling method of this month can be applied to various main containers including the mouth portion facing upward. For example, the refilling method of the present invention can be preferably applied to the main container including the lid portion 20B shown in Fig. 3 instead of the lid portion 2A shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 3 (a), the lid portion 2B includes an annular member 24 that is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 11 by fitting, and a disk that includes the liquid ejection orifice 22 at the center portion. The middle cover 21B and the outer cover 3〇. The annular member is coupled to the middle cover 21B by a hinge 25. Therefore, the middle cover 2iB can openably and closably cover the mouth portion 12 of the main container body u. As shown in Fig. 3 (c), the outer lid is screwed to the mouth portion 12 of the main container body n from the outer side of the middle cover 21B in a state where the inner lid 21B covers the mouth portion 12 of the main container body. So according to the package 154614. Doc •12· 201144174 The main container containing the S-cover portion 20B, when used as the ejection container for the liquid A, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the hinge 25 can be closed to cover the main container body by the middle cover 21B. The mouth portion 12 of 11 is such that an appropriate amount of the liquid material a is ejected from the liquid ejecting orifice 22' and when the liquid material A is filled in the main container body n, the hinge 25' is easily opened to make the main container body 11 The mouth portion 2 is largely opened, so that the liquid portion A is filled from the mouth portion 12. Therefore, the main container including the cover portion 2b is also suitable for refilling the contents. Further, the lid portion 20B may be formed by forming the annular member 24, the middle lid 21B, and the hinge 25 that is connected thereto, or the ring member 24 that is separately molded by the hinge 25 may be connected to the middle lid 21B. By. The refilling method of the present invention can be carried out by using various refill containers for refilling the top of the container body with the tip end portion formed with the pouring spout of the inclined injection port and having self-standing property, and can be used to form such a dispensing Various refill containers for the easy opening of the mouth. For example, the refill container 4A shown in Fig. 5 is such that the base portion 44a of the cylindrical body 44 in the refilled bowl 4A shown in Fig. 4A is rounded at the corner of the side edge portion. The square tube is the same. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1D, even if the refill container 40A is inverted on the main container body u, the mouth portion 12 of the main container body u is covered by the refill container 40A and refilled with the liquid A, since the cylindrical body 44 The outer peripheral surface of the base portion 44a is only in contact with the inner wall of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body i with its side edge portion, and the entire peripheral surface is not in contact with the inner wall of the mouth portion, so that the air can be smoothly discharged. Further, by bringing the side edge portion of the base portion 44a of the tubular body 44 into contact with or close to the inner wall of the mouth portion 12 of the main container body 丨i, the container 4 can be refilled to the main container body to some extent. Shanggu 154614. Doc -13- 201144174 定. Further, even if the cross-sectional shape of the base portion 44a of the tubular body 44 is an ellipse and a polygonal shape having a large angle is formed, the same effect can be obtained. Further, in the refill container shown by the circle 4A, the refill container body 4, the nozzle forming projection 42 and the top cover 43_ can be formed. In this case, an opening is additionally provided at the bottom of the refill container body 41, and the liquid is filled in the refill container body from the opening portion of the bottom portion, and the bottom portion is opened by heat sealing or the like. The bottom can be closed. In the refill container of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6(a), the refill container may be formed into a cylindrical body 44 so that the inclined injection port is opened. The front end portion of the tubular body 44 is opened, and the annular finger portion 47 as the force point portion is raised on the end surface 49 of the cylindrical body end portion surrounded by the annular fracture portion. The refilling capacity H40C is obtained by pulling the finger portion 47 upward as shown by an arrow in Fig. 6 (8) to break the annular breaking portion ’ to remove the easy opening portion 45b as indicated by a broken line. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper end portion of the front end side end surface 49 of the tubular body may be coupled to the finger fastening portion 47 so that the annular portion of the easy opening portion 45c becomes the force point portion. 47 is supported substantially horizontally above the end surface of the front end portion of the tubular body surrounded by the annular fracture portion 46. In the refill container, the annular breaking portion 46 is broken by pulling the finger portion downward obliquely as indicated by an arrow in Fig. 7(b), thereby removing the easy opening portion 45C as indicated by a broken line. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, the annular surface of the annular finger portion 47 which becomes the force point portion of the easy opening portion 45D may be disposed in parallel with the rising direction of the cylindrical body 44. The side of the side of the cylindrical body 44, and via the strip 154614. Doc 201144174 The connecting portion 52 connects the upper end portion of the removed portion 5 1 surrounded by the annular breaking portion 46 in the end portion 49 of the cylindrical body distal end portion to the upper end portion of the finger fastening portion 47. By extending the formation position of the finger portion 47 toward the side surface side of the tubular body 44 and not directly above the removal portion 51, the following opening operation can be utilized for the finger fastening portion 47 and the removal portion 51. The annular fracture portion 46 in the vicinity of the joint portion 52 is applied with a strong shear stress, and the annular fracture portion 容易 is easily broken. In this case, it is preferable to perform the restraint by, for example, the thin branch-like stopper portion 54a so that the lower end portion of the annular finger fastening portion 47 can be easily separated from the upper surface of the top cover 43 by hand. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the finger portion ο in the middle of the conveyance from being bent or the like and hooking the surroundings to cause an erroneous opening. Further, the position at which the finger portion is stopped is not limited to the upper surface of the top cover 43, and the locking portion 54b may be provided to the base portion 44ae of the cylindrical body as the refilling as shown in Fig. 8(c), for example. The method of using the container 40E, as shown in Fig. 8 (b) or (4), first, the locking portion 54a or 54b between the finger fastening portion 47 and the upper surface of the top cover 43 is pulled off so that the finger fastening portion 47 is in the form of a belt. The connection portion 52 is pulled up at the center as shown by a broken line (arrow a), and the finger portion 47 is pulled downward on the side opposite to the position where the initial finger portion 47 is disposed (arrow b). Thereby, the annular fracture portion 46 is broken, and the easy-opening portion 45D is removed as shown by a chain double-dashed line. If the ring portion is reversed and pulled up as described above, the annular fracture portion 46 is halfway. The upper end portion exerts a force of a lever to generate a crack, and the crack is enlarged from the crack portion, so that opening is easy. Figure 9A is a perspective view of a refill container 40F comprising an easy opening portion (hereinafter also referred to as an opening configuration) 45E having a better configuration relative to the easy opening portion 45D. Doc 15 201144174 Fig. 9B is a cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the nozzle 48. In the opening structure 45, the end portion of the injection nozzle 48 is also inclined obliquely with respect to the central axis of the nozzle 48, and the front end surface 49 is closed to the front end surface 49 and is formed along the front end surface 49. The ring-shaped breaking portion material, the removing portion surrounded by the annular breaking portion 46, and the long strip-shaped connecting portion Μ ' and the self-joining portion Μ toward the dispensing nozzle 4 which are extended from the upper end of the removal (4) A finger fastening portion 47 is formed on the side of the side of the eighth portion, and a finger fastening ring 47a is formed on the finger fastening portion *7. The connecting portion 52 does not rise across the removed material and the outside thereof, and the joint surface between the connecting portion 52 and the removing portion 51 is located only inside the annular breaking portion 46. Here, as for the inclination of the front end face 49, in order to suppress the pulsation of the liquid to be injected, the central portion of the front end face 49 and the central axis of the injection back 48 are formed for the purpose of riding as shown in FIG. The angle θ is set to 3〇~6〇. For example, when the inner diameter S1 of the nozzle 48 is set to 15 _, the distance S2 between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the annular fracture portion 设为 is set to about 13 5 mm. For removal. The outer surface of the P 51 is formed by an arrow-shaped and rib-shaped thick portion 53 which is shown in the direction of the opening of the opening structure. The thick-walled portion 53 of the arrow type is appropriately based on the following aspects. It is provided that the joint region between the joint portion 52 and the removal portion 51 is reinforced, and the force of pulling the joint portion 52 by pulling at the time of opening is smoothly transmitted to the removal portion 51 in such a manner that the removal portion 51 is equally lifted up and down. Thereby, the removal portion 51 can be easily removed; and the user can be prompted to open the operation with ease. As a specific example of the thickness or size of the thick portion, for example, in the open structure in which the inner diameter of the nozzle 48 is about 15 mm, the wall thickness s3 of the nozzle 48 is set to Μ 154614. Doc -16 - 201144174 mm, the thickness s4 of the portion other than the thick portion 53 of the removal portion 51 is set to 0. In the case of 8 〇 1 „1, the thickness 55 of the thick portion 53 is set to 16 〇^ left: the length S6 of the thick portion 53 in the horizontal direction is set to about 7 mm. Further, the thick portion 53 The shape is not limited to the arrow type shown in the figure, and the pulling force at the time of opening is transmitted to the removing portion 51 in such a manner that the removing portion 51 is equally lifted up and down. The side surface of the injection nozzle 48 is drooped. Thus, in the state in which the finger fastening portion 47 is suspended, the specific length S 7 from the upper end to the lower end is, for example, 2 〇mm 〇 in the present embodiment, The removal portion side end portion 52a' of the short strip-shaped connecting portion 52 that connects the removal portion 51 and the finger portion 47 is provided with one convex portion 55 that protrudes toward the center portion side of the removal portion 5. The thickness D1 between the buckle side surface 52a1 of the removal portion side end portion 52a and the opposite side surface 52a2 thereof is larger than the thickness between the tab portion side surface 52b1 of the finger portion 47b side end portion 52b of the joint portion and the opposite side surface 52b2 thereof. D2, the area of the 撵 section Sa of the removal portion side end portion 52a of the joint portion 52 is larger than the cross section S of the zip portion side end portion 52b. The area of b. Here, the thickness D1 between the side surface 52a of the removal portion side end portion 52a of the joint portion 52 and the opposite side surface 52a2 thereof means the distance between the surfaces 5 2 a 1 and 5 2 a2 The maximum value is not the thickness D1' of the non-formed portion of the convex portion 55, but is equal to the maximum thickness of the convex portion 55. Similarly, the side portion 52b of the finger portion of the finger portion 47b of the joint portion 52 is 52bl. The thickness D2 between the opposite sides 52b2 also refers to the maximum distance between the surfaces 52b1, 52b2, even if it is assumed that the surfaces 52b1, 52b2 are formed with grooves or the like, the thickness D2 is not affected. As the thickness Dl, D2 specific 154614. Doc 201144174 Example 'For example, in the opening structure in which the inner diameter of the nozzle 48 is about 15 inches, 'Dm is preferably set to 5 to 7 _, more preferably 35 to 5, and D2 is preferably set to L5. ~5 mm, and set to 3~4 rhyme. Here, the cross-sectional area of the connecting portion 52 refers to the area 'the surface perpendicular to the extending direction of the connecting portion 52 in the portion to be extended, and more specifically, the area of the cross-section Sa of the end portion-side end portion 仏The area of the cross section Sa perpendicular to the extending direction of the removal-side end portion 52a, and the area of the cross-section 讥 of the flank-side end portion 52b means a section perpendicular to the extending direction of the flank-side end portion 52b. Other areas (Figure 9B). Further, the thickness or the cross-sectional area of the connection (4) changes during the opening operation, but the thickness or the cross-sectional area referred to herein means the cross-sectional area when no external stress is applied. Various methods such as contact type and non-contact type can be used for the measurement of the thickness or the cross-sectional area. For example, a vernier caliper or the like, a laser displacement gauge, or the like can be used. The opening configuration 4 5 E is such that the inclined injection port 5 开口 is opened by the opening operation as follows. First, the annular finger portion 47 of the opening structure 45E is separated from the top surface of the top cover 43, as shown in FIG. 10, and the finger is fastened to the finger ring 47a of the finger fastening portion 47 and pulled (arrow a). The finger fastening portion 47 is bent in an inverted manner and pulled up to the removal portion 51 (arrow b), and further, the finger fastening portion 47 is substantially horizontally or obliquely downward along the removal portion 51 with the finger (the arrow is evenly performed) Pulling, away from the initial position on the side of the joint portion 52, the annular fracture portion 46 is cracked, the removal portion 51 is removed, and the inclined injection port 5 is opened. In the opening operation, as shown in Fig. 11A When the finger portion 47 is separated from the top cover 43, and one of the ends of the separation is lifted in the direction of the arrow a, the toroidal surface of the finger ring 47a of the finger fastening portion 47 becomes substantially horizontal, and the joint portion "I546l4" . Doc 201144174 The portion where the thickness of the joint portion 52 immediately above the convex portion 55 becomes smaller is started to be bent. . Further, if one end of the finger portion 47 is lifted up, and as shown in Fig. 11B, it is buckled. After the 卩47 is reversed, as shown by the arrow 匕, the loop surface of the finger loop is brought close to the removal portion 51, and the bent portion 55 is as shown by the arrow p as shown by the arrow pu. If the finger portion 47 is further pulled substantially horizontally or along the removal portion 51 obliquely downward (arrow c) so as to be away from the initial position of the front end portion 49 of the dispensing nozzle 48 away from the coupling portion 52, the joint portion is The edge portion on the center side of the removal portion of the portion-side end portion 52a, more specifically, the center portion 55' of the removal portion of the convex portion 55, and the lever acting as a fulcrum, exert a strong shear stress on the connection. The annular fracture portion 46a in the vicinity of the end portion of the portion 52 of the removal portion 52, so that the annular fracture portion is easily broken and the remaining annular fracture portion can be easily removed. . P46. Therefore, according to the opening structure, the removal portion 51 can be easily removed by the removal of the annular breaking portion 46, and the inclined injection port 50 can be made. Further, according to the opening operation, the bending direction of the connecting portion 52 is caused. Steady = one direction, so (4) can limit the pulling direction of the finger portion 47, and the case where the belt-shaped connecting portion 52 is not twisted. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the finger portion 47 from being disconnected during the opening operation. Further, since the finger portion Ο is provided at the front end of the nozzle 48 from the top of the top, it is not blocked by the peripheral wall around the tab as in the previous opening structure described in Patent Document 1t. The pulling action of the button portion 47. In the present invention, the shape of the connecting portion may be as shown in Fig. 12. The side portion of the strip-shaped connecting portion 52 is opposite to 154614. Doc -19- 201144174 The finger end portion side end portion 52b of the connecting portion 52 is thickened as a whole to have a large diameter. Instead, the convex portion 55 is provided on one side of the strip-shaped connecting portion 52 on the side of the removing portion 51 as described above. Further, as shown in the easy-opening portion 45G of Fig. 13, the cross-sectional area of the connecting portion 52 may be circular or elliptical, and the removal-side end portion 52a of the connecting portion 52 may be pulled relative to the connecting portion 52. The crotch side end portion 52b gently becomes a large diameter. Further, as shown in the easy opening portion 45H of Fig. 14, one of the convex portions 55 of the easy opening portion 45E shown in Fig. 9A may be provided in two or more. In the case where the connection portion 52 is provided with the convex portion 55 having the thickness D1 of the removal portion side end portion 52a thicker than the thickness D2 of the finger portion side end portion 52b of the connection portion, the removal portion side end of the connection portion 52 is provided. The cross-sectional area of the portion 52a does not need to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the finger end portion end portion 52b of the joint portion 52. According to the easy-opening portions (opening structures) 45F, 45G, and 45H, if the finger-fastening portions 47 are pulled as shown in FIGS. 11A to 11C, the side portion of the connecting portion 52 is removed. The base portion on the center side of the removal portion of the portion 52a serves as a fulcrum lever. The strong shear stress acts on the annular fracture portion 46a in the vicinity of the removal portion side end portion 52a of the connection portion 52, so that the ring can be easily formed. The broken portion 46a is broken. Further, in terms of making the connecting portion 52 less likely to be twisted during the opening operation, the cross-sectional area of the connecting portion 52 is set to a circular or elliptical shape as shown in FIG. 13, preferably as shown in FIG. 9A. As shown in Fig. 12, the rectangular portion is assumed to have a connecting portion 5 2 in a strip shape. By sufficiently widening the width W (Fig. 9A) of the removal portion side end portion 52a of the joint portion, the joint portion 52 is less likely to be twisted, so that the pulling direction of the finger portion 47 can be stabilized. Further, the width w is preferably equal to or equal to the thickness. 154,614. Doc 201144174 Further, the shape of the connecting portion 52 may be the connecting portion 52 from the removal portion side end portion 52 & to the finger fastening portion side end portion 52b of the connecting portion 52 as in the easy opening portion 451 shown in FIG. The cross-sectional area is set to be substantially constant. In this case, it is preferable to specify the thickness or rigidity of the joint portion 52 so as to pull the finger portion 47 onto the removal portion 51 (arrow a) as shown in Fig. 16A, and as shown in Fig. 16B. The finger portion 47 is pulled so as to be bent along the boundary portion of the connecting portion 52 and the removing portion 51 along the opening operation of the initial position of the front end 49 of the dispensing nozzle away from the connecting portion 52 (arrow b), and the connecting portion 52 is bent The portion 52 itself does not bend. According to the easy-opening portion 451, it is easy to apply a strong shear stress to the annular fracture portion 46& in the vicinity of the removal portion side end portion 52a of the joint portion 52, whereby the annular fracture portion 46a can be easily broken. As the easy opening portion of the present invention, the opening portion 45J of the removal portion 51 and the finger fastening portion 47 may be provided in the opening structure of the lower end portion of the removal portion 415. . In this case, after the finger portion π is reversed to the removal portion 51, the buckle portion is pulled obliquely upward. The easy opening portion of the present invention can take various aspects in a stepwise manner. For example, as shown in FIG. 18A, the refilling container 4QG may be provided with a ring break: a portion 46' to chamfer the front end portion of the cylindrical body 44, and is also set as a force point P°. The opening piece 6'' of the front end side end surface 491' of the cylindrical body surrounded by the J-like fracture portion 46. According to the refilling container, the opening piece 60 is pulled upward by the figure, so that the lowermost point of the annular breaking portion 46 facing the opening piece (10) can be applied as a fulcrum to make the easy opening part The 45K is rotated 'so that the easy-opening view can be easily removed. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 19A, the refill container 4〇H can be used as the easy 154614. Doc -21 - 201144174 The opening portion 45L is provided with an annular breaking portion 46 in the tubular body 44 so that the inclined injection port is opened at the front end portion of the tubular body 44, and is provided as a force point portion in the annular fracture portion. A grip portion 61 formed by a plate-like member that is bent in a semi-disc shape and which is formed by a front end portion end surface 49 of the cylindrical body surrounded by 46. The cross section of the grip portion 61 along the end surface 49 of the front end portion of the cylindrical body is curved in an inverse s-shape as shown in Fig. 9 (b). Therefore, when the easy-opening portion 45l is removed, the finger can be brought into contact with the curved portion of the grip portion 61, and as shown in FIG. 19B, the center axis of the front end portion end surface 49 of the cylindrical body is twisted and twisted. 61 ' thereby removing the easy opening portion 45L. The refill container 4〇1 shown in Fig. 20A is formed by the corrugated member forming the catch portion 61 in the refilled container surface of the circle 19. The refill container is also provided as shown in Fig. 20B, and the grip portion 61 can be twisted to remove the easy opening portion. Further, various modifications may be combined in the main container or the refill container of the present invention. For example, the easy opening portion of the present invention is not limited to being formed as a / main nozzle protruding from the top cover. It can also be formed as a main/outlet that protrudes directly from the top surface of the refilled container body. In the case of 5 hai, the bottom portion of the container body is pre-filled and the opening portion is filled in. The filling body is filled with the internal liquid from the opening portion of the bottom portion, and the opening of the bottom portion is sealed by heat sealing or the like after filling. Close it. A protective cover that can be detachably attached to the easy-opening cover can be attached. As shown in FIG. 21, when the main nozzle 48 is raised from the top cover 43, the protective cover 3U may cover the ejection nozzle 48 without covering the top cover 43, and may also be like the 6 vine cover 3ib shown. Both the dispensing nozzle 48 and the top cover 43 are covered. 154,614. Doc • 22· 201144174 Furthermore, the easy-opening portion of the refill container for carrying out the refilling method of the present invention may also be used with the nozzle-type. For example, the tip end portion of the nozzle which forms the pouring outlet at the tip end portion by the welding of the film may be closed, and the film may be peeled off during use. In addition, the top end portion may be chamfered with a top that is attached to the mouth of the container, and the top cover is different from the top cover that covers the mouth of the refilled container body during circulation, and is installed as a refilling device. A refilled special top cover that fills the mouth of the container body. Industrial Applicability The refilling method of the present invention is useful as a method of refilling a main container with a liquid material such as a lotion or an emulsion from a refill container.
