Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refill bottle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a liquid ejection container is known in which a vertical pump or a trigger type pump is detachably attached to a container body in which a mouth and neck part is erected from a cylindrical body part through a shoulder part. Conventionally, these containers are used as they are after they are used up, or are discarded as they are, or the pump is removed and the container body is discarded, and the pump is attached to a separately prepared replacement container body.
[0003]
The reason for using replacement containers is that it is uneconomical to dispose of pumps with complicated structures one by one, and in light of recent waste disposal circumstances, there is a demand to reduce the weight and bulk of waste as much as possible. And so on.
[0004]
When only these container bodies are exchanged, the container body supports the pump, so the thickness of its body is required as it is, and it is difficult to reduce the weight and bulk of the container body at the time of disposal. Refill bags or refill bottles are used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
These bags or bottles can be formed thinly without the need for a pump and satisfy the above requirements, but each has a troublesome handling when refilling. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the position of the spout, and when the spout is placed in the mouth of the container to be refilled, there is a risk of the liquid leaking out and splashing around. There are inconveniences that must be made. In the latter case, there is little problem that the spout is difficult to determine as in the bag, but since the liquid is injected by applying a part of the mouth and neck that is tilted to a part of the upper surface of the mouth of the container for refilling, the bag Similarly, there are problems such as scattering of liquid to the surroundings.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and there is no risk of scattering to the surroundings when refilling the liquid, and the liquid can be refilled quickly, and its weight and bulk are reduced as much as possible during disposal. Furthermore, the present invention proposes an excellent refill bottle that is easy to manufacture with little change in structure compared to conventional products.
[0007]

The outer peripheral surface of the thread 5 protruding from the outer periphery of the neck and neck portion 4 is configured to be able to be fitted between the front end surfaces of the locking protrusions 70 that are provided in the vertical projection. A flange 12 that abuts and locks to form the exhaust passage a is provided on the lower part of the outer periphery of the neck 4 .
[0011]
The fifth means is configured as follows. That is, in the fourth means, the flange 12 is configured to be a flange 12 in which the exhaust path forming recesses 13 are radially provided on the upper surface .
[0012]
The sixth means is configured as follows. That is, in the fourth means, the flange 12 is configured to be the flange 12 formed by drilling the through portion 16 for forming the exhaust passage .
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
The refill bottle A of the present invention has a connection structure with the refill container body B and is for refilling the stored liquid into the refill container body B. As the refill container body B, for example, As shown in FIG. 2, there is a configuration in which the mouth portion 40 is erected from the trunk portion 20 through the shoulder portion 30, and a thread 50 is provided on the outer periphery of the mouth portion 40 so as to protrude, Examples include those equipped with vertical pumps, trigger pumps, and the like.
[0015]
In the bottle A, the neck portion 4 that can be inserted into the mouth portion 40 of the container body B to be refilled in an inverted state from the trunk portion 2 through the shoulder portion 3 is raised. In the illustrated example, a thread 5 is provided on the outer periphery of the mouth / neck portion 4 so that a cap (not shown) is screwed. The body 2 may be formed thin for the purpose of reducing its weight and bulk as much as possible at the time of disposal, and the degree of thinness can be selected in various ways. For example, the shape retaining property can be maintained in a state where the liquid is stored. It is better to make it as thin as possible. However, it is of course possible to form the wall thickness of a normal synthetic resin bottle. The bottle A is made of a synthetic resin and can be formed by a molding method such as blow molding.
[0016]
Although various forms can be adopted as the connecting structure with the container body B for refilling, for example, as shown in the embodiments shown in FIGS. The thing which protruded and provided the fitting protrusion 6 which can be fitted and locked to the inner periphery of the opening 40 of the container body B for refilling is mentioned. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, these fitting projections 6 form an exhaust passage a in a mouth fitting state. Accordingly, the bottle neck portion 4 of the bottle A is inserted into the mouth portion 40, and the fitting protrusion 6 is fitted to the inner periphery of the mouth portion 40 so that the liquid can be refilled in a state where both are connected. The replacement air is discharged through the exhaust passage a when the liquid from the bottle A is injected.
[0017]
Various specific shapes of the fitting protrusion 6 can be adopted. In each of the above-described embodiments, the fitting protrusion 6 has a cylindrical shape having an L-shaped vertical section that fits from the inner surface to the upper surface of the container body mouth portion 40 to be refilled. Is provided with a cut groove 7 for forming an exhaust passage that vertically cuts in a L shape. Then, the mouth / neck portion 4 is inserted into the mouth portion 40, the fitting protrusion 6 is fitted from the upper surface of the mouth portion 40 to the upper surface of the mouth portion 40, and the container body B and the bottle A are connected. The cut groove 7 is formed so as to form the exhaust passage a. In each of the above-described embodiments, the flange 8 is integrally provided on the upper surface of the mouth / neck portion 4 and the lower surface of the fitting projection 6 is integrally connected to the upper surface thereof. Further, the fitting projection 6 is not limited to being formed at the lower portion of the mouth and neck as described above, but can be formed over the upper portion of the mouth and neck or the entire outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion. Further, the fitting projection 6 has been described above. Instead of a cylindrical shape having an L-shaped cross section, it is also possible to configure with a thread.
[0018]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the engaging protrusion 9 is provided on the outer periphery of the fitting protrusion 6 to engage with the engaging groove 60 formed in the inner periphery of the mouth 40 of the container body B to be refilled. As shown in FIG. 4, the engagement protrusion 9 is fitted and locked in the engagement groove 60 in the mouth-fitted state, and the engagement between the fitting protrusion 6 and the mouth-neck portion 4 is made stronger. The example which made the connection of the container body B and the bottle A stronger was shown. In the connection structure in this case, the container mouth portion 40 also needs to be configured as an engagement groove, and the connection becomes strong, but there is a difficulty in using a conventional ordinary container body. The engaging groove 60 can be formed, for example, by forming a container body B by a molding method such as blow molding and then performing a recessing process.
[0019]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 shows an example in which an intermittent portion 10 is provided on the thread 5 at the position of the kerf 7 in the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0020]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 6 shows an example in which, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the kerf 7 is wide and provided in four places. Thus, the number, width, etc. of the kerf 7 may be appropriately selected according to various factors such as the size of the bottle A and the size of the gap between the mouth portion 40 and the mouth neck portion 4.
[0021]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 shows an example in which a notch 11 is provided in the flange 8 portion at the position of each groove 7 in the mouth fitting state in the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0022]
The bottle A has a cap (not shown) screwed onto the neck 4 before use, and the cap is removed during use, and the neck 4 is inserted into the mouth 40 of the container body B to be refilled. Then, the fitting protrusion 6 is fitted from the inner peripheral upper portion of the mouth portion 40 to the upper surface to connect both, and the stored liquid is injected into the container body B. At this time, the air in the container body B is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage a from between the outer periphery of the mouth / neck portion 4 and the inner periphery of the mouth portion 40.
[0023]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, as the connection structure with the container body B to be refilled, the outer peripheral surface of the thread 5 drilled in the outer periphery of the mouth-and-neck portion 4 is arranged in a plurality of lengths with a circumferential interval in the inner periphery of the mouth 40. An example is shown in which it is configured to be able to be fitted over between the front end surfaces of the protruding locking projections 70. Further, in the present embodiment, the flange 12 that forms an exhaust passage a by abutting and locking with the upper surface of the mouth portion 40 in the mouth fitting state is provided projectingly at the lower outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 4.
[0024]
The shape of each locking projection 70 can be any shape that can fit and lock the outer peripheral surface of the screw 5 and can discharge air from the gap between them. For example, as shown in FIG. For example, a rectangular shape in front view along the inner surface is used.
[0025]
This embodiment shows an example in which recesses 13 for forming exhaust passages are formed radially on the upper surface of the flange 12, and a plurality of ridges 14 that cross from the base end to the outer edge are provided on the upper surface of the flange 12 in the circumferential direction. The space between the protrusions 14 is formed as a recess 13. Then, the bottle A is turned upside down, and the mouth and neck portion 4 is inserted into the mouth portion 40, and then the outer periphery of the thread 5 is spanned and fitted between the front end surfaces of the locking projections 70. The tip end surface of the strip 14 is in contact with the upper surface of the mouth portion 40, and the exhaust passage a is formed between the projections 14.
[0026]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, a plurality of grooves 15 for forming exhaust passages in the circumferential direction are provided on the upper surface of the flange 12, and each recess 15 is formed so as to form an exhaust passage a in the fitted state of the mouth. ing. The number and thickness of the protrusions 14 and the concave grooves 15 may be appropriately selected according to various factors such as the size of the bottle and the size of the gap between the mouth neck and the mouth.
[0027]
Further, the embodiment shown in FIG. 12 shows an example in which a through-hole 16 for forming an exhaust passage is formed in the flange 12. In this embodiment, the through portion is formed as a notch that crosses outward from the base end of the flange 12, but the through portion may be formed as a through hole at a predetermined position of the flange. Further, the number of the through portions may be provided at one place, or may be two or more, and is appropriately determined in consideration of various factors such as the size of the bottle A and the width of the gap between the mouth neck portion 4 and the mouth portion 40. Just choose.
[0028]
The bottle A of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 to 12 has a cap (not shown) screwed onto the neck 4 before use, and the cap is removed during use, and the mouth of the container body B to be refilled. The neck portion 4 is inserted into the portion 40, and the outer peripheral surface of the thread 5 is spanned and fitted between the front end surfaces of the respective locking projections 70, and the upper surface of the flange 12 is brought into contact with and locked to the upper surface of the mouth portion 40. The exhaust path a is formed to connect both, and the stored liquid is injected into the container body B. At this time, the air in the container body B is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage a from between the respective locking projections 70.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the refill bottle of the present invention erects the neck portion 4 that can be inserted into the mouth portion 40 of the container body B to be refilled, and is fitted to the inner periphery of the container body mouth portion 40 at the lower outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 4. Since the fitting projection 6 is formed so as to form the exhaust passage a in the fitted state of the mouth, the container body for refilling can be performed quickly without spilling the liquid when refilling the liquid. The liquid can be refilled into B. In addition, the structure can be easily manufactured without requiring a special complicated structure because it is only necessary to provide a fitting protrusion having a special configuration on the outer periphery of the mouth neck.
[0030]
Further, the fitting protrusion 6 is provided with a cut groove 7 for forming an exhaust passage that has an L-shaped longitudinal section that fits from the inner periphery to the upper surface of the mouth portion 40 and that is vertically cut into an L-shape. In this case, the mouth / neck portion can be stably fitted to the mouth portion.
[0031]
Further, an engaging ridge 9 is provided on the outer periphery of the fitting protrusion 6 provided with the cut groove 7 as described above to engage with the engaging groove 60 formed in the inner periphery of the opening 40. In this case, the container body and the bottle can be more reliably engaged with each other, and there is no risk of detachment even if the bottle body is squeezed during liquid injection.
[0032]
In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the thread 5 provided on the outer periphery of the neck and neck portion 4 between the front ends of the locking protrusions 70 provided with a plurality of vertical protrusions at circumferential intervals in the inner periphery of the container body mouth portion 40. The flange 12 is formed so as to project from the lower part of the outer periphery of the neck 4 of the mouth and neck. In this case, similarly, when refilling the liquid, the liquid can be quickly refilled into the container body B to be refilled without spilling the liquid.
[0033]
Further, in the bottle provided with the flange 12 for forming the exhaust path a, the upper surface is provided with the flange 12 having the recesses 13 for forming the exhaust path formed radially, or the exhaust path is formed. In the case where the flange 12 formed by drilling the through portion 16 is provided, the structure is extremely simple and has the advantage of being easily manufactured.
