在此,雖上述專利文獻3所記載的習知原稿壓合板開 閨裝置正被開發中,但記載於此專利文獻3的原稿壓合板 開闔裝置係開啟原稿壓合板時,藉由連結臂從閉閨狀態開 啟該原稿壓合板時以及從指定的開啟角度閉闔該原稿壓 合板時,可使原稿壓合板水平地上下動作。然而,連結臂 的兩端部所組裝的限制銷其中之1插人形式設置於固 定側轉轴體所形成的凸輪溝,另一限制銷以插入形式設置 於第二可動側轉軸體所形成的凸輪溝,因此,原稿壓合板 的升降動作無法順暢,再加上連結臂的動作被凸輪溝的形 狀限制,因此,難以複雜地控制第二可動側轉軸體的動 作。因此,原稿壓合板在升降狀態開啟,在9〇度全開時, 原稿壓合板的後部於機器本體的後方突出,將具有難以放 置事務機器於牆邊的問題。 【發明内容】 β為了解決習知技術的上述問題,本發明之第一目的為 提供-種原稿壓合板開置,其係從閉閨的狀離開啟原 稿壓合板時,以及從指定的開啟角度閉闔原稿壓合板時, 使该原稿壓合板在水平狀態於接觸玻璃的上面順暢地上 201138597 升、下降。 本發明之另一目的為提供一種原稿壓合板開闔裝 置,其係從閉闔狀態開啟原稿壓合板時,最初係可水平地 上升,接著從指定的開啟角度使原稿壓合板反轉而回復至 原位置。 為了達成上述目的,依據本發明之一種原稿壓合板開 闔裝置,其包括一組裝元件、一支撐元件、一升降元件、 一彈性手段及一連結機構。組裝元件係組裝於事務機器的 機器本體。支撐元件係藉由一第一轉軸桿而能轉動地軸支 於組裝元件。升降元件係組裝於原稿壓合板,且與支撐元 件重合時,藉由一第二轉軸桿而能轉動地軸支於支撐元件 之活動端部,其轉動方向係與支樓元件的轉動方向相反。 彈性手段係設置於組裝元件與支撐元件之間,且使原稿壓 合板於開啟方向呈轉動態勢。連結機構係隨著該原稿壓合 板的開闔操作以控制升降元件的轉動。其中連結機構係包 括一第一連結臂、一第二連結臂及一凸輪手段。第一連結 臂係一端部能轉動地組裝於組裝元件之一側。第二連結臂 係一端部能轉動地組裝於升降元件之一側,而其另一端部 係藉由連結手段而與第一連結臂的另一端部互相能轉動 地連結。凸輪手段係作用於連結手段。 更進一步,本發明之一種原稿壓合板開闔裝置包括一 組裝元件、一支撐元件、一升降元件、一凸輪滑件、一彈 連結臂係一端部能轉動地組裝於升降元件之一側,且其另 一端部係藉由連結手段而與第一連結臂的另一端部互相 能轉動地連結。凸輪手段係作用於連結手段。 在上述的各發明中,第一連結臂係其一端部能轉動地 軸設於第一轉軸桿。 在本發明中,具有作動元件的元件係使第二連結臂的 一端部能轉動地軸設於作動元件。 在本發明中,凸輪手段係由組裝於連結手段的一第一 凸輪元件及與第一凸輪元件觸接且設置於凸輪滑件的第 二凸輪元件構成。 又,在本發明中,連結手段係固定於第一連結臂,且 係使第二連結臂為能轉動地軸設的一連結桿,第一凸輪元 件係固定於連結桿。 接著,本發明之一種事務機器,其係應用上述的原稿 壓合板開闔裝置的事務機器。 若本發明如請求項1構成,藉由在連結機構的活動狀 態且作用於凸輪手段的連結手段,第一連結臂及第二連結 臂使原稿壓合板的升降動作順暢,使得提升操作性的效果 奏效。 更進一步,本發明藉由連結手段所設置的凸輪手段控 制升降元件的轉動,能夠使得原稿壓合板從閉闔位置至指 定的開啟角度水平上升、下降而開啟,從指定的開啟角度 14 201138597 係可使原稿壓合板回復至元位置而完成—般的開闔動作 本發明更進一步的效果將在以下的說明中。 【實施方式】 以下將根據附加圖示詳細說明本發明之— ,板開闔裝置及應用此原稿壓合板開闔裝置的事務相
