Description

201103841 VI. Description of the Invention [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a container in which a fluid such as a drug is stored and transported. In particular, it relates to a container for a fluid having a joint for discharging a fluid. [Prior Art] For example, a medicine such as a photoresist liquid is stored in a medicine container for transportation and then shipped to a manufacturing factory. Such a pharmaceutical container has a repeated use of the same container, and a disposable method of using the new container each time. In particular, in order not to affect the purity of a high-purity drug, it is preferable to use a disposable container, but it has a so-called uneconomical disadvantage. In recent years, a composite storage type container in which the above two methods are combined has been popularized. In general, the composite storage type container has a bag in which the inner container is made of a flexible film such as polyolefin and the injection port is joined to the inner container. The bag body is placed in the outer container to form a double-layer container. After the medicine is discharged from the bag body, the bag body is discarded, and then the medicine is filled in the new bag body. Further, a member for causing a fluid to flow into a joint such as a discharge or an outer container such as a metal is repeatedly used (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2). [Provisional Technical Document] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 6-100087 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2008-7154-5-201103841 [Summary of the Invention] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] FIG. This is a diagram shown in Patent Document 1, and is a state diagram in which a cap is attached. The present invention is the third drawing of Patent Document 1. Further, in Fig. 6, a sectional view of the upper end of the container is a state in which the container adapter is assembled. Figure 6 of the first contribution of this case. In the fifth and sixth figures, according to the patent document, the container 7 and the dispenser are: an outer container 7 1 6 having a cornice 7 1 8 and a draining and exporting tube with a pipe joint 724 joined to the upper portion. Called the liquid pipe) 722. The pipe joint is insertable at a port (hereinafter, referred to as a "tube" 794 at the upper end, and at a distance of 7 7 6 . The container 7, and further, has a side and space 7 7 The rupturable 8 that passes through the gas on the tip end portion of the mounting body 718 is interposed with an intermediate sealing member 727, and the probe having the fluid passage 844 is provided with a compressed fluid passage 'the compressed fluid 3 8 4 6, Figure 5 of the section through the tube 794, the pipe joint 724, and the tip end of the probe vessel is equivalent to the patent document 1 and the liquid for discharging the liquid. The container shown in Fig. 1 has a container 8 and is provided with a fluid passage tube (in this case, a liquid 724 which is a mounting body) 718 and is provided with an empty outer container 7 at its upper end. The internal air passage 7 82 of the 16 and the sealing material 727 are provided. The distributor enters the space 790 (probe) 846 °, and the path is connected to the fluid path 201103841 8 44 of the probe head 846, and accommodates the container from the outer side. 7 1 6 liquid medicines to be discharged. Figure 5 and In Fig. 6, the outer container 716 has a mouth portion 716a formed with an external thread, and a holder 719 and a mounting body 718 are mounted in the middle of the mouth portion 716a. The container 7 is a bag formed of a flexible film. The body 720 is disposed inside the outer container 716. After the mounting body 718 having the bag body 720 is attached to the mouth portion 716a of the outer container 716, and before the liquid medicine is filled in the bag body 72 0, it is preferable to borrow The bag body 720 is filled with the liquid medicine via the mounting body 718. Next, the dip tube 722 and the pipe joint 724 of the dip tube 722 are inserted into the mounting body 718. The cover 726, The rupturable sealing material 727 is placed on the top end portion of the mounting body 718 and the space 776 is sealed. Further, a cap 728 may be provided at the mouth of the lid 726 of the container 7 to form the rupturable sealing material 727. During the transportation and handling of the container 7, all of the gas generated in the flexible bag 720 can flow through the gas passage formed by the pipe joint 724 of the dip tube 722, and accumulate Set in the dip tube 722 The space at the upper end of the pipe joint 724 is 72. The container 7 shown in Patent Document 1 is provided with a rupturable sealing material 727, and the probe 846 is pierced by the probe 846 provided in the distributor 8, so that the probe 846 is provided. It can be inserted into the space 790 (refer to Fig. 6). In such a composite container, the bag body 720 as the inner container and the mounting body 718 are usually in an integrated state as a note. The packaging bag for export is supplied. Since the bag with the spout is disposable after 201103841, it has various configurations and sizes depending on the function or price. It is not only the bag part, but also has various subtle shapes and sizes. s difference. Therefore, it is possible to store different types of packaging bags with injection ports in a range that does not impair the function of the composite container. For example, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, a packaging bag with a spout as shown in Fig. 7 is disclosed. As shown in Fig. 7, the bag body 12 of the bag with the spout is formed into a bag body by forming a heat seal portion on the outer periphery of at least two or more films, and is placed in the heat seal portion.
