Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag, particularly a packaging bag for storing a tube enteral nutrient, a tube enteral liquid food, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Tubes enteral nutrients (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as nutrients) and tube enteral liquid foods (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as fluids) are various packaging containers such as cans, paper containers, pouches and bottles. Among them, the pouch type is excellent in sealing and handling properties and is often used. The pouch type generally has a spout, and a tube is connected to the spout for administration. Especially in the case of nutrients, it is diluted according to the patient's condition at the time of initial introduction and used when stable. It is common to replenish deficient drugs and water. If there is only a spout, such operations are not possible or limited, and it is opened by interrupting administration and using the spout as a replenishing port or by cutting off a part of the pouch. There was a need to replenish. This is a complicated work, and there are also problems in hygiene management such as the spout and the opening being contaminated and opening more than necessary.
[0003]
In order to solve the above problems, some have an inlet composed of a detachable cap or the like, but the inlet having a complicated structure is separately formed and attached, and the sealing performance until use is maintained. In addition, there is a problem that the manufacturing process becomes complicated and the cost is increased, for example, an inner seal made of a film or the like is provided inside the inlet.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that can be replenished with moisture from the outside during use, such as drug administration, is excellent in handleability and hygiene management, is easy to manufacture, and is advantageous in cost. To do.
[0005]

The present invention is a packaging bag formed by sealing the peripheral portions of a plurality of film pieces, the packaging bag having a gusset portion on the bottom surface portion, and a protruding portion facing obliquely upward at one corner of the upper side of the packaging bag. 1 or 2 or more semi-rigid or hard cylindrical bodies are embedded between the film pieces constituting the protrusion, and a spout member is mounted separately from the protrusion, and the spout member is a protrusion. The packaging bag is characterized in that it is provided on a side opposite to the portion and further has a hanging means capable of hanging the packaging bag on the side near the projection .
[0006]
A semi-rigid or hard cylindrical body is embedded and sealed between the film pieces of the protrusions provided on one side of the packaging bag, so that it can be completely sterilized and the inlet is hygienic until the protrusions are opened. It can be easily manufactured at low cost.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[Embodiment 1]
The packaging bag which is an example of embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 1 is a front view of the packaging bag, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the spout member is opened in the packaging bag of FIG. It is an enlarged view of the projection part which forms an inlet_port | entrance. In the packaging bag of FIG. 1, the main body portion 2 of the packaging bag 1 is formed as a seal portion 7 (indicated by hatching in the figure) by sealing the peripheral portions of the three film pieces. As shown in FIG. 2, the main part of the main body is configured with the film pieces 2 a and 2 b facing each other, and only the bottom surface portion 9 is arranged so that the film piece 2 c is interposed between the film pieces 2 a and 2 b, and is a gusset portion. It is formed in a shape. By providing the gusset portion, the self-supporting property of the packaging bag is improved and the accommodation amount is also increased. The contents are filled by filling the contents from the unsealed portion and sealing the unsealed portion after forming another portion with only a part of the upper end portion 8 of the packaging bag as the unsealed portion. In addition, the notch parts 14 and 14 are provided in the side part of the film piece 2c which forms a gusset part for the form stabilization of a packaging bag lower part.
[0008]
One side of the main body portion 2 of the packaging bag 1 is provided with a protrusion 3 at a portion where the planar shape is partially cut out inward. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 (a), the protrusion 3 is a semi-rigid or rigid pipe-like cylinder between the film pieces constituting the protrusion (2a and 2b in FIG. 4 (b)). The body 4 is embedded. The cylindrical body 4 is in close contact with each other at the seal portion where the film piece is bent using a pressing die at the time of forming the seal portion (7a, 7a in FIG. Is pressed into close contact with the film piece. When it is necessary to inject water, a diluent, a medicine, etc. at the time of use, a protrusion such as 11 shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. When the tip of the part is removed and opened, the injection port 12 is formed, and the injection is performed from the injection port 12 into the packaging bag. The packaging bag 1 is provided with a notch 13 as an opening means on one side of the seal portion on the side of the protruding portion 3 so that it can be easily opened by hand. Moreover, the lower part 10 of the protrusion part 3 is formed in the shape which the film piece swelled outside, and when an injection port is formed, replenishment from the outside to the inside of the package body becomes easy.
[0009]
A spout member 5 is attached to the packaging bag 1 at a position facing the projection 3. The spout member 5 serves as a spout when opened, and is used to pour out the contents to the outside by connecting a tube or the like to the spout. As shown in FIG. 3, the spout member 5 is a member formed integrally with a mounting portion 5 c having a thin boat shape at both ends for attaching to the packaging bag body, and a hollow tube 5 b serving as a spout, It is comprised from the cap 5a fitted to it, and the attaching part 5c is attached to a packaging bag main body by heat bonding etc. The distal end portion of the tube 5b is sealed with a sealing material to be sealed, and the cap 5a is attached from the viewpoint of protection of the seal portion and hygiene management. The unsealing for dispensing is performed by removing the cap 5a and peeling off the sealing material.
[0010]
The packaging bag 1 further has a through-hole 6 penetrating the film piece as a suspending means capable of suspending the packaging bag in the seal portion in the vicinity of the protrusion 3. By hanging the packaging bag 1 by hooking a jig in the through-hole 6, the spout member 5 is disposed below, and the items to be dispensed from the spout member 5 and the protrusions disposed above are disposed. Replenishment from the inlet 12 formed by opening the portion 3 is facilitated.
[0011]
[Embodiment 2]
FIG. 5 shows an enlarged view of the protruding portion of the packaging bag which is another example of the embodiment of the present invention. This packaging bag has the same configuration as that of the packaging bag of the first embodiment except for the configuration of the cylindrical body in the protruding portion. That is, two ring-shaped cylinders 24 and 24 'are used as the cylinder. The cylindrical bodies 24, 24 ′ are arranged between the film pieces (22a, 22b in FIG. 5B) in a state where they are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. At the time of forming the seal part (17a, 17a in FIG. 5B), the film piece is pressed to be in close contact with each other at the place where the film piece is bent using a pressing die, and is in close contact with the film piece. The space between the cylindrical bodies 24 and 24 'is formed hollow. When it is necessary to inject water, a diluent, a medicine, etc. during use, a portion such as 31 shown in FIG. When the tip is removed and opened, the inlet 32 is formed. Notches 33 and 33 'are provided as opening means on both sides of the seal portion on the side of the protrusion. By adopting such a configuration of the protrusion, the cylindrical body has less contact with the film piece, and when the cylindrical body is pressed against the film piece, the cylindrical part is present, particularly the film piece is damaged during sealing. Even if damage occurs, it is easy to find damage because there are many exposed parts inside the film piece when inspecting for air leakage to prevent leakage when filling the contents. .
[0012]
When the cylindrical body has a plurality of ring shapes, the rings may be connected to each other. As such a shape, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, two rings 44 and 44 ′ are integrally connected by two connecting rods 45 and 45 ′, or three rings 54 and 54 ′. , 54 ″ are integrally connected by a connecting rod 55.
[0013]
