201103837 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種板狀體之承載裝置及運送車輛,特別 係關於一種承載有積層並收納複數塊大型尺寸玻璃板之收 納拖架的板狀體之承載裝置、以及輸送承載有收納拖架之 承載裝置的運送車輛 【先前技術】 在積層並收納有複數塊被稱為第10代尺寸之約3200x 3000(mm)大小之母玻璃基板的收容板中,即便短边尺寸亦 超出3300mm,故而於水平狀態下無法裝入卡車容器中。 一般而言’上述收納拖架係在以特定角度傾斜之狀態下 被輸送。其原因在於,若將大型尺寸之母玻璃基板以水平 狀態進行搬送’則在輸送時運送車輛之寬度會變得過大, 從而違反公路行車時的道路交通法規。 於專利文獻1中,揭示出一種傾斜地承載面板之面板搬 送容器。如專利文獻丨之圖丨所示,面板搬送容器之構成 為:於轉向架之前部及後部設置有具有樞支部的支持台, 在以可自由旋轉之方式與頂部連結之一對支持框架之下端 部’於支持台之高度方向之中間部設置有能向外側自由旋 動的中間鉸鏈,並且設置有面板支持構件,其係將玻璃板 等之面板以倚靠於在組裝時立起成大致山形狀之支持框架 ^狀態進行支持。如專利文獻1之圖4所示,將面板搬送容 益以包容支持框架等之方式進行摺疊而成為簡潔的包裝外 形,從而可減小保管所需之空間。 144501.doc 201103837 又’於專利文獻2中,揭示出—種傾斜地承載板玻璃之 板玻璃輸送用容器。專利文獻2之圖1所示之裝置之構成 為:在至少可卸除上部構件之箱型容器之内部設置有支持 構件及基部限制構件,將板玻璃在積層有複數塊之狀態下 加以支承的剖面為L字狀之板破璃支承構件以與上述兩構 件卡合之狀態進行收容並可取出。於該裝置中,如專利文 獻2之圖2所示,利用起重機等懸吊設備吊起收容有板玻璃 堆两機來搬送收納拖架以將其承載於水平姿勢狀態之承載 台上。接著,利用電動裝置使承載台傾斜,並保持於特定 之傾斜姿勢。藉此,即便為大型尺寸之玻璃基板,亦可實 現承载於容器等中之應用。 然而,對於該電動可倒式承載裝置而言,因大規模的一 整套電動裝置而使電動可倒式承載裝置變得大型化,故而 存在有必需使用專用拖車(trailer)之問題。 本發月係蓉於上述情形而完成者,其目的在於提供—種 可藉由簡潔的結構而不使用專用拖車來收納並輸送大型板 狀體之板狀體之承載裝置及運送車輛。 解決問題之技術機構 為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種板狀體之承載裝置, 其特徵在於:其係承載將複數個板狀體積層並收納之收納 拖架以便進行輸送者,其包括基台與承載台,上述承載台 係以可自由傾動之方式被軸支於上述基台上且承載上述收 14450I.doc 201103837 納拖架,並於該收納拖架被承載之狀態下,在水平姿勢及 特定之傾斜姿勢之間自由地傾動,且於上述承載台上,設 置有卡合於外部傾動機構以便使該承載台傾動之卡合部。 根據本發明之板狀體之承載裝置,軸支於基台上之承載 台係於承載有收納拖架之狀態下在水平狀態及特定之傾斜 狀態之間自由地傾動,故而當承載台為水平狀態時,可使 用堆高機等將收納拖架承載於承載台之承載位置,並且可 使用堆高機等將收納拖架從上述承載位置搬出。因此,無 需如先前所述之吊起收納拖架之起重機等較大的作業設 備,從而可效率良好地進行收納拖架之承載作業。 又,在將承載裝置搭載於運送車輛上並輸送收納拖架 時,使承載台於特定之傾斜姿勢下進行輸送。藉此,即便 對於收納有大型板狀體之收納拖架,亦能不使用專用拖車 而進行輸送。 另-方面’當承載台要從上述的水平姿勢向特定之傾斜 以下’根據隨附圖式,對本發明之板狀體之承載裝置及 運送車輛之較佳實施形態進行說明。 圖1係表示實施形態之板狀體之承載裝置中所承載的收 納拖架1 〇之一例之全體立體圖。 於該圖所示之收納拖架1G上,將複數塊、例如8g〜i5〇塊 的矩形狀之玻璃板G水平地、且玻璃板⑽互間經由比玻 璃板G之尺寸大的矩形狀之紙墊板(未圖示)而積層並收 、内實細形態中所不之玻璃板G係用於平板顯示器⑺以 Panel 〇例如係由紹合金或不鏽鋼所製作。該台座12係以如下方 式構成:製作2台由複數個框架材20、20.··縱橫組裝成格 子狀的組裝構件’並以使該2台組裝構件之格子面大致平 行之方式使用框架材2〇、20…組裝而構成。 於台座12之整個側面上,插入有堆高機8〇(參照圖 5A〜5D)之一對又架82、82之開口部22、22(參照圖〇係在 台座12之一側面上至少設有2處。於台座12上,設置有載 置板18 ’該載置板18係由未圖示之飾面材及振動吸收用緩 衝材所構成》 疋位構件14、16配置於台座12之4個側面,且其係以夾 持經由紙墊板而積層之玻璃板G之方式來按壓所積層之玻 璃板G之側面者。定位構件丨4係以熔接等方式固定於台座 12或載置板18上,不能裝卸。另一方面,定位構件16係以 螺絲等能裝卸式地安裝於台座12或載置板18上。其原因在 於,在將玻璃板G收納於收納拖架1〇上時,不使定位構件 16成為阻礙。另一方面,定位構件14係用以在將玻璃板g 載置於收納拖架10上時進行玻璃板G之位置對準。 再者,定位構件14亦與定位構件16同樣地能裝卸,但從 積層之玻璃板G之位置精度及必要之剛性之觀點而言,較 好的是被固定成不能裝卸。 上述收納拖架10被一定寬度之包裝構件所纏繞,並於該 狀態下承載於圖2、圖3所示之承載裝置3〇中。而且,收納 拖架10經由4個部位的U字配件(夫圖千、*如糾 丁 I木圔不)並利用蝶形螺絲 144501.doc -10- 201103837 (未圖示)而固定於承載台34上。再者,較好的是,在上述 包裝構件與玻璃板(3之間介有空氣袋(air bag)以使破璃板〇 在運送時不破損。又,亦可利用捆綁帶(lashing kh)等之 固疋治具將玻璃板G夾隔緩衝材而固定於收納拖架⑺上。 圖2、圖3所示之承載裝置3〇係搭載於圖4所示之卡車(運送 車辆)4。内之裝載台42上。另外,圖4中圖示u台承載: 置30,但亦可將複數台承載裝置3〇並排搭載於卡車仂之行 進方向上。 圖2係承載裝置30之前視圖,圖3係圖2所示之承載裝置 之右側視圖’其係下述的承载台34處於圖2之二點鍵線 所不之水平姿勢之狀態的右側視圖。再者,由於承载裝置 1〇並非左右相同結構,故而圖2所示之S載裝置30之左側 視圖與圖3所示之右側視圖並不相同。 如該等圖所示,承載裝置3〇係由基台32及承載台Μ構 成基台32及承載台34例如係間或不鏽鋼作為材料而 基台32係藉由螺栓等之締結構件(未圖示)以可自由裝卸 之方式固定於如圖4之卡車4〇之裝載台42上。即,實施形 態之承載裝置3。係相對於卡車4〇而可自由裝卸地搭載者; 又於基台32上,設置有可自由傾動地軸支如圖2、圖3之 承載台34的軸承44、44、及作為姿勢保持構件之具備鬆緊 向。進而’軸50固定於承載台34之大致中央部。 圖2、圖3所示之具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤牝係安裝於構成 基台32之平台52之兩側的2個部位,且將圖2中實線所示之 特定傾斜姿勢的承載台34於該傾斜姿勢下進行保持。該具 備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤46之結構廣為周知,一方之卡釣54卡 合於平台52上之銷56,另一方之卡鉤S8卡合於承載台34之 圖2中右側下部所設之銷60。於該狀態下將具備鬆緊螺旋 扣的卡鉤46之套筒62緊固,藉以將承載台34經由具備鬆緊 螺旋扣的卡鉤46而相對於平台52進行固定,並且將承載台 3 4保持於特定之傾斜姿勢。 另一方面,具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤48係安裝於構成基台 32之支柱64之側面之兩側的2個部位,且將圖2中二點鏈線 所示之水平姿勢之承載台34於該水平姿勢下進行保持。該 具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤48之一方之卡鉤66卡合於支柱64上 所固定之銷68,另一方之卡鉤70卡合於承載台34之圖2中 左側下部所設之銷72 ^於該狀態下將具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡 鉤48之套筒74緊固,藉以將承載台34經由具備鬆緊螺旋扣 的卡鉤48而相對於支柱64進行固定,並且將承載台34保持 於水平姿勢。 再者’已例示具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤、48作為姿勢保 持構件,但並不限定於此,只要為可將承載台34以水平姿 I44501.doc 12 201103837 勢、特定之傾斜姿勢進行保持之構件,則任意的構件均可 使用。然而,使用具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤46、48具有如下 優點:僅以手動作業來轉動套筒62、74便可簡單且確實地 保持上述姿勢。 承載台34係將複數個框架材組合所構成,並形成有載置 收納拖㈣之載置面。於承载台34之下面,安裝有抽5〇, 該軸⑽以自由旋轉之方式被如上所述之軸_、44所支 持。 接下來,對如上所構成之承载裝置3〇之作用進行說明。 首先,參照圖5Α〜5D來說明收納拖架1〇之卸下順序。再 者,圖5A〜5D所示之承載裝置3〇係搭載於圖6所示 4〇之裝載台42上者。 在卡車4〇到達目的地後,將覆蓋卡車4〇之裝載台42之圖 6中的蛇腹罩76向駕敬座湖滑動並摺疊,敞開卡車做 裝載台42,露出傾斜搭載有如圖5八之收納拖架此承載裝 鬆開對承載裝置30之承載台34之下部與基台32加以固定 之具備鬆緊螺旋扣的卡鉤46,從銷6〇上卸除卡鉤%來昭 時,為了不讓又架82脫離金屬圓管84而導致收納拖架1〇從 承載台34上落下,一面注意叉架82相對於金屬圓管料之掛 住的情況,一面使叉架8 2上升。 再者,於實施形態中,已例示構成承載台34之金屬圓管 84作為卡合部’但並不限定於此。例如,亦可於承載台μ 上重新設置卡合於叉架82之卡合部。然而,若重新設置卡 合4,則承載台3 4之零件數量會增加,故而宜將構成承載 台34之金屬圓管84或鋼材作為卡合部。卡合部之位置較好 的是承載台34易傾動之位置,例如,如圖6般位於承載台 34傾斜之狀態的下端部。於該位置上,作為構成承載台 之梁之金屬圓管84會向水平方向延設,故而宜將該金屬圓 官84作為卡合部而利用。又,於叉架82升降時可相對於又 架82而良好地滑動,故而較好的是卡合部係如金屬圓管料 之剖面形狀為圓形狀。 如圖5C所標使承載台34為水平狀態後,接著,將具備鬆 緊螺旋扣的卡鉤48之卡鉤66掛到基台32側之銷68上,並且 將卡鉤70掛到承載台34侧之銷72上,然後,輕微地緊固套 筒74。 進而’為了在卡鉤66、70從銷68、72上脫落時進行支 承’在承载台34之上部與卡車40之裝載台42之間掛設有鏈 吊車(cham block)用卡鉤之鏈(未圖示),將承載台34固定 於卡車40側。 鬆開並卸下對收納拖架10與承載台34加以固定之U字配 144501.doc ’將卡鉤70從銷72上卸除,並且卸除鏈吊車用卡鉤之 鏈’解除承載台34相對於基台32及卡車40之固定。 —面讓又架82承受金屬圓管84之重量,一面使叉架82下 降’藉以緩慢地放低金屬圓管84並使承載台34傾斜。於承 載台34之傾斜結束後,輕微地緊固螺旋扣46,松松地固定 承載台34與基台32。 最後’將具備齡緊螺旋扣的卡鉤48利用繩子等固定於基 台32上,此後,罩上卡車4〇之蛇腹罩76以利用蛇腹罩%覆 蓋裝載台42。 藉由以上動作,可將承載台34放置於裝載台42上。 如上所述,根據實施形態之承載裝置3〇,軸支於基台Μ 上之承載台34會在承載有收納拖架1〇之狀態下在水平狀態 與特定之傾斜狀態之間自由地傾動,故而當承載台“為水 平狀態時,可使用堆高機80將收納拖架1〇承載於承載台Μ 之承載位置,並且可使用堆高機崎收納拖架職該承載 位置搬出。 傾動時,以及要從特定之傾料姿勢向水平姿勢傾動時,藉 由以下方法進行:使堆高機80之叉架82卡合於承載台w上 所叹之金屬圓管84,並利用堆高機8〇使承载台34傾動。 因此’根據實施形態之承載裝置30,收納拖架ig之承載 中雖使用有承载台34,但未設置電動傾斜驅動褒置,故而 承載裝置30變得簡潔,因此,即便不使用專用拖車,亦能 將大型的母玻璃基板收納於收納拖架1〇上並進行輸送。
