[Prior Art] In wall material installation work at building construction sites, each ALC board, etc., laminated on the floor weighs between 150 and 300 yen.
Normally, two to four workers manually load each wall material weighing 0 kg onto a trolley and transport it to the installation site. Furthermore, a wall material transporting machine is known in which a clamp member is attached to the body of a traveling vehicle, and the wall material is clamped by the clamp member and transported to a mounting location.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] Wall materials generally have two sides, and ALC boards are usually shipped from manufacturers in a stack of 5 to 8 sheets with the front facing up.
They are delivered to the construction site as is, stacked in layers and placed on the floor in piles. In addition, for reasons such as the installation process, it is necessary to turn the wall material upside down and place it face down on a trolley, so it is not necessary to manually input the wall material, which is heavy, and place it on the trolley. It is difficult to do this, and a wall material transporter cannot turn the clamped wall material upside down and place it on a trolley. In addition, the installation location of wall materials is moved sequentially depending on the work, but since wall materials made of multiple layers are placed in places where they will not interfere with the work, such as in the corners of the floor, it is difficult to carry them by hand using a cart. However, if a wall material transporter is used, it is not possible to transport the entire stack of wall materials at once, and the wall materials must be transported one by one. The unloaded travel distance gradually increases, and work efficiency decreases.

Next, the operation will be explained. The fork 2 is moved downward and inserted into the space between the lower part of the wall material made of a plurality of layers and the floor, and in this state, the fork 2 is raised to support the wall material made of a plurality of layers on the fork 2. By traveling in this state, the vehicle is transported close to the wall material installation location. By reducing the lift cylinder 11 and lowering the frame 14, the first and second clamp pieces 19 and 20 are positioned on both sides of the uppermost wall material C in the width direction, and the clamp cylinder 23 is reduced and the first and second clamp pieces 19 and 20 are positioned on both sides of the uppermost wall material C in the width direction. The uppermost wall material C is gripped with two clamp pieces 19 and 20. At this time, the center of the clamp mechanism 17 is the frame 1
Since it is offset from the center of 4, the position offset from the longitudinal center of the long wall material C is to be gripped. This state is shown in FIG. Even if the lift cylinder 11 is extended and the frame 14 is moved upward, and the clamp mechanism 17 is moved upward and rotated downward as shown in FIG. 5, it will not interfere with the wall material on the fork 2. At this time, the clamp mechanism 17 is held in a horizontal position by the cylinder 18. The expansion chamber and the contraction chamber of the cylinder 18 are communicated with each other so that the cylinder 18 can freely expand and contract.
The cylinder 18 is rotated to the vertical position as shown in FIG. 6 by the weight of Become. When the cylinder 18 is extended, the clamp mechanism 17 rotates forward as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 and assumes a horizontal position, so that the wall material C can be turned upside down. By lowering the frame 14 in this state, the trolley D shown in FIG.
Place the longitudinal center part of the wall material C on top, extend the clamp cylinder 23, move the first and second clamp pieces 19 and 20 in the unclamp direction to release the grip on the wall material C, and then remove the frame. By moving 14 upward, the wall material C can be placed upside down on the cart D. When the frame 14 moves to the rising end, the cylinder 18 is allowed to freely expand and contract as described above, and the clamp mechanism 17 is rotated downward by its own weight. At this time, due to the weight of the counterweight 30, the clamp mechanism 17 is tilted toward the mast side from the vertical position as shown in FIG. 19, and the cylinder 18 is tilted to the left from the vertical position, so that
By extending the clamp mechanism 8, the clamp mechanism 17 can be rotated to the position shown in FIG. 1, which is in a horizontal position on the right side.

[Effect of the invention] It is possible to support and transport a plurality of laminated wall materials on the fork 2, and the wall materials on the fork 2 can be gripped one by one and turned upside down, so multiple sheets placed on the floor can be transported. The laminated wall material can be transported close to the wall material installation location and placed upside down on a trolley, and the wall material installation work can be carried out efficiently because the wall material transportation and upside down work can be carried out mechanically. be able to.
