201011556 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於與提供所定服務之服務提供伺服器連繫 ,提供更先進之擴張服務的服務擴張系統及包含於該系統 的連繫伺服器。 【先前技術】 如社交網路系統(Social Network System,以下稱爲 「SNS」),已公知有藉由認證資訊來進行要求存取之使 用者的認證,僅對於認證成立之使用者允許存取,例如, 作爲使用者之間的資訊交換處,提供如社群服務之所定服 務的服務提供系統(例如,專利文獻1 )。 [專利文獻1]日本特開200 1 - 229282號公報 【發明內容】 [發明所欲解決之課題] 在此舉出對於該已被認證之使用者,除了既存的服務 提供系統所提供之服務之外,追加新的服務時,使該服務 提供系統管理全部用以提供追加服務的追加系統。但是, 在此種構造,對於服務提供系統,會造成既存之程式的大 幅修正及追加系統的營運管理等之負擔,尤其,在有大量 追加服務的資訊量及種類時,也需要大量用以追加該服務 之成本及勞力。如此,造成服務提供系統的大量負擔時, 例如,與既存的服務提供系統之營運公司不同之公司提供 -5- 201011556 追加服務時,會難以使該追加服務普及。結果,既存的服 務提供系統之服務種類被固定化’而損及其擴張性。 在此,本發明的目的係提供不對既存之服務提供系統 造成負擔,可擴張既存的服務提供系統對於使用者提供之 服務種類幅度的服務擴張系統及連繫伺服器。 [用以解決課題之手段] 本發明係藉由後述手段,解決前述課題。再者,爲使 易於理解本發明,將添附圖面之參照符號以括弧附記,但 是,本發明並不因此而被限定於圖式之形態者。 本發明的服務擴張系統(1、厂、300),係具備:使 用者終端(2),係具有受理使用者之操作的操作輸入部 (23)及輸出所定資訊的輸出部(22);服務提供伺服器 (3),係進行操作前述使用者終端之使用者的認證處理 ,允許藉由前述認證處理而認證成立之使用者的使用者終 端進行存取,並因應前述使用者終端的要求,提供所定服 務;及擴張提供系統(4),係對於前述存取被允許之使 用者終端的使用者,提供擴張服務;其特徵爲:前述服務 提供伺服器係具有:利用資訊發送部(30a ),係從允許 前述存取之使用者終端取得利用資訊要求時,使該利用資 訊包含用以表示利用資訊已從前述服務提供伺服器發送之 發送來源資訊及前述利用資訊被發送之發送時刻資訊,並 發送至前述使用者終端;前述擴張提供系統係在1台伺服 器或分散於複數伺服器,具備:利用確認部(80a、313a -6- 201011556 ),係從前述使用者終端取得前述利用資訊,藉由前述發 送來源資訊,確認前述利用資訊的發送來源是前述服務提 供伺服器,且依據前述發送時刻資訊,進行用以確認對於 前述使用者終端,前述存取被允許的利用確認處理;及擴 . 張服務提供部(50b、313b ),係在前述利用確認處理之 確認被進行時,對於前述使用者終端,開始前述擴張服務 •r 相關之資訊的提供;前述使用者終端係具有:利用資訊要 φ 求部(20a),係於前述存取被允許之狀態中,有藉由前 述使用者之前述擴張服務的要求操作時,將要求前述利用 資訊之利用資訊要求,發送至前述服務提供伺服器;利用 資訊傳送部(20b ),係從前述服務提供伺服器取得前述 利用資訊時,將該利用資訊傳送至具備前述擴張提供系統 之前述利用確認部的伺服器;及擴張服務對應部(20f) ,係以前述輸出部進行因應從前述擴張提供系統提供之前 述擴張服務相關之資訊的輸出。藉此解決前述課題。 φ 依據本發明的服務擴張系統,使使用者終端的利用資 * 訊要求部,從對於被認證之使用者允許存取之服務提供伺 - 服器,取得包含發送來源資訊及發送時刻資訊的利用資訊 ,進而將取得之利用資訊發送至具有擴張提供系統之利用 確認部的伺服器。在利用確認部,依據包含於利用資訊的 發送來源資訊及發送時刻資訊,判斷使用者終端的使用者 是否被允許對服務提供伺服器進行存取。藉由利用資訊的 發送時刻資訊,特定利用資訊被發送之發送時刻,例如, 如該發送時刻與現在時刻的差越小,則現在也可當作使用 201011556 者終端被允許存取。又’利用確認部係從使用者終端取得 利用資訊,故藉由發送來源資訊可確認利用資訊已從服務 提供伺服器發送。然後,確認該存取被允許時,藉由擴張 存取提供部,擴張服務相關之資訊被提供給使用者終端。 所謂被允許對服務提供伺服器進行存取之使用者終端 ,亦即,利用服務提供伺服器的使用者終端,藉由本發明 ,可對利用服務提供伺服器的使用者’提供擴張服務。所 以,使用者係僅接受既存的服務提供伺服器之認證,則提 供擴張服務,故可展現如同藉由既存的服務提供伺服器提 供之服務種類的幅度增大。又,利用確認部係可藉由發送 來源資訊,確認從使用者終端取得之利用資訊的發送來源 。進而,利用確認部係以不是從服務提供伺服器,而是可 經由使用者終端取得利用資訊之方式構成,故服務提供伺 服器係只要藉由通常的順序,允許使用者終端進行存取即 可,因應來自使用者終端的要求,僅發送包含發送時刻及 發送來源資訊的利用資訊即可。所以,不對既存之服務提 供系統造成負擔,可擴張既存的服務提供系統對於使用者 提供之服務種類的幅度。 發送時刻資訊係包含發送時刻本身之狀況,表示發送 時刻之記號及文字之狀況,或發送時刻所屬之時間帶之狀 況。發送時刻資訊是時間帶之狀況,例如利用確認部係藉 由比較現在時刻所屬之時間帶與發送時刻資訊所屬之時間 帶’判斷現在存取是否被允許。發送時刻係藉由服務提供 伺服器具備或可存取之先前既知的計時手段來特定即可。 -8 - 201011556 再者,在服務提供伺服器採用之資料通訊方式,送訊資訊 .包含發送時刻時,利用該資訊亦可。發送來源資訊係爲了 迴避使用者終端之僞造,藉由先前既知的方法加密化爲佳 〇 . 「使用者終端」的「輸出部」所致之輸出係包含視覺 輸出及聽覺輸出。「擴張服務的要求操作」係在允許對服 務提供伺服器進行存取之狀態的使用者終端所進行之操作 Φ ’只要是作爲「擴張服務的要求操作」而於先訂定之操作 即可,例如有畫面上的所定位置之選擇操作,對所定輸入 構件的輸入操作、所定聲音的聲音輸入等。「服務提供伺 服器」係只要是僅允許藉由先前既知的認證處理而認證成 立之使用者進行存取,提供所定服務給被認證之使用者, 亦即,所定範圍之使用者的伺服器即可。例如,作爲服務 而提供身爲資訊交換處的社群網站之社交網路伺服器( SNS伺服器),作爲服務而僅提供會員所定資訊之會員制 φ 網站的管理伺服器等。 ^ 「擴張提供系統」係以具有利用確認部及擴張服務提 - 供部之1個伺服器來構成亦可,例如,以具有利用確認部 之第1伺服器與具有擴張服務提供部之第2伺服器來構成 等,以各部功能藉由複數伺服器來實現之方式構成亦可。 得已發送前述利用資訊要求之使用者終端的使用者所對應 之前述使用者資訊,並使前述利用資訊包含取得之前述使 用者資訊;前述使用者終端的利用資訊傳送部,係將前述 利用資訊發送至前述擴張伺服器;前述擴張伺服器的擴張 服務提供部,係依據構成已取得之前述利用資訊之前述使 用者資訊的至少1個項目之內容,從前述複數資訊產生選 擇資訊,並將前述選擇資訊作爲前述擴張服務相關之資訊 項目係包含識別使用者的使用者識別資訊,與使用者之年 齡、身高、興趣等之無關於伺服器提供系統的利用之使用 , 者本身相關之資訊的項目,與利用次數及與系統內之其他 使用者的關係等之關於伺服器提供系統的利用之項目。 » 作爲從複數資訊依據使用者資訊之項目的內容來產生 0 選擇資訊之樣態,係例如將項目內容作爲關鍵字,選擇包 含該關鍵字之資訊之狀況,資訊記憶部的各資訊亦與關鍵 字建立對應,選擇關鍵字吻合之資訊之狀況等。又,使用 者資訊的項目僅有使用者識別資訊時,係例如因應使用者 識別資訊的編碼體系,產生選擇資訊亦可,以將使用者識 別資訊使用於接受擴張服務之使用者的計算,在到達所定 計算數時產生所定選擇資訊之方式構成亦可。於提供給使 用者終端之「擴張服務相關之資訊」除了文字資訊、畫像 φ 資訊之外,亦包含電腦程式。 ' 本發明的服務擴張系統中,前述擴張提供系統,係以 - 只是提供資訊給使用者終端而結束,在持續提供所定狀態 時,需要持續管理該狀態之功能,尤其是多數使用者接受 擴張服務時處理負擔會變大,但是在該構造,可迴避該處 理負擔僅被1個伺服器負擔之狀況。在不同管理營運公司 分別管理確認使用者終端之存取狀態的連繫伺服器與提供 擴張服務的擴張服務提供伺服器之狀況亦爲有效。再者, 「擴張資訊」係只要於擴張服務提供伺服器中作爲「擴張 資訊」而承認之資訊,並無特別限制。 樣態,「擴張發送來源資訊」是所定資訊時,以使擴張發 送來源資訊產生部藉由先前既知的加密方法而將擴張發送 來源資訊加密化,並使擴張發送確認部將加密化之擴張發 φ 送來源資訊加以解碼,來確認該資訊之方式構成亦可,而 以使擴張發送來源資訊產生部對於各擴張資訊,產生固有 ' 的擴張發送來源資訊,在擴張發送來源資訊產生伺服器保 持被產生之擴張發送來源資訊,於擴張發送確認部,從使 進行存取’並因應前述使用者終端的要求,提供所定服務 ;擴張服務提供伺服器(5),係從前述使用者終端取得 用以允許擴張服務之提供的擴張資訊時,對於前述使用者 終端,開始擴張服務的提供;連繫伺服器,係與前述使用 者終端發送接收所定資訊;及使用者終端,係從前述服務 提供伺服器取得包含利用資訊之發送來源資訊及發送時刻 資訊的前述利用資訊而發送至前述連繫伺服器,並從前述 連繫伺服器取得前述擴張資訊而發送至前述擴張服務提供 伺服器;其特徵爲具有:利用確認部(80a ),係從前述 使用者終端取得前述利用資訊時,藉由前述發送來源資訊 ,確認前述利用資訊的發送來源是前述服務提供伺服器, 且依據前述發送時刻資訊,進行用以確認對於前述使用者 終端,前述存取被允許的利用確認處理;及擴張資訊產生 部(80b ),係在前述利用確認處理之確認被進行時,則 產生前述擴張資訊並發送至前述使用者終端。藉此解決前 述課題。藉由本發明的連繫伺服器,可提供使利用確認部 獨立於擴張服務提供部之本發明的擴張提供系統。 [發明之效果] 如上述般,依據本發明,服務提供伺服器係以因應來 自允許存取之使用者終端的要求’將包含發送來源及發送 時刻資訊的利用資訊’發送至使用者終端之方式構成;以 -18- 201011556 至少1個伺服器構成之擴張提供系統,係以具有依據從使 用者終端取得之利用資訊的發送來源資訊及發送時刻資訊 ,判斷發送來源且爲使用者終端是否被允許對服務提供伺 服器進行存取的利用確認部,與該確認被進行時,對於使 ^ 用者終端開始擴張服務之提供的擴張服務提供部之方式構 成;被允許對服務提供伺服器進行存取之使用者終端,係 以因應使用者的操作,對服務提供伺服器要求利用資訊並 • 取得,將其取得之利用資訊傳送至擴張提供系統,進行因 應從擴張提供系統提供之擴張服務的輸出之方式構成,藉 此可提供不對既存之服務提供系統造成負擔,可擴張既存 的服務提供系統對於使用者提供之服務種類幅度的服務擴 張系統等。 【實施方式】 (1 )第1形態 圖1係揭示作爲本發明之第1形態的服務擴張系統1 之一例的系統構造圖。服務擴張系統1係以受理使用者之 操作的使用者終端2、對於藉由認證處理而認證之使用者 ,提供所定服務的服務提供伺服器3、及用以對於利用服 務提供伺服器3之使用者,提供擴張服務的擴張提供系統 4所構成。本形態的服務提供伺服器3係運用管理對於認 證之使用者,提供作爲使用者間的資訊交換處的社群網站 之社交網路系統(以下稱爲「SNS」),具有先前既知之 所謂SNS伺服器的功能。以下,針對將本形態之服務提 -19- 201011556 供伺服器3稱爲SNS伺服器3,藉由SNS伺服器3管理 之社群網站名稱係例如"My SN S "之狀況加以說明。 爲了利用"MySNS",新的使用者係首先進行對 "MySNS”的登記處理,取得認證資訊。在登記處理,例如 在"MySNS"的登記畫面,藉由使用者輸入登記所需之項目 (略稱或出身地等)時,藉由SNS伺服器3,使用者ID 及密碼會作爲認證資訊而被發派。之後,使用者藉由在 "MySNS”的認證資訊輸入畫面,輸入取得之使用者ID及 密碼’則被SN S伺服器3認證,亦即,存取被允許,可 利用"MySNS"。 本形態的擴張提供系統4係使對於利用"MySNS"的使 用者,可參加作爲擴張服務之複數種類的線上遊戲(以下 稱爲「遊戲」)之系統。擴張提供系統4係以管理遊戲進 行之遊戲伺服器5'保持複數種類遊戲分別對應之使用者 終端用程式的程式提供伺服器6、管理擴張提供系統4所 準備之各使用者終端用程式存在之URL的URL解決伺服 器7、用以將SNS伺服器3的資訊連繫至遊戲伺服器5的 連繫伺服器8、及發派使用者終端2對遊戲伺服器5進行 存取時所需之遊戲認證資訊的遊戲認證資訊發派伺服器9 所構成。 服務擴張系統1之各伺服器3、5〜9及使用者終端2 係可經由網路進行通訊。在本形態,作爲網路N係採用 網際網路。再者,在圖1揭示1個遊戲伺服器5,但是, 遊戲伺服器5係對於複數種類遊戲之個別而設置。例如, -20- 201011556 圖2所示,具有經由網路N,用以與其他構造發送接收資 訊的通訊部21、輸出所定資訊的輸出部22'包含受理使 用者之操作之鍵盤及滑鼠等的操作輸入部23、控制使用 者終端2之各構造21〜23之動作的控制單元20。於輸出 部22係包含顯示所定資訊的監視器及輸出所定聲音資訊 的揚聲器。控制單元20係以CPU及其動作所需之記憶區 域所構成,主要作爲利用資訊要求部20a、利用資訊傳送 φ 部20b、擴張資訊發送部20c、畫面程式執行部20d、程 " 式啓動部20e及擴張服務對應部20f而作用。各部20a〜 • 2 0 f的功能係於後敘述。 於圖3揭示SNS伺服器3的硬體構造。以經由網路 N,用以與使用者終端2發送接收資訊的通訊部31、記憶 爲了社群網站”MySNS"的營運管理所需之各種資訊的記億 部32、控制SNS伺服器3之各構造31、32的控制單元 好友資訊103、密碼資訊104、興趣資訊105及出身地 106建立對應。使用者ID 101及密碼104係在上述之登記 處理,作爲發派給使用者之認證資訊而作用。好友資訊 1〇3係表示使用者ID101的使用者於"MySNS"中作爲友人 而承認之使用者的使用者ID101。略稱1〇2、興趣資訊 201011556 104及出身地105係例如,依據在"MySNS"的登記畫面中 50〜90來控制。 首先,SNS伺服器3係進行關於使用者終端2之使用 者的認證處理,在認證成立時,則允許使用者終端2的存 取’亦即,確立與使用者終端的連結。此認證處理及確立 連結的處理,係利用藉由先前既知的SNS伺服器進行之 處理即可。例如,SNS伺服器3係顯示對使用者要求使用 者ID101及密碼104之輸入的認證資訊輸入畫面,判斷藉 由使用者輸入之使用者ID101等是否記憶於使用者關聯資
