Abstract

The electric stove includes a heating unit, a first mirror portion, a second mirror portion, a temperature detecting unit, a rotating unit and a cooling-cleaning unit. The heating unit is disposed underneath an object and apart from the object. The first mirror portion is disposed around the heating unit for reflecting the heat beams irradiated from the heating unit. The second mirror portion has a rotational quadric surface and is disposed underneath the heating unit for reflecting the heat beams reflected by the first mirror portion roughly upwards and accumulated at the lower side of the object. The rotating unit rotates the second mirror portion. The cooling-cleaning unit is cooperated with the rotating unit for cooling and cleaning the second mirror portion. According to the temperature of the second mirror portion detected by the temperature detecting unit, the rotating unit and the cooling-cleaning unit are properly controlled to prevent the second mirror portion from overheating.
