Description

Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hook having a structure that is detachably provided on a pillar in which a groove is formed in a circumferential direction of a cylindrical or cylindrical outer circumferential surface. [Prior Art] In general, hooks for hooks such as clothing and shoes are often used in a position such as an indoor wall or a column to be attached to a hook, and then fixed by screws or nails. However, the above-mentioned hooks are more time-consuming to install and have a limited use position. Once fixed in the installation position, it takes more time to move to another place. In addition, when it is not in use, it will still protrude from the wall or column, so there are problems such as obstruction. Then, for example, as shown in the following Patent Document 1, a hook that can be detachably used as needed is proposed. The hook is composed of a suspension body and a locking ring. The suspension body is formed by an elastic line: a hanging portion formed at both ends of the connecting portion via an elastic portion; a straight portion extending from the hanging portion; a clamping portion at the front end of the straight portion; a hanging portion that is suspended from the clamping portion; a circular arc portion formed at the front end of the hanging portion; and a lock extending from the other of the clamping portion and overlapping the circular arc portion In the tight portion, the locking ring is inserted into the straight portion to transmit the movement of the straight portion to narrow the interval between the nip portions. In the suspension device, the locking portion is placed on the back side of the pillar such as a scaffold or a column in a state where the locking portion and the circular arc portion are open, and the arc portion is disposed on the front side, and the lock is placed. The tight ring is moved to the linear portion of -4-200905055 on the side of the pillar, whereby the sandwiching portion sandwiches both sides of the pillar and simultaneously presses and fixes the n-arc portion to the pillar. On the other hand, the 'assembled scaffold is known to be: a metal pillar having a groove in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface; a rectangular or square slab having a fitting tube at the four corners; and the support for the slab support The shed fixing member is configured to "seat the slat fixing member from the upper portion of the struts at a desired arbitrary position" and then slid the slat from the slat fixing member to the shed fixing member. The above-described assembled scaffold can be easily assembled into a size suitable for use in a home, and the assembly can be changed, so that the demand is high. However, when the hanger according to Patent Document 1 is attached to the pillar of the assembled scaffold, the hanger is crimped and fixed to the pillar. Therefore, the hanger is installed in order to prevent the object from falling and to increase the crimping force. It will be fixed and cannot move. The direction of the arm for holding the object is limited. Further, on the other hand, if the pressing force is adjusted so that the arm portion is not fixed, the entire hook will be dropped when the heavier object is hung. Further, when the arm portion is provided with the lock ring that is used when the column is clamped, when the arm portion is opened and attached to the support portion, the lock ring needs to be retracted to the suspension. If the arm portion is not formed long, the above-mentioned arm portion cannot be opened. Based on this, when the arm is used, the arm portion protrudes from the above-mentioned strut to the outside, and there is a problem that the occupied space is obstructed. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei 4 - 1 1 5 4 7 6 [Description of the Invention] - 5 - 200905055 The present invention is capable of rotating in the circumferential direction when providing a strut mounted on the above-described assembled scaffold, and It will not fall when a heavy object is hung, and it is a problem that hooks that do not cause obstruction when used. [First aspect of the present invention] The hook according to the first aspect of the present invention is a cylindrical or cylindrical column that is detachably provided with a groove extending in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface. a hook for hanging an object, characterized by having: a body that is rotatable around a periphery of the pillar in a circumferential direction; and a hook portion connected to the body to hold the object, the body having a other end The first portion and the second body are formed in an arcuate shape along the outer peripheral surface of the pillar, and the first and second bodies are at least one of the first and second bodies. The inner peripheral surface of at least one of the first and second main bodies is formed with a protruding portion that is engaged with the pillar groove portion to prevent the main body from moving in the axial direction. In the above hook, the hook portion may be formed in a hook shape. Further, in the above-described hook, the connecting portion for connecting the main body and the hooking portion may be configured to be attached to the radial direction from the one end portion of the first and second bodies, respectively. When the pillars are connected to each other, the first and second convex portions are formed in an anti-u shape in the axial direction, and the back surface portion formed on the opposite side to the hook-shaped portion forming the hooking portion can be inserted into the above-mentioned The anti-u-shaped concave portion of the first and second convex portions is formed so that the first and second convex portions are provided with a slit extending in the axial direction of the upper 200905055, and the concave portion is provided to be fitted to the concave portion. The convex portion of the above slit. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the main body is attached to the outer periphery of the pillar so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction at 360 degrees. Therefore, by rotating the main body relative to the pillar, the hook for the object suspension can be changed by each rotation. The location or orientation. Further, since the hook portion for suspending the main body and the object is configured to be coupled, the hook portion can be changed into various shapes depending on the application. Further, since the groove portion of the pillar and the projecting portion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the main body are engaged with each other, even if the hook portion is hung with a heavy object, the entire hook does not fall. Further, since the hook portion is formed in a hook shape, the object can be easily hooked, and the object can be prevented from slipping or falling off due to collision. Further, by forming the hook portion into a hook shape, the length from the pillar projection can be shortened, and it is possible to prevent the user from being injured or causing injury to the user due to a user collision. Further, the connecting portion is formed in a radial direction from the one end portion, and a convex portion having an inverted U-shape in the axial direction is engaged with a concave portion formed in an anti-u shape on the back surface portion of the hook portion. The first end portion of the first and second main body can be surely fixed between the one end portions, and the hook can be prevented from falling off in the axial direction. Further, the slit is provided in the slit having the inverted U-shaped convex portion, and the fitting is provided in the projection in the concave U-shaped concave portion. Therefore, the hook can be prevented from falling outward in the radial direction. . In addition, when the object is hung on the hook portion, the weight of the object is strengthened and fixed, and the hook is made stronger. -7- 200905055 In addition, as described above, when the first body and the second body are closed, the entire body can be formed in an inverted u-shape, that is, only the upper end portion of the convex portion is formed. The semicircular arc shape may be formed such that both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the convex portion have a semicircular arc shape. [Second aspect of the present invention] The hook according to the second aspect of the present invention is a cylindrical or cylindrical column that is detachably provided with a groove extending in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface, and is used as an object for hanging. a hook comprising: a body that is rotatable around a periphery of the pillar in a circumferential direction; and the body is integrally provided, and an arm that protrudes outward from the pillar to hold the object, the body has him The end portions are connected to each other to form an openable and closable one end portion, and the inner peripheral surface forms a pair of first and second bodies having an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the pillar, and at least one of the first and second bodies The arm member is integrally provided with the arm member, and the connecting member that can connect the one end portions of the first and second bodies to each other in a closed state is provided, and is provided in at least one of the first and second bodies The surrounding surface is formed with a protruding portion that is engaged with the pillar groove portion to prevent the body from moving in the axial direction. In the above-described hook, the arm portion includes, for example, a first divided arm portion provided in the main body and a second divided arm portion provided in the second main body, and the first and second divided arm portions are The first and second main body closed states are formed in a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape, and the connecting member is a tubular connecting member, and is provided in the center portion through the -8 - 200905055. The hole part. Further, a peripheral portion of at least one of the first divided arm portion and the second divided arm portion is provided with a convex portion that is flexible and free from the peripheral surface, and is slidably coupled to the connecting member. The convex portion prevents the hole portion from which the connecting portion is detached. In this case, it is preferable that the outer surface of the convex portion is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the hole portion. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the main body is rotatably attached to the periphery of the support by 360 degrees in the circumferential direction. Therefore, by rotating the main body relative to the support, the position of the object hooking arm can be changed by each rotation or Orientation. Further, the groove portion of the pillar and the protruding portion formed on the body inner surface are engaged with each other. Therefore, even if a heavy object is hung on the arm portion, the entire hook does not fall. Further, the cylindrical connecting member having the hole portion is inserted into the arm portion formed in a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape, and the arm portion and the connecting member can be integrated. Therefore, the main body can be surely fixed. The connection of the above-mentioned arm portion and the integration of the connecting member and the arm portion at the same time increase the strength and make the hook stronger. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the arm portion is provided with a flexible convex portion, and the connecting member is provided with a hole portion for engaging the convex portion. Therefore, when the connecting member is inserted into the arm portion, the convex portion and the convex portion can be The fitting of the hole portion prevents the coupling member from coming off. At this time, if the outer surface of the convex portion is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the hole portion, a gap of -9-200905055 may occur between the outer surface size of the convex portion and the inner diameter of the hole portion, which may cause the fixing strength to be weak. On the other hand, when the outer dimension of the convex portion is the maximum hole size set to the inner diameter of the hole portion, the convex portion and the hole portion are formed to be firmly engaged and fixed, but it is difficult to disassemble when the battery is to be attached or detached. In this regard, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the outer surface of the convex portion is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the hole portion, so that no gap is formed between the outer surface of the convex portion and the inner diameter of the hole portion. Further, the convex portion has flexibility, and the convex portion can be engaged with the inner diameter of the hole portion without a gap. Therefore, the hole portion and the convex portion are fitted to each other so as not to fall off. On the other hand, because the convex portion has flexibility, the convex portion is deflected during attachment and detachment, and the hole portions are in a light state, so that they can be easily attached and detached. Therefore, when the connecting device is attached or detached from the arm portion, the attachment and detachment can be easily performed. [Embodiment] BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [First Embodiment] Figs. 1 to 6 show a first embodiment of a hook according to the present invention. This hook is a mounting structure in which the body 1 is surrounded by the pillar 20, and the hooking portion 6 is coupled to the body 1 to be attached to the pillar 2'. As shown in Fig. 6, the support post 20 has a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape, and a plurality of grooves 21 extending in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface are formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. The above-mentioned hooks to be used for mounting the struts 20, as shown in Fig. 1 to -10-200905055, Fig. 5, are formed by: forming the inner peripheral surface along the outer peripheral surface of the struts 20 and the outer diameter of the struts 20 having the same outer diameter or radius ratio. The pillar 2 is also slightly larger in the arc surface body i; and the hook portion 6 is connected to the hook portion 6 in which the body 1 protrudes from the pillar 2 to the outside. Next, as shown in Fig. 2A, the main body 1 is composed of a pair of first body la and second body lb. The first body h and the second body lb are connected to each other at the end portion 1 so that the one end portion 9 can be opened and closed. In other words, the main body 1 is such that the latch portion 12 projecting from the other end portion of the first main body 1a is fitted to the hole portion provided in the end portion 10 of the second main body 1b, thereby making the first main body la and the second main body 1b is formed integrally and rotates freely. Further, a central portion of the inner surface of the first body 1a and the second body 1b is formed with a protruding portion 8 which is linear along the arcuate surface. Further, the projection 8 has a height dimension which is formed to be embedded in the groove 21 formed in the pillar 20. Further, the protruding portion 8 of the first body la is formed at an angular range of 1 〇 5 degrees with respect to the center of the circular arc surface. Further, the protruding portion 8 of the second body 1b is formed at an angular range of 70 degrees with respect to the center of the circular arc surface. Further, as shown in Fig. 2B, the first convex portion 2a is formed in the first main body 1a and the second convex portion 2b is formed in the second main body 1b on the side of the one end portion 9 which is openable and closable. When the first body 1a and the second body 丨b are closed, the second convex portion 2a and the second convex portion 2b are formed in an inverted U shape in the axial direction as a whole. Further, the convex portion 2' is formed on the side surface 'opposite to the bonding surface of the i-th convex portion 2a of the second body 1 & and the second convex portion 2b of the second body 1b, respectively, extending in the axial direction. Narrow slit 4. -11 - 200905055 On the other hand, the hook portion 6 is coupled to the main body 1 and formed in a hook shape projecting outward from the main body 1. Further, as shown in Fig. 3B, in the hook portion 6, a concave portion 7 having an inverted U shape is formed in the axial direction of the back surface portion 6a on the opposite side to the hook portion. Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, a projection 7a is formed in the recessed portion 7, and the projection 7a is formed such that an inner wall facing the recessed portion 7 can be engaged with a slit formed in the convex portion 2 of the body 1. 4. When the hook having the above configuration is attached to the post 20, first, as shown in Fig. 5, the projections 8 formed on the first main body 1a and the second main body lb of the main body 1 are inserted first. It is formed in the groove 2 1 of the strut 20, and the other side is sandwiched from the other side of the strut 20 to form a closed. Next, as shown in Fig. 1, the concave portion 7 formed on the opposite side back surface portion 6a of the hook portion 6 forming the hook portion is slid downward from the upper surface 3 of the convex portion 2 of the body 1, and is engaged with the same. The first body 1 a and the second body 1 b are convex portions 2 on the end portion 9 side. At this time, the slits 4 formed in the first convex portion 2a and the second convex portion 2b of the first main body 1a and the second main body 1b are fitted with the hook-shaped portion of the hook portion 6 The projection 7a provided in the recessed portion 7 formed on the opposite side back surface portion 6a is fixed to the one end portion 9 side of the first body 1a and the second body 1b. According to the hook of the first embodiment, the main body 1 is attached to the outer periphery of the support post 20 so as to be rotatable 360 degrees in the circumferential direction. Therefore, by rotating the main body 1 with respect to the support 20, it is possible to change the object suspension by each rotation. The position or orientation of the hooking portion 6. Further, since the main body 1 and the hook portion 6 for hanging the object are configured to be coupled, the hook portion 6 can be replaced with various shapes from -12 to 200905055 depending on the application. Further, since the groove portion 21 of the pillar 20 and the protruding portion 8 formed on the inner surface of the body 1 are engaged with each other, even if the hook portion 6 is hung with a heavier object, the entire hook does not fall. drop. Further, since the hook portion 6 is formed in a hook shape, the object can be simply hooked, and the object can be prevented from slipping off or falling off due to collision. Further, by forming the hook portion 6 in a hook shape, the length from the outer side of the pillar 20 can be shortened, and it is possible to prevent the user from being injured or causing a user's collision and causing injury to the user. Further, the connecting portion 1 1 protrudes from the one end portion 9 in the radial direction, and the convex portion 2 having an inverted U-shape in the axial direction is engaged with the concave portion formed in the back portion 6 a of the hook portion 6 in an inverted U shape. 7, the one end portion 9 that can open and close the first and second bodies 1a, 1b can be reliably fixed, and the hook can be prevented from falling off in the axial direction. Further, the slit 7 provided in the reverse U-shaped convex portion 2 is fitted to the projection 7a in which the hook portion 6 is formed in the reverse U-shaped concave portion 7, so that the hook can be prevented from being outward in the radial direction. The square falls off. Further, when the object is hung on the hook portion 6, the weight of the object is strengthened and fixed, and the hook is made stronger. Further, as long as the pillar 20 has a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape and the groove portion 2 1 ' is formed in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface, the hook can be attached at the time of use as needed. At this time, when the hook is used, the main body 1 is first closed by sandwiching the support 20, and then the hook portion 6 is coupled to the main body 1, so that the hook mounting can be completed. In the first embodiment, the hook-and-hook portion 6 is used for the hook. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the hook type may be a horizontal direction -13-200905055. Further, a joint member called a double hook can also be applied. In addition, the connection unit 1 1 has been described with respect to the case where the engagement shape is an inverted u-shape. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the hook may be applied to a card-shaped U-shaped hook. In this case, a concave portion is formed in the body 1, and a convex portion is formed in the hook portion 6. In addition, in the first embodiment, when the first main body 1 a and the second main body 1 b are closed, the whole of the convex portion 2 a and the second convex portion 2 b are in an inverted U shape in the axial direction. Only the upper end portion of the convex portion 2 has a semicircular arc shape. However, both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the convex portion 2 may have a semicircular arc shape. According to the above configuration, even if the orientation of the main body 1 is reversed, the main body 1 can be attached to the support 20, and the attachment of the hook can be made easier. [Second Embodiment] Figs. 7 to 12 are views showing a second embodiment of the hook of the present invention. This hook is similar to the first embodiment in that the main body 104 surrounds the pillar 20, and the coupling member 9 is placed over the arm portion 108 projecting from the main body 1? 4, thereby forming a mounting structure attached to the pillar. The hook, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 12, is formed by an outer circumference of the support post 20 such that the inner circumferential surface and the outer diameter of the pillar 20 are the same or the radius is slightly larger than the pillar 20 a face body 104; an arm portion 1 0 8 that is integrally formed with the body 104 and protrudes outward from the pillar 20; and a tubular shape in which the arm portion 108 is inserted toward the arm portion 1A8 The connecting device 109 is constructed. -14- 200905055 Next, the main body 104 is constituted by a pair of first body 102 and second body 103 as shown in Fig. 7. Further, the connecting member 109 is a portion facing the first trimming piece 180 and the second trimming piece 181, and is provided with a hole portion 185 having a 3φ. In the hook of the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, the protruding portion 1〇5 formed on one inner circumferential surface of the first main body 102 and the second main body 103 is inserted into the groove 21 formed in the support post 20, The other side is sandwiched from the other side of the above-mentioned strut 20 to form a closed. Then, the first dividing arm portion 106 and the second dividing arm portion 107 which are respectively formed in the first body 102 and the second body 103 are brought into contact with each other. At this time, the protruding piece 11A and the fitting hole 111 which are formed on the opposite edge surfaces of the distal end portion of the first divided arm portion 106 and the second divided arm portion 107 are fitted, and thus the arm is formed. Part 108. Then, the arm portion 108 is inserted into the hole portion 186 of the connecting device 109, and the first convex portion 182 and the second convex portion 183 formed in the arm portion 108 are fitted and provided in the connecting member. The above hole portion 109 of 109. As a result, as shown in Fig. 2, the connecting member 109 can be placed in the positioning of the base end of the arm portion 108 integral with the main body 104. -17-200905055 In the case of the hook according to the second embodiment, as long as it is cylindrical or cylindrical, and the pillar 20 of the groove 21 is formed on the circumferential surface of the outer peripheral surface, the hook can be attached at the time of use as needed. In this case, when the hook is used, the main body 104 is first closed by sandwiching the support 20, and then the connecting member 1 0 9 is placed in the arm portion 1 〇 8 as soon as a simple operation is performed. Ability to complete hook installation. Further, by inserting the connecting device 109 into the arm portion 108, the arm portion 108 and the connecting device can be integrated, and the first dividing arm 160 and the second member in the closed state of the main body 104 can be surely fixed. The connection of the arm 107 is split, so that the reinforcement is fixed and the hook is made stronger. Further, the above-mentioned connecting member 1 0 9 is formed with the raised portion 18 8 so that the object can be prevented from falling when the object is hooked. Then, the first convex portion 1 8 2 and the second convex portion 1 8 3 provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the first divided arm 106 and the second divided arm 107 are provided in the above-described connecting member 109. Since the hole portion 185 is formed to be fitted, it is possible to prevent the above-mentioned connecting member 119 from falling off. Further, since the first trimming piece 180 and the second trimming piece 181 are cut into a tongue shape toward the main body, the first convex portion 182 and the second convex portion 1 8 3 and the hole portion 1 can be formed. 8 5 smoothly fitted. At this time, since the outer dimensions of the first convex portion 182 and the second convex portion 183 are formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the hole portion 185, the first convex portion 1 82 and the second convex portion 1 83 are formed. Since no gap is formed between the outer surface dimension and the inner diameter of the hole portion 185, the fitting reinforcement can be prevented from coming off the connecting member 109. -18-200905055 In addition, since the first convex portion 182 and the second convex portion 183 are deflected by the first trimming piece 180 and the second trimming piece 181, the first convex portion 182 and The second convex portion 183 and the hole portion 185 are fitted in a light state. The arm portion 1 8 and the connecting member 1 0 9 can be easily attached and detached. Therefore, the position of the groove 2 1 of the above-described pillar 20 can be formed, and the mounting portion (height and position) can be easily moved. Then, the circular arc surface of the main body 104 is formed to have the same outer diameter as the pillar 20 or the radius is slightly larger than the pillar 20, and the protruding portion 105 is formed along the circular arc surface at a total center of 175 degrees. The range of angles, while the front end is embedded in the above-mentioned groove 21. As a result, the body 104 can be rotated around the outer periphery of the column 20 at 370 degrees. Therefore, the position or direction of the arm portion 108 can be changed by each rotation. Further, the protruding portion 1〇5 can reduce the frictional resistance of the main body 104 and the groove 21, and can smoothly rotate and engage with the groove 21, so that even a heavy object is hung. However, the entire hook will not fall, and the hook can be used stably. In the present embodiment, the connecting member is described as an example in which the connecting member 1 〇 9 is used in a tubular shape. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a hooking type in the horizontal direction. Further, a joint member called a double hook can also be applied. [Industrial Applicability] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a rotatably mounted pillar in a state in the circumferential direction of the assembled scaffold pillar, and also to hang on a heavier object -19-200905055 , hooks that do not cause obstruction when used.
