この発明は、上記の目的において、壁面に止着させる止着体と、該止着体に設けられたバー受けと、該バー受けに水平軸回りに回動自在に支持されるとともに前記水平軸から延設された掛けバー本体にタオル等を二つ折り状に掛け吊すものとなされた掛けバーとを備えてなるタオル等の掛け具において、前記掛けバーが、高さよりも幅が大に設定されてなる断面非真円形の棒材から形成されるとともに、前記水平軸に回動用連結体が固着され、該回動用連結体を介して前記バー受けに水平軸回りに回動自在に支持されるものとなされてなることを特徴とするものである。
