本発明は、トイレ、風呂場、洗面所等の汚れを清掃する柄付きブラシを収納しておくのに好適な清掃ブラシケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
トイレの便器、風呂場の床や壁、洗面台等を清掃し終えた柄付きブラシは拭浄体（スポンジ状、束子状、刷毛状等、様々）に水を含んでいて不潔であるから、専用のブラシケースに収納して適宜の場所に立て掛けておく場合が多い。使用直後の柄付きブラシを収納する場合、ブラシケースの底部に柄付きブラシの拭浄体が接触していると拭浄体の水切れが悪く、常に湿った状態で不衛生であることから、従来、ブラシケースはケースの後部にブラシの柄を引っ掛けて宙吊りにしておく支柱を備えたものが多い（特許文献１、特許文献２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、このような清掃ブラシは種類や用途に応じて柄の長さが様々であるが、反面、特許文献１および特許文献２にも開示されているように、ブラシケースの支柱の長さ、即ち、柄掛けの位置は各々固定されており、使用する柄付きブラシによっては支柱に宙吊りできず、やむなく拭浄体をケースの底部に接触させた状態で収納しておく場合も多い。しかし、これでは折角ブラシケースを使用しても不衛生になってしまう。

本発明は、このような不都合に鑑みて成されたもので、支柱の柄掛け位置を可変としてブラシを清潔に懸吊・収納できるようにした清掃ブラシケースを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、請求項１に記載の発明は、柄付きブラシの拭浄体が収まる容器と、当該容器の後部に備えられて前記柄付きブラシを柄掛けに懸吊する支柱を有し、当該支柱を前記容器に上下摺動自在に装着すると共に、摺動位置保持手段により柄掛けの位置を保持可能としたことを特徴としている。
本構成では、清掃ブラシの柄の長さに応じて柄掛けを宙吊り可能な位置に自在に設定できるため、清掃ブラシを常に水切れの良い清潔な状態で懸吊・収納できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図１〜図３に基づいて本発明に係る清掃ブラシケースの一実施形態を説明する。図１は本実施形態の清掃ブラシケースの構造を示す一部断面正面図、図２は同じく、側断面図、図３はその使用態様を示す斜視図である。

図示のように、本実施形態の清掃ブラシケース１は、柄付きブラシ２０（以下清掃ブラシ２０という）の拭浄体２１を収納する有底筒状の水切容器２と、この水切容器２を収納する着脱自在のケース本体３と、この容器の後部に起立して清掃ブラシ２０を懸吊する支柱４とで構成されている。
尚、ケース本体３と水切容器２は何れも合成樹脂でできており、水切容器２の上部開口よりケース本体３を覆い被せると、それぞれ側部の対向部位に設けた凹溝と凸部の弾性係合機構６によって内側の水切容器２と外側のケース本体３が両側部でロックするように構成されている。

前記支柱４は、外径５φ程度のステンレス製ワイヤをＵ字形に曲成すると共に、Ｕ字頂部に清掃ブラシ２０の柄部２２を懸吊するための柄掛け７をフック状に突設したものであり、このＵ字体の開放両端側が、ケース本体３に嵌着された二つの合成樹脂製スペーサ５、５を介して容器後部に形成された空隙部８の内部に所定の接触圧を持って摺動自在、且つ、着脱自在に装着できるようになっている。スペーサ５の材料は耐摩耗性、耐衝撃性等に優れる樹脂として、例えば、ＥＶＡ樹脂等が好適である。
支柱４は、このスペーサ５の挿通孔５ａによる摺動位置保持手段としての摺動摩擦で上下方向の任意に位置に保持・固定することが可能であり、よって、支柱４を上下に伸縮することにより、図２の想像線で示すように、柄掛け７の位置（高さ）を、ほぼ空隙部８の深さ、即ち、容器後部の高さ寸法で決まる伸縮幅内で自在に調整することができる。

また、スペーサ５の挿通孔５ａは、幾分前方に傾斜した容器後部の側壁に並行するように前方斜方向に穿設されているため、この挿通孔５ａに挿通される支柱４もこれに沿った前傾状態に起立されることになり、結果、柄掛け７は水切容器２の開口のほぼ中央付近に位置するようになる。
但し、本実施形態では、支柱４の上部を前傾分反対側にくの字形曲げて形成することで柄２２の上部を垂直状態にしており、これにより、清掃ブラシ２０を懸吊した際に柄２２の一部が支柱４に沿うようにガイドされて、清掃ブラシ２０の懸吊が安定に位置するよう工夫されている。

図３に示すように、清掃ブラシ２０を清掃ブラシケース１に収納する場合は、清掃ブラシ２０の拭浄体２１を上向きにして柄２２の先端に設けた引掛孔２３を支柱４の柄掛け７に引っ掛ければ良い。この際、清掃ブラシ２０の柄２２の長さと支柱４の柄掛け７の高さが整合しない場合は、懸吊する清掃ブラシ２０の柄２２の長さに応じて、適宜、支柱４の摺動機構にて柄掛け７の高さを調整して拭浄体２１が水切容器２の底面に接触しないよう宙吊り可能な好適位置に設定することにより、清掃ブラシ２０を常に水切れの良い清潔な状態に懸吊・収納することができる。

加えて、支柱４が前傾起立状態であるから、宙吊りされた清掃ブラシ２０の拭浄体２１は常に水切容器２の開口のほぼ中央付近に位置し、結果、拭浄体２１と水切容器側壁との接触を極力無くすることできる。これにより、拭浄体２１や水切容器２の水切れが良くなり、拭浄体２１や水切容器２を乾燥し易くすることができる。

また、本体ケース３と水切容器２は両側部の凹溝と凸部の弾性係合機構６によって着脱容易に係合される構造であるから、特に汚れが付着し易く不潔になり易い水切容器２の清掃は両者を分離した状態で行えるので清掃は容易であり、使い勝手は良い。

以上説明した本実施形態では、支柱４の摺動位置保持手段としてスペーサ５の挿通孔５ａと支柱４であるステンレス製棒状体との摺動摩擦を利用したが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば、摺動自在の支柱４を所定の位置でケース外側からのネジ締めで固定する構造としても構わない。また、別の方法として、支柱側に多数の凹部を連続的に形成すると共に、ケース側にこれに係合する弾性爪状体を形成してラチャット機構を構成しても良い。

また、本実施形態では、支柱４としてステンレス製ワイヤをＵ字形に曲成して用いたが、これに限定されないことは勿論であり、要は柄掛け７を備えた摺動自在の部材で有れば良く、柄掛け７にしても、図示のようなフック状である必要はなく、図示しないが、例えば、清掃ブラシ２０の柄２２の上端部分を膨出させた把手部２４の段差２４ａを係止可能な凹状や二股状の構造としても構わない。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したように、請求項１に記載の本発明によれば、清掃ブラシケースの支柱を上下摺動自在として柄掛けの位置を可変としたので、清掃ブラシの柄の長さに応じて柄掛けを宙吊り可能な位置に自在に設定・固定できるため、清掃ブラシは常に水切れの良い清潔な状態で懸吊・収納できるようになる。

また、請求項２に記載の本発明によれば、前記支柱を前方に傾斜させたので、宙吊りした清掃ブラシの拭浄体を常に水切容器のほぼ中央部に位置させ、容器側壁との接触を極力無くすことがきるため、拭浄体や水切容器の水切れが良好になり、拭浄体や容器内が乾燥し易くなる。
