Abstract
This invention provides laminates on substrates that are formed from a resin made from a radiation-sensitive resin composition, which improves insulation property between layers of a laminated body. Also disclosed is the active matrix substrates and planar display device having the same. The laminate body of this invention is made by laminating resin films on the substrate. The resin film is made from a radiation-sensitive resin composition with a polymerization reaction solution containing the polymer by the ring-opening metathesis polymerization of the alicyclic olefin, obtained by polymerizing the alicyclic olefin in the presence of a ring-opening metathesis polymerization catalyst and a chain transfer agent in a solvent. The laminated body of this invention is formed by laminating the resin films on the substrate. The resin film is made by introducing hydrogen gas into the polymerization reaction solution containing alicyclic olefin multi-decomposed polymer to hydrogenate the polymer compound in the reaction solution. The product is a hydrogenated reaction solution containing alicyclic olefin multi-decomposed hydrogenated polymer and mixed with a radiation-sensitive resin compound for a radiation-sensitive resin composition.
